Abstract

ABSTRACT          Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pembangunan nasional terutama dalam hal Izin Mendirikan Bangunan telah sesuai dengan UU yang berlaku terutama dalam UU RI No 34 Tahun 2000 tentang pajak dan retribusi daerah. Dalam hal ini mengenai masalah pelanggaran Izin Mendirikan Bangunan di Kecamatan Muara Badak,agar pemerintah setempat mampu dituntut agar menyikapi dan mengatasi masalah tersebut agar nantinya tidak merugikan semua pihak, juga memikirkan bagaimana penegakan hukumnya serta memikirkan bagaimana upaya perbaikan kemasa yang datang dan upaya apa saja yang perlu dilakukan dalam menimalisir pelanggaran yang terjadi, karena bagaimanapun dampak dari penyimpangan-penyimpangan tersebut mengakibatkan, tidak memberikan masukan kepada aparat pemerintah setempat, dan pada Negara serta kegiatan itu menjadi illegal.

Abstract

ABSTRACTcausative factor or the background for a person committed the crime of persecution, there are 2 (two) kinds, namely: Internal factors, are factors that influence the establishment to commit a crime; external factors, there are factors beyond oneself that influence the establishment to commit a crime.Efforts to control criminal acts of persecution carried out in two ways, namely: prevention, preventive efforts; is performed before the crime prevention was occurred by way of preventing crime that did not happen. Prevention efforts are repressive; This reduction in the form of legal action against the perpetrators of the crime, committed or executed after the crime took place.

Abstract

AbstrackIt is important to note the general publications both through advertisements and other media. Advertising as a means of communication and marketing plays an important role in society. Various ways can be taken so that manufacturers sell their products and services to consumers. Promotion form of advertising as a way for manufacturers, and with the advance of technology and supported by the emergence of private television stations and print media (magazines, newspapers, tabloids, brochures) that provides an alternative for manufacturers to introduce their products. The role of promotion in marketing management is not to under-emphasized again, both are indeed persuasive or informative.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Along with the increase of population, the need will be increasing as well. In order fulfillment and improvement of people's welfare, development plays an important role. The development contains major changes, which include changes in the economic structure, change the physical territory, changing consumption patterns, changes in natural resources and the environment, and so on.Housing and housing is a basic human need and has a very strategic role in the formation of character and personality of the nation, and needs to be nurtured and developed for the continuation and improvement of the lives and livelihood of the people. Housing and settlement can not be seen as a means of life needs solely, but more than that a man in the process of creating space live life to promote himself, and reveal identity. Abstract

ABSTRAK Belakangan ini salah  satu  masalah  pertanahan  untuk  dikaji  adalah  dalam  hal  jual  beli  tanah,  Khususnya  ditinjau  dari  persepektif  hukum  tanah nasional. Oleh  karena itu perlu pemahaman yang mendalam tentang hukum jual beli agar tidak terjadi kesalahan pahaman di kemudian hari. Menurut KUH Perdata adalah perjanjian dalam mana pihak yang satu ( penjual ) mengikatkan dirinya untuk menyerahkan hak atas tanah kepada pihak yang satu lagi (pembeli) , dan pihak pembeli membayar harga tanah yang telah disetujui bersama. Banyak transaksi jual beli tanah yg sering ditemukan dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli tanah,  bahkan tidak sedikit menemukan hal tentang perjanjian atau transaksi jual beli tanah antara orang tua dan anak yang sering menimbulkan masalah dikemudian hari.Buku Tinjauan Yuridis Jual Beli Tanah antara Orang Tua  dan Anak (Dari Sisi Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata) dirancang agar memudahkan masyarakat untuk menghindari resiko tuntutan atau gugatan dari pihak ketiga yang membatal kan perjanjian secara hukum. Meski transaksi dilakukan secara formal, perjanjian jual beli tanah sebagaimana kemudian dituangkan  dalam akta PPAT antara orang tua dan anak , namun secara materil sebenarnya tidak mengeluarkan biaya untuk pembelian tersebut namun dapat dikatakan sah.Buku tentang Tinjauan yuridis jual beli tanah antara orang tua dan anak                   ( dari sisi pasal 1320 KUH Perdata) memuat isi agar pembaca dapat memahami apakah perjanjian seperti itu sah secara hukum dan apa akibat hukumnya. Buku ini dapat digunakan untuk masukan yang berkenaan dengan penerapan hukum yang berkaitan dengan perjanjian jual beli tanah agar dapat berjalan dengan baik dan terlindung dari hukum. Buku ini memuat tentang keabsahan perjanjian jual beli tanah antara orang tua dan anak dari sisi pasal 1320 KUH Perdata.Kata kunci : Jual Beli

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn the event that there is demand for assets confiscation of bank customers by the court in a civil case , the bank must satisfy these requests without the need to break the bank secrecy provisions . So in a nutshell are as follows : Officers who conduct forfeiture of the deposit from customer deposits and the goods must surrender warrant ; foreclosures signed by the authorized officer concerned agencies ; confiscation for the benefit of a criminal case must submit a letter in addition to confiscation orders , officials are also concerned should mnyerahkan license from the Chairman of the local District Court , except in cases of very necessary and urgent it without a permit from the Chairman of the local Courts ; confiscation for the benefit of civil cases in addition must submit a warrant of seizure, officials are also concerned must submit a letter of Determination oppression Judge the local court ; When officials confiscate customer deposits with financial data customers want to know who confiscated , the official concerned must first obtain written permission from the Management of Bank Indonesia .

Abstract

ABSTRACT In Indonesia, the payment policy of low wages for workers already a comparative advantage offered by the government to investors or investors, investors both local and foreign investors that are interested to invest in Indonesia. it can be seen from the use of standard Physical Requirements Minimum (KFM) of a single worker in the calculation of the minimum wage in 1956 era. Often, however, the minimum wage is far below the KFM count. In 1991 for example, the wages of workers only reached 60% of the value of KFM, even in practice, many employers who pay their workers wages below the official minimum wage standards that have been set, plus the absence of legal provisions that impose sanctions for violations of minimum wage.

ABSTRACTPolygamy is a series of the word “Poly” and “gamein”  meaning many marriages, wives and if the intention is understood from the above words became legitimate to realize that the meaning of polygamy is a lote marriage and could be in an unlimited amount. Abstract

ABSTRACT Main problem raises at post-mining area is environmental change physically change of morphology and land topoghraphy and degradation of soil productivity with result either infertility or denudation of land. Based on those changing, though reclamation is neede to be done. Despite avoiding erotion reclamation is done to maintain land ffrom instability and making more productive condition. Finally, reclamation is hopefully to yield added value to environment and creating much better condition compared with the past. Surfacial form of post-mining area is generally irregular and mostly as steep morphology. At the time reclamation, steep morphologies are formed to be like as usuall to maintain secured slope condition. Concerning with abandoned mining deposit which have utilitized yet, needed for attention of being potency for either exploitation by public or being managed it in order to avoid decreasing its economic value, also to get back the field like past.Based on the real condition in the district of Kutai Kartanegara, related to Government Regulation Number 78 Year 2010 about Reclamtion and Post-Mining, so reclamation and post-mining constitute important business activities prior to mining activities end. Legislation governing of reclamation and post-mining is in Pasal 96 (c) Undang-Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 2009 about Mineral and Coal Mining and Pasal 2 (1) Government Regulation Number 78 Year 2010 about Reclamation and Post-Mining.Research results from the author of Mining and Energy Services in East Kalimantan Province in Samarinda represented bythe generalminingstaffsection, Mrs. Darlina Manik and Mr. Sukariamat. Abstract

ABSTRACTIn the application or implementation is not easy to determine whether the proposed deed grosse have met the formal requirements and materially . Particularly with respect to the material terms of the deed grosse . In practice poses many problems due to the development in the presence msayarakat grosse based on the deed of the bank credit agreement as an agreement in principal . Grosse deed of acknowledgment of debt that is overlaid with other agreements in the form of power or authority to sell and install security rights and others in the grosse deed is not allowed because it causes rancaunya in execution , ie whether the executions carried out against grosse deed of acknowledgment of debt or the mortgage certificate . So this violates the rule of law set forth in Article 224 HIR and fatwa No. MA . 213/229/85/UM-TU/Pdt April 16, 1985 so grosse aktapengakuan acknowledgment of debt was not pure debt debtor to a creditor within a certain amount and cause grosse deed of acknowledgment of debt is null and void and the implementation of the execution can not be carried out . And the payment in installments , interest and penalties and other costs to the costs of the execution are overlaid in a deed of acknowledgment of debt grosse can not be justified in accordance with the nature of the deed grosse to be purely unilateral declaration of debituryang admit a certain amount of money owed to creditors that after with the rules in Article 224 HIR and fatwa No. MA . 213/229/85/UM-TU/Pdt April 16, 1985 , while pencamtuman clause on payment in installments , interest and penalties and other costs to the cost of execution should be included in the deed of loan agreement only.
