Abstract

AbstractCrime of Trafficking in Persons is a dangerous crime and increasing fromyear to year, which can affect the life of the nation and state of Indonesia which isthe successor to the ideals of the nation and the state. Victims of the Crime ofTrafficking is not looking at anyone either women, children, students,. Traffickingin persons is a crime is a form of crime Extraordinary Crime and many use themodus operandi vary and the actors are very organized, as players move around aplace to fool the police. In the eradication of the Trafficking in Persons requiredperformance of the police in finding the perpetrators of these acts of humantrafficking, which starts from the investigation stage to the stage of documentanalysis.In accordance with the above description, the authors are interested indoing research with the title of the Crime of Trafficking in Persons InvestigationBy Intelkam Riau Police Directorate. In this thesis the following aims is to findout how the implementation of the criminal investigation by the Directorate ofTrade this guy Intelkam Riau Police, then to find out the barriers in theimplementation of human trafficking investigations conducted by the DirectorateIntelkam Riau Police, and the latter aims to determine the effort made inovercoming obstacles in the implementation of human trafficking investigation bythe Directorate Intelkam Riau Police.In writing this paper the author uses research methods, types ofsociological research. The sociological research is research that is done byidentifying the effectiveness of the law and how the law applies in society.Descriptive nature of the research, aims to provide a clear and detailed picture ofthe implementation of human trafficking investigation by the Directorate IntelkamRiau Police. The results of research conducted using qualitative analysis anddeductive methods, the decomposition problem of a general nature that is specificto the problem.From the results of this study concluded that in the investigation of humantrafficking is not running as it should be for not doing the investigation stages thathave been regulated by the Chief of Police of the Republic of Indonesia No. 14 of2012, the lack of personnel and experience of investigators in the investigation ofhuman trafficking this, and the need for cooperation with the community incombating human trafficking, lack of facilities and infrastructure that are neededas operational vehicles that become obstacles in the implementation of criminalinvestigations by the Directorate of Trade Intelkam Riau Police.Keywords: Investigations-Crime-Trafficking in Persons Law Enforcement

Abstract

Singingi Kuantan town. Traffic violations by motor vehicles from the year 2011-2012 hasincreased quite rapidly. Therefore the traffic police as an agency that is authorized to regulatetraffic, has made various efforts in tackling traffic violations. One of them with the preventivemeasures early prevention of police traffic violations committed by motor vehicle, conductcounseling about traffic and alert the public about the importance of respect the traffic signs andbanners put up relating to the traffic. While the repressive efforts is an action taken by lawenforcement officers in the aftermath of a crime or offense. that is by giving warning andenforcement action with a traffic ticket. Enforcement action was conducted by the police trafficunit for traffic violations committed by motorists. Traffic police in performing their duties subjectto the traffic laws. Abstract

Program Jamsostek mandated by the Indonesian Government Regulation No.14 Year 1993 on the Implementation of the program Jamsostek, consisting of AccidentInsurance, Death Benefit, Old Age Security, and Health Insurance, in which the programmust be implemented for each company. PT. Tri Tunggal Permai is one company thatalso runs the program. To find out the program implementation JamsostekWorkers in Certain Time PT. Tri Tunggal Permai, the authors intend to conductresearch. The formulation of the problem, namely: (1) Knowing the setting procedurekepersertaan Jamsostek Workers at the specific time PT. Tri Tunggal Permai (2)Knowing the program implementation Jamsostek Workers at the specific time PT. TriTunggal Permai (3) Knowing what legal efforts of workers PT. Tri TunggalPermai if the participant dues deduction Jamsostek not with a predetermined. Researchobjectives are:(1) To determine the arrangements and procedures forparticipation of workers at any given time PT. Tri Tunggal Permai in the fieldJamsostek (2) To determine the implementation of the program Jamsostek at anygiven time by the workers PT. Tri Tunggal Permai (3) To know the legal remedyof an employee PT. Tri Tunggal Permai.This study took location in PT. Tri Tunggal Pemai in the town of Dumaithe methods used in evaluating and sampling is purposive sampling method,which sets out a number of samples existing population, the sample categoriesdefined by the author. This type of research is sociological, materials researchcarried out by conducting field surveys to conduct observation and data collectiontools observation, interviews, and literature review.From the results of this study concluded that the Arrangement and theprocedures of participation Jamsostek of workers at any given time PT. TriTunggal Permai in accordance with the Government Regulation of the Republicof Indonesia Number. 14 of 1993 on the Implementation Program Jamsostek,known that certain time workers PT. Tri Tunggal Permai against membership inthe Health Insurance Program, Old Age Security, Employment Insuranceaccident, the answer enrolled Security Death of 20 (twenty) with a percentage of100% (one hundred percent).In the implementation of the program Jamsostek inPT. Tri Tunggal Permai concerning the amount of Social Security contributionspieces running less well with the discovery of two (2) people working who paydues deduction exceeds the social security provisions established. This is becauseemployers mistake when cutting dues Jamsostek workers. Employers acting in good faith to resolve this matter. Abstract

Policing is essentially a function of government and institutions engaged in themaintenance of security and public order. As a police agency or organization has theduty and the authority to maintain security and public order, enforce the law and provideprotection, guidance and service to the community. It is unfortunate that in fact inIndragiri Hilir regency, some police members involved in criminal cases is drug abuse.Background as described above, the authors are interested in doing research entitledImplementation of Law Enforcement Crime Narcotics Abuse committed by policemembers at the Resort Indragiri Hilir. In this study aims to determine how the lawenforcement abuse of narcotic offenses committed by police members at Resort IndragiriHilir, to determine barriers to law enforcement abuse of narcotic offenses committed bypolice members at Resort for Indragiri Hilir and criminal law enforcement abusenarcotics made by Members of the Police In Resort Indragiri Hilir. Terms of the methodused, this research can be classified in juridical sociological research, because in thisstudy the authors conducted research in the location directly by examining theapplication of the law. The research was conducted at the police station Indragiri Hilir,sources of data used are secondary data, primary data and secondary data while datacollection techniques with interviews and literature study. The collected data was thenanalyzed qualitatively by using the deductive method of analyzing the problems of ageneral nature then specifically drawn to the conclusion based on existing theories.From the research, there are three main things that can be concluded that theimplementation of the law enforcement drug abuse by police officers carried outseparately by 2 (two) first mechanism criminal proceedings conducted in public courtproceedings and both the Police Code. Barriers in law enforcement drug abuse by policemembers in the Police Jurisdiction Resort Indragiri Hilir, namely external and internalbarriers. Efforts to overcome obstacles in the mitigation Narcotics Abuse By Police InMember Jurisdiction Indragiri Hilir Police Resort is the first public education to bothhuman resource development and approach to the suspect, the third mapping, routinepatrol and patrol equipment and the addition of four transparency in law enforcement.Based on the conclusions the authors draw up suggestions that Indragiri Hilir PoliceStation are expected to continue to maintain a commitment to law enforcement efforts toits members without discrimination and should give strict punishment to members whocommit drug abuse.Keyword: Implementation - Law Enforcement - Drug Abuse - Members of the Police

Abstract

Pekanbaru is the capital of one of the provinces in Indonesia, which is strategically locatedadjacent to one of the neighboring countries and cities that have the highest population inIndonesia. Such as currency, where the city of Pekanbaru is staregis this, which is not utilizedby the party responsible for the crime, one of which health crime. Especially traditional crimeof illegal drug trafficking with the intent to make a profit with the illegal circulation oftraditional drugs without obtaining marketing authorization from the FDA. Abstract

Lately a lot of crimes committed by children under the age of ever morealarming, in Pekanbaru City Police Resort, in February 2012 there were abunch of kids throwing junior high school students to take action against thePolice Headquarters Resort City (Mapolresta ) Pekanbaru, and theperpetrators of the attacks consisted of 17 (Seventeen) children, and 15(Fifteen) The child is still under age. Implementation investigations of juveniledelinquents, including the investigator shall examine the suspect in a familyatmosphere and the interrogation of juvenile delinquents must be keptconfidential. The purpose of this thesis, namely: First, the implementation ofthe investigation of the offenses committed by minors in Pekanbaru CityPolice Resort, Second, Limitations to the investigation of criminal offensescommitted by minors in Pekanbaru City Police Resort, Third, efforts done toovercome barriers to the implementation of the investigation of criminaloffenses committed by minors in Pekanbaru City Police Resort.This type of research can be classified into types of juridical sociologicalresearch, which means reviewing the state of the existing problems in the fieldassociate with aspects of the applicable law and governing problems. Becausein this study the authors directly conduct research on the location or placeunder study in order to provide a complete and clear picture of the problemunder study, the research was conducted in Pekanbaru City Police Resort,while the population and the sample is to be a set of objects based onmeticulous research sites. The data used are primary data, secondary data anddata tertiary, technical data collection using interviews and literature study.From the results of research and discussion, it is concluded that the First,implementation of the investigation of the offenses committed by minors inPekanbaru City Police Resort does not run properly because it is not inaccordance with Law No. 3 of 1997 on Juvenile Justice, Second, obstacles toimplementation investigations of criminal offenses committed by minors inPekanbaru City Police Resort is difficulty finding evidence, the study durationof Correctional Agency (BAPAS), absence of special detention for children,Third, efforts were made to overcome barriers to the implementation of thecriminal investigation committed by minors in Pekanbaru City Police Resort isBringing a suspect to a crime scene to find evidence, provide information to he Bureau of Corrections (BAPAS) to accelerate the research completed,submit the budget for the construction of detention for children and women.Keywords: Implementation-Investigation-Crime-Children under Age

Abstract

Rokan Hulu is a district carved out of Kampar, Rokan Hulu district labeled as A Thousand Suluk where Rokan Hulu society in general are the majority of farmers and livestock farmers have. Here the expected role of the police to the police more effective, because the police is a government agency in charge of maintaining public order and security, especially in combating the crime of theft of livestock due to the theft of livestock in Rokan Hulu is still rife that every year has increased. The first goal of this thesis, the role of the police in enforcement and eradication of cattle theft in Police Rokan Hulu. Second, the constraints faced by the police in enforcement and eradication of cattle theft in Police Rokan Hulu. Third, the efforts of the police in enforcement and eradication of cattle theft in Police Rokan Hulu. This type of research is research Sociological law, because in this study the authors directly conduct research at the location where studied in order to give a complete and clear picture related problems examined. This research was conducted at the police station Rokan Hulu. Population and sample is the whole party related to the problem under study, the data source used, primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques in this study done by interviews, questionnaires and review of the literature. The results of the deliberations of the study it can be concluded: First, the role of the police in enforcement and eradication of cattle theft in Rokan Hulu Police Preventive action: providing legal counseling, supervising and observing the stranger whose actions are suspicious and remind each other in neighborhoods around while the repressive actions: follow-up report of the public and the police strengthen the function of the investigation. Second, the constraints faced by police Police Rokan Hulu is the limited number of police personnel, community negligence, trace the perpetrators, lack of information. Third, the efforts made to overcome these obstacles is to coordinate with the relevant legal institutions, raising public awareness, conduct legal counseling.
