Abstract

This paper examines the supervision of the Inspectorate on the application of the principle of competitiveness in the management of government goods/services procurement. This research was conducted at the North Sulawesi Provincial Government. The essence of this paper aims to find out whether the Inspectorate has supervised the application of the principle of competitiveness in the management of procurement of goods/services to the North Sulawesi Provincial Government. The methodology used in this study is qualitative. The techniques and procedures for collecting data through in-depth interviews with a number of informants related to the application of the principle of competitiveness in the management of procurement of goods/services. Activities in the analysis include data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study indicate that the Inspectorate has been maximal enough to carry out supervision of the application of the principle of competitiveness in the procurement of goods/services in North Sulawesi Province.Keywords : Inspectorate, Competing, Management, Goods/Services

Abstract

This study aims to detect the effect liquidity ratio, leverage ratio and profitability on consumer goods companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014 – 2017. The object of this study is all consumer goods companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which publishes audited financial statements for fiscal year 2014 – 2017, which amounted to 24 (twenty four) companies. The sampling technique is by using purposive sampling method where the sample is determined based on certain criteria determined by the researcher and has limitations in terms of generalization. The sample of research is 42 (forty two companies) Data collection method using documentation method Data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis using current ratio, debt to equity ratio and return on assets.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the health of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk over period of 2013 to 2017 RGEC method approach (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital). This research is quantitative descriptive method. The variables in this study include Risk Profile using the ratio of Non Performing Loans (NPLs) and loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR), GCG using Composite Rating GCG, Earnings use ratios Return on Assets (ROA) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Last Capital uses Adequacy Capital ratio (CAR). The results showed Bank BTN predicate healthy enough where banks are still quite capable of carrying out risk-based banking management well, so they deserve to be trusted community. However, the calculation of the proportion of Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR) is below standard bank of Indonesia with the predicate less healthy.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of money ethics on tax evasion with intrinsic religiosity, extrinsic religiosity, and materialism as moderating variables. The sample is selected by using convinience sampling method with sample size of a 100 respondents as primary data. This study uses simple regression and moderated regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The result of this study shows that money ethics has an effect on tax evasion, intrinsic religiosity moderarates the relationship between money ethics and tax evasion. Extrinsic religiosity does not moderate the relationship bertween money ethics and tax evasion. Materialism moderates the relationship between money ethics and tax evasion.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to confirm the attributes of personal taxpayer’s compliance in Indonesia. The attributes of personal taxpayer’s compliance proposed in this research are: awareness, knowledge, perceived equality and fairness, compliance cost, fiscal service quality, tax socialization, tax regulation, tax audit and penalties. The data was gathered from 350 personal taxpayers registered in tax offices of several provinces of Indonesia. The data was processed using Second Order Confirmatory Factor Analysis (SEM-PLS) – SmartPLS 3. The result of the study confirmed that the attributes of awareness, positively, manifest the taxpayer’s compliance. It is also confirmed that the attributes of knowledge, positively, manifest the taxpayer’s compliance. The attributes of compliance cost, positively, manifest the taxpayer’s compliance. The attributes of perceived equality and fairness, positively, manifest the taxpayer’s compliance. The attributes of fiscal quality service, positively, manifest the taxpayer’s compliance. The attributes of tax socialization, positively, manifest the taxpayer’s compliance. The attributes of tax regulation, positively, manifest the taxpayer’s compliance. The attributes of tax audit, positively, manifest the taxpayer’s compliance. The attributes of penalties, positively, manifest the taxpayer’s compliance. These can be concluded that all of the attributes of the constructs confirm to indicate or manifest the personal taxpayer’s compliance in Indonesia.
