Abstract

The number of tourist visits consists of adults and children, the amount will have an impact on tourism object and sport retribution. This research aimed to determine the effect of the number of tourist visit to income of tourism object and sport retribution at departement tourism and culture district Kebumen year 2011-2014. The research methods used by the writer weredescriptive and quantitativ methods. This study used a simple linear regression. Results of this analysis showed regression equation Y=-281.785.862,671+4.757,518X means that each additional 1 visitor would improve tourism object and sport retribution RP 4.750,00. Significance test result the number of tourist visit to income of tourism object and sport retributionat departement tourism and culture district Kebumen, was t of (4,678) was greater than the table t of (4,303)means that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Results of this study could be concluded that a significant difference between the number of tourist visits towards tourism object and sport retribution. Abstract

This study aims to examine the structure of the family's role in the lifestyle of hedonism and its influence on the consumer purchasing process. Observation activities are carried out at modern markets and cafes/ restaurants in Kebumen district. This research paradigm discusses aspects of consumer behavior and marketing research regarding consumer behavior and purchasing decisions that vary and reflect the hedonic dimension. This descriptive qualitative research conducted with the purpose to understand the meaning symbolized by each family's behavior according to the family's own perspective. The results of the study show that shopping locations can cause a shift in purchasing activities in modern markets lead to hedonic behavior, but are still relatively normal. In the visit activities at cafe/ restaurant show hedonic behavior because it provides an illustration that eating outside the home as a place of discussion is considered interesting, not up to date, luxurious and worth displaying on its social media accounts. This research shows a number of the propositions that apply in the field. This research still needs to be improved, especially in the discussion of objects and research locations, including the selection of entertainment/ tourism places, as well as family strata in influencing hedonic buying behavior. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemasan produk, persepsi labelisasi halal, dan etnosentris terhadap produk makanan khas Kebumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling, penelitian ini mengambil sampel 100 dari responden masyarakat kebumen yang melakukan pembelian lanting. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah disain kemasan (X1), labelisasi halal (X2), etnosentris (X3), dan keputusan pembelian(Y2). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan statistik meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, analisis jalur, dan korelasi dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPPS 22for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel valid dan reliabel, tidak terdapat multikolinieritas, tidak terjadi heterokesdastisitas, dan model memenuhi asumsi normalitas. Pengaruhperilaku etnosentris konsumen menunjukkan positif dan signifikan, disain kemasan menunjukkan positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pengaruh labelisasi halal menunjukkan negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dengan nilai pengaruh yang sebesar 8,5%. Kata kunci:Minat Pembelian, Etnosentris Konsumen, Disain Kemasan, Labelisasi Halal, Produk Lokal.

Abstract

Almost the average company in Kebumen Regency has applied salary payment of employees in accordance with the provisions of MSEs, although in implementation is not one hundred percent. Although Kebumen District Government has set District Minimum Wage (MSE) in 2017 amounting to Rp 1,433,900.00, but there are still many employers / companies that pay salaries under the MSEs. The relations of workers and employers actually need each other. Workers expect the fulfillment of the necessities of life and the entrepreneur seeks to maintain the survival of his company. Without employers, workers find it difficult to sustain their lives, whereas unemployed workers will not be able to continue their business. So it needs a good relationship between the two, the existence of mutual understanding. Employers need to understand the needs of the workers, and the workers understand the company's ability to pay wages. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of District Minimum Wage policy and its impact on community welfare in Kebumen District. The type of this research is qualitative research, taking the data source using the technique of "purposive sampling" with the number of informants as many as 11 people including from the elements of local government that is the Office of Manpower and Cooperative SME Kebumen Regency, private entrepreneurs in Kebumen District, and employees of private companies in Kebumen . Data collection in this research is done through observation, documentation and in-depth interview. Data analysis techniques in this study is interactive model analysis, including four components of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or verification. Theories used are theories of public policy, policy implementation and wages. The results of this study found that almost most companies in Kebumen District have paid employee salaries according to MSEs, although there are still companies that have not been able to meet the payroll of employees according to the MSEs. Some companies studied do not experience obstacles in the implementation of MSE in accordance with the established, but if the company has problems in terms of implementing payroll employees according to MSEs there is a mechanism of deferring payment. The role of local government in the implementation of MSE is needed in terms of socialization and coaching and know the problems that occur in the company or labor in the scope of Kebumen. In terms of achieving the welfare of workers, the company should be able to provide salaries in accordance with the Minimum Wage and supplemented with the provision of various benefits in order to create the welfare of workers in particular and society in general. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh mutasi, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan perangkat desa di Kecamatan Klirong Kabupaten Kebumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan bantuan alat analisis program SPSS Versi 22.0. Populasi dalam penelitian ini perangkat desa di Kecamatan Klirong menggunakan metode probability samping sebanyak 72 orang. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisoner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan statistika. Analisis statistika meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji normalitas, uji t, koefisien determinasi, analisis korelasi dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mutasi, kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, mutasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perangkat desa. Hasil Koefisien determinasi substruktural I sebesar 37,1% menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh hubungan yang berarti antara mutasi dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja perangkat desa dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Hasil koefisien determinasi substruktural II sebesar 46,3% menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh mutasi, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja perangkat desa dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to analyze competitive strategy of smartphone company. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 students of STIE Putra Bangsa Kebumen. The aims of the questionnaires were to collect the data of students smartphone brand and the reason why they choose it. The data processing found that Xiaomi and Samsung are the most smartphone brands used by students. To determine the optimal strategy for both companies is analyzed using game theory. The results of this study are Xiaomi using price strategy and Samsung using quality product strategy.Keywords: smarthphone, game theory, competitive strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of easy of use, quality of information on trust, and repurchase intention e-ticket on the Traveloka application in Kebumen Regency. The study was conducted using populations originating from people living in Kebumen Regency and had transacted using Traveloka with a sample size of 100 respondents. The analytical method used in this study consisted of descriptive and quantitative analysis with the type of determination of respondents through purposive sampling. Analysis carried out through quantitative methods is the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption testing, t-test, determination coefficient test, path analysis, and Sobel test. The results showed that based on the validity and reliability tests all variables were declared valid and reliable. Based on the t-test the easy of use variable significantly affects trust, quality of information significantly influences trust, easy of use significantly influences repurchase intention, quality of information, and trust has an effect on repurchase intention. The Sobel test shows that trust cannot mediate easy of use with repurchase intention and trust can mediate the quality of information with repurchase intention.
