Abstract

The purpose of this research is examine the manager business ethics to manager ethical behavior, examining manager business ethics to corporate social responsibility; and examine the effect of manager ethical behavior to corporate social responsibility. To select the respondent researcher was used purposive sampling, the analysis technique uses is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research behavior show that; (1) Business ethics positively effects to manager ethical behavior, (2) Manager ethical behavior positively affects to corporate social responsibility (3) Business ethics positively affects to corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

The organization always had changed phisicly or non phisicly. As PT. PG Rajawali I who the first time the system based on operating holding management transform be investmen holding and make high and low Achievement motivation,  Interpersonal Communication  and Performance Appresial. The aim of the research is for to know the influent Achievement Motivation and interpersonal Communication for performance Appresial and how to know what is Achievement Motivation to influent alike the dominant Performan Appresial.The research did do like a quantity with all of the employed population PT. PG Rajawali I amount of 90. Totally sample have used 73 employed. Instrument have been usedas tools collection file is quisioner amount of 13 items for X1 and 20 items for X2¬ and Y variabel used sekunder file from PT. PG Rajawali ITo test result of the hipotesis to show have a connection between variable Achievement Motivation and Interpersonal Comunication a like together with variable Performance Appresial. Coefficient correlation is 0,911 and regretion linier Y=-1,409+ 0,859X1+ 0,739X2. The determination correlation 0,830 mean of contribution variable Achievement Motivation and Interpersonal Communication with Perfomance Appresial is 83,00% and very dominant is Interpersonal Communication with correlation parsial X2= 0,649 more than big to compare with variable Achievement Motivation.

Abstract

The aim of this research are developed and tested model of market appraiser with first prediction is a equities value.It was  a  function of  book value, rented earning  and deviden . This function  broaded  using proction IOS of company growth level  to know  value relevation of devidend yield value and price earning ratio (PER) in orther to appariser stock price.Further more , model which used in this research  are devidend and rented earning  already reflection of using devidend yield and price earning ratio by stock market agentIn addition, the main problem of this research was, How is a relevantion between company growth value, devidend yield, and PER in orther to appraiser stock price?. How is company growth has influnce  toward relevantion  of dividend yield value  and PER in orther to appraiser stock price . The aim of this research is to know are there any influence of relevantion between company growth value , dividend yield and PER in orther to appraiser stock price and to know are there any influence  of company growth  toward relevantion value  dividence yield  and PER in orther to appraiser stock price . This research using proposive sampling technique and respondance are manufacture company  listed in Jakarta stock exchange during 2001 – 2005. Data analysis using multiple regretion technique with price and model return . To get  just one value so this research  using factor analysis because IOS  as a proction company growth .Base on price models, result analysis show company growth , devidend yield and PER,  all together  and partial have relation  or relevantion with stock price.Relevantion of devidend yield value  and PER in apparaiser stock price has not influence  of company growth level . In other hand,  model return show that company growth, devidend yield and PER  has not value relevantion in  appraiser stock price . It has related with stale component and accounting recognition lag which as application in return modelIn conclusion, using alpha 5%, company growth, devidend yield  and PER  has relevantion value in  appraiser stock price . But,company growth   has not  a basic of relevantion devidend yield value  and PER  in orther to appraiser stock price for stock market agent . PER for appraiser stock price with stock agent  in stock exchange market in Jakarta during 2001 – 2005. Disclosure of company growth with any eforts from emitance be desirable that being relevant information for any capital stock market i Indonesia.

Abstract

It is generally accepted that relationship quality consists of three dimensions, i.e. satisfaction, trust, and commitment but there is no research about relationship between the dimensions. Data were gathered from 267 consumers of saloon service in 7 locations. The findings suggest that satisfaction is a positive predictor of trust. Satisfaction is a positive predictor of commitment. Trust is a positive predictor of commitment. Satisfaction is a direct predictor of commitment or an indirect predictor of commitment via trust.

Abstract

This research aim for knowing, how   value chain analysis was do in company value chain for achieve cost leadership strategy in increasing cost efficiency.According to value chain analysis explained what  activities made company value chain , therefore will be know value added activity  and non value added activity.In the same way, research in value chain analysis can showing company activity . This activity can devided into primary activity and supporting activity, value added activity and non value added activity and cost trigger, therefore cost efficiency can be achieve which reducing and eliminate  waste activity.In conclusion, this research can be a input  for company, while taking corpaorate strategy to increase profit and give value added for customer. Value chain analysis will achieve cost leadership can increase company competitive advantage becase it can increase cost efficiency.

Abstract

This research focus on application of customer relationship management in relation with customer loyality. Object of this research is PT Antika Raya Surabaya, because this company had appropriate characteristic with this method.Data is base on quesioner, with 30 respondance  who live in  Surabaya and customer of his company.According to  result of signification test , correlation between all customer variables of customer relationship management with customer loyality has real relation or signification  between customer variable relationship  with customer loyality .

Abstract

This research aim to know, the influence of customer believe n and customer attitude toward customer buying decision during choice raw material of wheat flour for making noodle and bread. Object of this research is noodle manufacture in Surabaya which is PT Bogasari  Flour Mills. In the same way, this research using dependence and independence variables. Dependence variable is   buying decision and independence variabels are customer believe ( x1) and customer attitude  (x2) . Model of analysis aproach is linear multiple regresion  with 30 respondance which is a customer of PT Bogasari Flour Mills Surabaya. Sample using random sampling with samples take without any selection between respondance . Answer alternatif using ordinal approach with likert scale method. Validation test using correction item total and shown that all item are valid because value of corrected  item total  correlation  biger than valu of r tabel. It’s mean quetion items can be uses to show something .In the other hand  for reliable test using Alpha Cronbach’s trough  cronbach alpha item test  and the  result is reliable because result of all items bigger than 0.7 (standart correlation)  it’s mean  if items of question will be use continously will give respond  or result consistatly or never change .Furher more, multiple regresion  result shown that customer believe  (X1) and customer attitude  (X2)  has influence to customer buying decision  (Y) with partial hypotesa test and simultaneously has significan result. Between both variable independence , customer believe  (X1)  has dominant influence trough customer buying decision  (Y). Value corelation between idependent and dependent variable with partial and simultanous indicator together has strong value  above 0.7 . Further more, according this research can show that PT Bogasari  Flour Mills  Surabaya  should  increase and growing positive perception of customer  during build attitude image  and believe image trough customer buying decison

Abstract

This research aimed to analyzis effect of 1) human resource development, corporate culture, motivation, toward employee performance, 2) corporate culture toward human resource development, 3) corporate culture toward motivation 4) motivation toward  human resource development,  5) human resource development toward motivation in PT Pertamina (Persero) Proceesing Unit V Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.Furthermore, object of this research was PT Pertamina (Persero) Proceesing Unit V Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. This study using survey method with cross section analyzis. Sample using purposive sampling method. Respondents of this research was 1632 fixed, 1599 unfixed employee of PT Pertamina(Persero) Proceesing Unit V Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. Each of population take as respondents 95 employee, total respondents 190. While returning the questionnaire a number of 174 people (approximately 92%). Model testing using Structural Equation Modelling.In addition, this research found that corporate culture was build with increased innovation culture, organization activity base on employee orientation and take attention to any problem cause by employee bring implication to employee. In the same way, it can give information that interaction and better relation was a side effect of good corporate culture and give space for employee to innovation and it can accommodate existing problem.This research also proving that by developing education and training, working capacity, the ability of knowledge, skill, attitude and on job training, it can reach corporate objective. This research showed that motivation had negative influence toward human resource development.This result also give information, that corporaye culture had not directed effect on work performance. On the other hand, other variable was give spillover effect. It was work motivation. This variable can be organization effort within increasing employee performance and organization

Abstract

The companies profitability determined by the application of the right working capital policy. This research is to know the differences of profitability on the manufacturing company that using the agresive, moderate, and conservative working capital policy. The research sample are food and beverages industry then classified according 3 groups of working capital policy that was checked at 2004-2006. Quantitative method was used on this research which one-way ANOVA analysis was used to test different of profitability each company. The result indicated that the company with agresive working capital policy had lower profitability than company with moderate and conservative working capital policy this indicated contradiction with theory. The research conclusion there are not significant different between company whose applying agresive, moderate and conservative working capital policy also known that company adjusted of their applied working capital policy at period 2004-2006.

Abstract

Human resources is the most important elements in order to operating all resources on the company. And the point is ; (1) Quality of worklife is a level where the member of the organization can satisfy the important personal requirement through the experience on the task in the organization. (2) Work environment is a everything around the employee and can influence the employee doing the job. Also with (3) organizational commitment is a personal identification degree to the organization and a will to continue the participation on organization. The purpose of this research is to know about the influence of the quality of worklife and work environment to the effect of commitment organization on Agro Industrial Tool Division PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) Gresik, and to know how great the influence quality of worklife and work environmnet toward organizational commitment of the employee on Agro Industrial Tool Division PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) Gresik. On this research we using the quantitatif research aproach, the variable on this research is a free variable (X1), is a quality of worklife and (X2) work environment, and also organizational commitment (Y). The research sample is 68 of Agro Industrial Tool Division PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) Gresik employee. The data collecting is over observation, spreading questioner, documentation, intervewing, and book study. Data analysis doing with double linear regresion, test (F) and test (t). From the analysis result we can get double linear regresion equation : Y = 2.520 + 0.188 x1 +0.157 x2 + &#949;i, from the calculation, the coeffisien determination value is 69.2%. 69.2% variation both of independent variable is quality of worklife and work environment. And the 30.8% is explained of the other factor that not become the independent variable on this research. Based of the test result (f), with value 3.372 > from F(0.05;2;65) (3.14), and sign value < &#61537; (0.05), with the result that H0 rejected and Ha accepted. For (t) test with value for 1 &#61538; is 2.364 > 1.671, and value for 2 &#61538; adalah 2.114 > 1.670. This means the influence quality of worklife toward organizational commitment can accepted and the influence of the work environment toward organizational commitment can accepted. The conclusion of this research is quality of worklife and work environment have significant influence to organizational commitment
