Indonesian politics after New Order drawing the raise of political islam movement. Partai KeadilanSejahtera (PKS) Welfare Justice Party bring a newest ideological looked that rooted from Islamic value.This article tend to explore reorganizing of PKS in important periods. It capture changing the namefrom PK to became PKS which contained switching a fundamental movement typology from dakwahwhich emphasizing social and mass mobilisation to political reorganisation. This article's method isliterature review. This period being critical phase that PKS has successful to maintain theiri ideologyand compromise with political pathways. Indeed, PKS has one of the most influent party in the futureindonesian politics.

Minimum service standard policy applied since 2002 are based on the Minimum Service Standard(SPM) arranged in circular Minister of Home Affairs No. 100/756/OTDA/2002, then set up furtherin Government Regulation No. 65 2005 edge various obstacles both at internal level bureaucracy northe external environment. This research tries to answer how far the implementation of the policy ofMinimum Service Standards could improve the quality of health service?. The public service is anactivity that is performed by a person or a group of people with a materially factors through the system,specific procedures and methods in order to attempt to satisfy the interests of others in accordance withhis authority. The research method used is a qualitative method by combining data analysis of primarydan data secondary. Standard service for a minimum of Gunungkidul Regency field can beaccomplished with either. This can be seen from a comparison of the data from the indicator one yearsections that have been compiled. But of the many indicators of the performance of service sections thathave been set, still there are some indicators that are not obvious targeting.

This research aims to find out which political position after a limitation of the Towani Tolotang aboutreligion in Indonesia. This research is based on research on Tolotang in religion Towani in SidenrengRappang Region. Tolotang is a local religious Towani which still survive in the midst of numerousattempts genocide against them. This effort is carried out not only from groups or circles but allsofrom the presence of religion-the religion of non-official, but also occur from the regulation of Staterecognisedreligions. Although Towani Tolotang which is constantly experiencing growth in quantity,but remains under the threat that must be faced. Thus, the existence of the Towani Tolotang neverescapes the various forms of discrimination. Discrimination experienced by Towani Tolotang camefrom two directions. The first of them and denouncing society second is discrimination presented byformat by the Government through a wide variety of regulations that limit the movement of theTowani Tolotang in developing his teachings.

The existence of people forest in Java was marginalized for a long time has changed. It was happenedafter state deforestation in Java. It can be shown by people forest in Gunung KidulDistrict,Yogyakarta. The people forest has gotten sertification strenghten the legitimation of realpeople role in forest management. In this context is needed local institution strenghten. The stronglocal institution is hoped to become social capital for community in people forest management . Itmakes farmers of people forest have strong and high bargaining posistion toward marketintervention. But, in this case, state role in market intervention become important factor too. Statemust give protection toward the farmers of people forest.

The aim of this research is knowing the profesionality of aparature at local secretary of Sumbawaregion in doing their work depend on function and job description. Beside that, this research try toknow some obstacles and find the solution to increase aparature profesionality at Sekretariat DaerahKabupaten Sumbawa. This reseach's title is a Profesionality of aparature at local secretary ofSumbawa region. Research methods is used descriptive survey, documentation, Questioner, interview.The respondents of this research are civil servant at Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sumbawa. Fromthis research knew that civil servant competency is good, Acuntability is good, Recruitment is fair,Education level is poor. The conclution is aparature's profesionality at local secretary of Sumbawaregion in fair level.

This research describes the dynamics of internal faction of Golkar party when the North MalukuGovernor election was held in 2007-2008. It can be observed during the process preelection tothe post-election. This research uses the qualitative method The data are collected by conductingthe documentation, observation, and interview. The result of this research shows, that thefactionalisms occurred in the Golkar party in the election of North Maluku governor caused twofactors, the pragmatism of supreme members of Golkar partyand the patron-client. The factioncharacteristic of Golkar party based on the faction fragmentation shows that there are twofactions (bipolar), which are the faction supporting Thaib and the faction supporting Gafur.

The aims of this research are to analysis and describe problems that become a conflict, the actor, andsource of conflict at nickel mining in Talaga Raya Buton Municipal. The methods of this research usedescription qualitative approach. Data collect instrument use observation, interview anddocumentation. Research's result shows that conflict can be happened if there are no communicationbetween mining corporation, societies, and government security person in the term of no payback ofland, plant which damage because of nickel mining.Beside, in policy formulation without involvesocieties. So that, it will become a conflict between corporation, societis and government security. Thisresearch recommended for government to make rule, which involve societies in formulation, so theinterest of all elements will involve and they will implement together.

It specifically focuses on the decentralization within central andlocal governmentâ€™s role in environmental management. The methods of this research use literaturereview. The aim of the paper is to examine how interface between the central and local loci of powerhave affected pieces of legislation relating to management of the environment by central and localgovernment in Thailand.

Innovation in government organization through managing knowledge is important current research results. This research objective were to look at knowledge management in improving public services, particularly in public licencing process. Research problem was how sense making, knowledgecreating and knowledge sharing in public licencing services of Yogyakarta city. Research found that knowledge sharing and creating took place in midlle and bottom of organization level. Stages of innovation at the Licensing Agency began with the formulation of the problem, which consists of thousands of service files can not be known with certainty the level of completion. In the next stage, a member organization consisting of experienced employees who tried to solve by making the development of information systems. This paper is based on the study of political decentralization and the resistance is carried out in three areas,West Sumatra, Javanese and Batak. Obtained from the three research areas each of these karkteristikperalawanan and sustainability of the local nature of the resistance. There was found to give each region areligious response in the context of regional autonomy that has been ongoing since 1999 in Indonesia.Society against its own way that occasionally showed intensity that it seems it never ceases to deal with theconditions faced daily. While the country is also facing the community in its own way so it does not collidewith each other mutual support.
