Abstract

The research was cunducted at PT. Inti Success Garmindo. The number of respondents researched many as 121 employees. i used proportionare sampling or by proportion sampling technique. Collecting data using a quistionare study. Techniques of data analysis in this study are SEM (Structural Equation Model) Based on the results computed by Amos 16 version found the result that the entire hypothesis can be accepted. Job insecurity negatively affect organizational commitment on to the coefficients (H1), the positive effect of organizational commitment on employee performance (H2) and job insecurity negativley affect employee performance (H3). This Study has show that organizational commitment in the first biggest factor affecting the performance of the employee while the second factor is job insecurity. Furthemore the indirect effect of mediation between insecurity on employee performance through the mediation of organizational commitment which means the position of organizational commitment as a mediating variable between job insecurity and employee performance has more influence. based on the above the model purpose in this study can be accepted.

Abstract

This study entitled "The Effect of Computer Anxiety alongside Employees in Using Computer Skills" aims of the study is to examination significant result between computer anxiety and computing skill. The number of 97 respondent employees as sample who working in the Universitas Islam Indonesia. Data collection techniques using questionaires and measured using a Likert scale of measurement. Abstract

The main objective of this study is to examine the influence of information technology and role clarity to corporate performance. Role clarity as an moderating variable. This research represents the empirical test which used sensus sampling technics in data collection. Data were collected using a survey 120 respondens. Data was analyzed by SPSS Ver 18. The result found that received one hypothesis and rejected the other.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction to increase customer loyalty. As the pawn that depends on public trust. pawn shops are required to provide optimum service to always put quality of service so that customers will feel satisfied and secure in the world of mortgage transactions. Approaches include: tangible reliability, responsiviness, assurance, emphaty. Data used in this study is the primary data obtained through questionnaire method. The population in this study was all customers Pawnshop Timoho unit Jogjakarta in 2012. Not all populations studied so that the sampling done by accidental sampling technique. Number of samples taken are as many as 100 customers. Data analysis technique used is multiple regressions with SPSS. Proof testing results show that SERVQUAL dimensions tangible, reliability, responsiviness, assurance, emphaty, has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the money supply and the rate of inflation to domestic interest rate (SBI) in Indonesia in 1998.2 - 2008.1. The approach in this study using simultanenous equation model and estimated with Two Stage Least Square (2-SLS). The results prove: First the model estimates the amount of money supply showed that gross domestic product significantly with the positive direction on the money supply, the exchange rate is not significant to the money supply and lending rates significantly negative effect on the money supply. Second The model estimates is significant and positive effect on the inflation rate, the exchange rate is not significant to the level of and time deposit rates significantly positive effect on the rate of inflation. Third, the model estimates the domestic interest rate (SBI) shows that inflation is not significant to be SBI, the money supply is not significant to the SBI, the SBI rate significantly positive
