Dinamika Pendidikan (p-ISSN 1907-3720, e-ISSN 2502-5074) is a scientific periodical published by the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang collaborate with Asosiasi Profesi Pendidik Ekonomi Indonesia (ASPROPENDO), Asosiasi Profesi Pendidikan Akuntansi Indonesia (APRODIKSI), Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) with the aim to promote creativity scholarly or academic lecturers from various institutions in general and the community UNNES internal academic specifically. The article published scientific literature contains research results, conceptually as well as reviews of books in the field of economic education, accounting education, and educational administration offices. First published in 2006, published in a year, June and December. Dinamika Pendidikan has become a CrossRef member with DOI prefix: 10.15294. Therefore, all articles published by the journal have unique DOI number. The journal has been also accredited for five years based on The Decree of Directorate General of Research and Development Strengthening, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 48a/E/KPT/2017, dated on October 30th, 2017.

Abstract

The objective of this research, to find out The Influences Difficulty Study of Internal and External Factor toward study achievement. Internal Factor consist of (Physiology, Intelligence, Talent, Interest, Motivation, Psichologycal weeknesses). External Factor consist of (Parents, Home Condition, Economic of Family, Teacher, Equipment, Building, Curriculum, Dicipline and time, mass media, social environment). Documentation and quessionaire are the instrument. The Data analyzis use descriptive dan inferensial statisthic. Population 133 student with proportional random sampling. And 58 samples.There is a positive influence between internal factor and external factor toward study achievement. Study Achievement has independent variable 55.1% dan remains 44.9% be explained by other variable. External Factor are the effective variable to influences study achievement, it can be shown from the Effective Contribution 29.2% and Relative Contribution 53%. Abstract

Student activity in economic learning class VII state junior high school Bantarbolang is low and the result study of economic couldn’t reach study completing. Study completing reach 51.16% and class mean only 6.53. All student activity are managed if learning be motivated to reach some goals. In the way to reach the objectives, student be faced in active condition to play a role and discussion that guided by teacher. The object of this research to find out how the learning process in Economic concentration with topic people as a social human being and economic class VII state senior high school 3 Bantarbolang Pemalang region. In the year 2006/2007 using learning model of role playing. The result study show there is increasing score reach in last cycle II is 7.81 with study completing classically 86.05%. And the result study of last cycle II reach classically completing 77.74%, from the result of this research be expected that teacher of economic subject in class VII use learning model of role playing in topic people as a social human being and economic. Adding facilities to complement learning process and give motivating and information about the topic that being learned. Keywords :The implementation of learning model of role playing

Abstract

The problem of this research is there any positive influence emotional quotient and learning skill mastering toward teachers productivity in accounting subject in Senior High School Region of Semarang. The result be known that there is an influences between emotional quotient and learning skill toward teachers productivity in senior high school region of Semarang symultan and partial. Based on the result, it is suggested teacher could determine the appropriate model learning, so it can attract the student interest toward the subject. Hope the teacher could create, enrich, maintain and adapt the way to teach to attract and maintain student interest in using time teaching so the learning more effectively and need teacher training revitalization to repair teacher performance in the way to increase professionalism ability and not only to find teachers certification. Abstract

In this time, teacher centered learning is a methods in part of higher education in Indonsia. This method, students passively receive information.Case base learning is an instructional design model that is a variant of project oriented learning. Cases are factually-based, complex problems written to stimulate classroom discussion and collaborative analysis. This one, students construct knowledge through gathering and synthesizing information and integrating it with the general skills of inquiry, communication, critical thinking, and problem solving. Abstract

The purposes of the research were to identify the differences between Private students of Management from State University and Private University perceptions toward the importance of business ethics and to identify the adequate of ethic coverage in management curriculum. Dimension of business ethical studied here were autonomy, honesty, justice, mutuality and high moral integrity. The samples were consisted of 150 students of management from State University and 150 students of management from Private University in Semarang. Research method used was survey one using questionnaires. Hypothesis test used independent sample T-test. Research result found that there was significant development between students from State University and Private University toward business ethics. Students of management from State University had better ethic perceptions than students from Private University had. Based on result of forum discussion about coverage of ethic content in curriculum of management education, most respondents stated that the curriculum was not adequate that it should be integrated with certain subjects. Abstract

The objective of the researches is to know wether resiprocal teaching learning can improve understanding accounting subject on the topic transaction journal cooperative accounting. Population in this research where XII IPS students in SMA Negeri 1 Tegal. Sample in this research where XII IPS 1 students in SMA Negeri 1 Tegal. Result of this research show reciprocal teaching learning implementation can improve understanding accounting subject on the topic transaction journal cooperative accounting. This can be should 80% students can reach the target. Based on the result, it is suggested that teacher can implement reciprocal teaching learning, and to use relevan literature. Abstract

Students’ achievement is one of success indicator in learning process. One of parameters used to measure succes level is minimal limit over learning target. But, there were a lot of 11th grade social class students in SMA N 1 Pegandon had low score below the minimal limit over learning target. The statements of problems are to know the condition of external and internal factors, to know the influence of external and internal factors toward learning achievement. The number of population was 126 students. The variables were internal factor, external factor and student learning achievement. Data was taken by using observation method, documentation and multiple regressions. The result study showed that internal factors was in good level (54.8%), external factor was in good level (80.16%). It can be concluded that internal factor and external factor gave influences toward student achievement. Thus; it is suggested that students should adapt in daily life with assessement exercise to improve students’ understanding toward subject material. Abstract

Beginning observation in vocational school Cut Nya’Dien show that result of study in accounting subject is low. The result of middle semester year 2006/2007 with completed study only 31% of 36 student. STAD Cooperative learning increase the result of study. Proved with the increation number of mean in each cycle are cycle I (59.23), cycle II (69.09), cycle III (81.23). Affective result of study, classical study completing reach 45.7% in cycle I, while in a cycle II reach 62.8%, and in cycle III reach 77.14%. So, in a cycle III the result of study in cognitive and affective of student increase. Cooperative learning model STAD could be as an alternative learning for the teacher in the way to increase the result of study. Be expected teacher facilitating book as a complementary in learning process to increase student knowledge, and motivate student to be active in learning process individually and group Key words : STAD cooperative learning, the result of study, managed account receivable.
