Abstract

One way of performance measurement at syariah financial is by using PBI approach. The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of accounting performance of Muamalat Bank Used Bank Indonesia rules approach with measurement method is CAMEL approach during period of the year 2008 – 2012 Based on the research done at Muamalat Bank in 2008 until 2012 got HEALTH predicate, because CAMEL credit score obtained at 81 above (health minimum standard) was 100 in 2008, 95.63 in 2009, 91.26 in 2010, 100 in 2011 and 100 in 2012.Key words : Health Bank, Capital, Asset, Management, Earning, Liquidity.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the formation of public perception management majors (positioning) through marketing strategies (product, promotion, place, price processes, people, services and the level of satisfaction). The results showed that the sequence of the highest variable shape their effectiveness is variable positioning process, variable service, variable space, variable pricing, promotion variable. Whereas variable ineffective cover variables, and variable products/ graduates. Variable attributes of brand loyalty in the visible frequency attributes in the sense that like the education (frequency) assessed by a variation less often quite high, but it will not reduce the assessment of the service received, for services provided management department meets department higher standards set. While others attribute to recommend to the comfort (comfortable) and preferences with services obtained got a pretty good assessment, while the other attributes that tend to get a very good assessment of the variation is almost the same. Attributes related to the service, is the most influential variable, and the most important factors to changes in loyalty management majors existence and Attributes related to the purchase of statistical models that also affect positively to the presence of the management department.Keywords : Positioning, Satisfaction, and Service

Abstract

Bandar Lampung has considerable potential to produce Emping Melinjo, Lampung pretty good natural conditions for growing trees Emping melijo as raw material, it is the primary driving factor Emping Melinjo business grows. Small businesses including chips and drives the economic growth of the community, because it has a very efficient performance, productive also have higher competitiveness.But there are several problems encountered, among others: (1) marketing, (2) capital, (3) innovation and utilization of information technology, (4) the supply of raw materials, (5) and the empowerment of labor absorption, and (6) plans business development. Deals with the problems faced, the strategies needed to overcome them. Business development chips, certainly not enough to simply charged to the business itself, but there should be good support from stakeholders, business associations, universities, and related institutions. Savings Bank State (BTN) of Office Of Branch of Port Float. This Research aim to to know the level of influence of Quality of Service to Loyalitas of Cutomer of at PT. Savings Bank State ( BTN) of Office Of Branch of Port Float. Result of solution of influence of Quality of service to loyalitas of client PT. Savings Bank of State Branch Port Float obtained by Variable of service of t count (5446) > t of is tables of (1,75), its meaning is Ho refused and Is ha accepted, its conclusion there are influence of between service to loyalitas of client PT. Savings Bank of State Branch Port Float. Influence Or regresi of between quality of service to loyalitas of client PT. Savings Bank of State Branch Port Float equal to 0,806, while pursuant to value of R Square (R2) of equal to 0,650 that statistically the level of influence of quality of service to loyalitas give contribution of equal to 65%. Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of the modernizing tax administration system with the level of compliance of employers  Tax Service Office ( KPP ) Primary area of ​​Bandar Lampung . The study was conducted at the Tax Service Office ( KPP ) Primary area in Bandar Lampung , Teluk Betung , Tanjung Karang and  Kedaton. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method and verification approach . Questionnaires distributed to the Taxable Person ( PKP ) are listed in the Tax Service Office ( KPP ) Primary area in Bandar Lampung . Hypothesis testing techniques performed using the t test . The results show the implementation of the modernization of the tax administration system in Tax Service Office (KPP) in Bandar Lampung significant effect on the level of compliance Taxable Person with the positive direction of the relationship . Abstract

The Achievement of organizational goals,depends on the discipline of work,supported by the best morale and high a rousal that is the basisof success or failure of organizational purpose. The Employee discipline is strongly influenced by the ability to communicate between each element, because the discipline is closely related to the delivery of rules and sanctions that is accompanied by aprocess of coaching and supervision. This means, The delivery process that is not accompanied by the ability to communicate will result in not maximal achieved objectives. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is a significant effect of communication on employee discipline PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Bandar Lampung. The Research used two variables, the independent variable (X) is the communication variables and the dependent variable(Y) is the discipline of work. From data analysis to prove the hypothesis, researcher found an answer that There is significant. relationship between communication variables (X) on employee discipline(Y) in PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Bandar Lampung. This is evidenced by t-coun tgreat erthan the value. oft-table. Regression calculation results obtain edt-count for communication variables (X) of 3.023is greater than the valuet-tabel2.042, meaning that communication (X) have significant effect on employee discipline(Y) in PT. Jamsostek(Persero) Bandar Lampung. Large coefficient(b) the positive value in dicates that the communication variables (X) significant effect on employee discipline (Y) in environments PT. Jamsostek (Persero). The coefficient value of0.843 means that if the communication variables (X) rose by 1 percent, the employee discipline(Y) in PT. Jamsostek(Persero) Bandar Lampung in creased by0,843 percent.Key Word : communication, discipline

Abstract

Human resources should not only be viewed as an object , but also a subject in the process of achieving organizational goals / agencies . The condition is a challenge to increase the role of human resources in particular employees of PT . Miki Oleo , to be able to utilize a variety of conditions and overcome challenges or obstacles in the atmosphere of a rapidly changing nation . Supervision is the execution of tasks can be executed according to plan and the legislation in force . It is hoped that the weaknesses and deficiencies in the work can be optimally repaired , so that in the future can be achieved better employment outcomes . Without intensive supervision feared many employees that work are not responsible . Supervised have prevented the emergence of cheating and misappropriation and leakage due to abuse of authority that will ultimately harm . There are variants or other factors that affect the relationship between supervision and discipline of work either individually or jointly with job performance . There is a positive relationship between supervision and discipline of working with job performance either individually or jointly , or in other words in PT . Miki Oleo , Ha relationship between supervision and discipline of working with job performance either individually or jointly received and tested . Abstract

As the organizer of higher education, Informatics and Business Institute (IBI) Darmajaya Bandar Lampung continually strive to improve academic quality to convince the public that Darmajaya IBI is committed to providing the best for the education of young generation, especially in Lampung Province. The latest program was established by the IBI Darmajaya is Graduate Master of Information Technology and Master of Management. Various attempts were made by IBI Darmajaya to improve service to graduate students with the building of infrastructure facilities and curriculum. With the advanced elements of quality of service to students as an important indicator of factors, then it is expected to improve performance and competitiveness of graduate programs amid the onslaught of competition IBI Darmajaya colleges in the province of Lampung.This research is descriptive and aims to determine the student responses to the quality of service provided by the organizers of IBI Darmajaya graduate program and to determine the extent of satisfactory service for its students. Samples in this study were graduate students IBI Darmajaya some 71 people with engineering samples using the techniques of sampling using probability sampling with simple random sampling. The method used in this study is SERVQUAL (service quality) to describe the gap and the expected quality of service received by graduate students IBI Darmajaya to determine the level of student’s satisfaction. Of the gap was then made to determine the Cartesian diagram in which the dimensions of the graduate program of service should be improved or maintained. The result showed that the gap, which indicates that the quality of services not optimally satisfy the students because all gap value – (minus). However, on average, students have felt satisfied with existing services. The implications of the Cartesian diagram, IBI Darmajaya graduate programs need to improve services and maintain the dimension A dimension B because the graduate program has demonstrated outstanding service quality in line with expectations and the reality of services received by7 students.Keywords: SERVQUAL, Gap Analysis, Cartesian diagram, student satisfaction

Abstract

Universities on the creation of labor gave the significant role, so the effect on the increasing numbers of workers. If the number of workers and jobs are not balanced, then the unemployment and economic inequality will become an increasingly urgent problem to be resolved. The number of entrepreneurs in a region that is minimal, describes the low competitiveness owned. In supporting the emergence of high competitiveness, function and the role of educators to be more active in providing motivation for learners to become entrepreneurs is indispensable. College as one of the means and facilitating role in shaping the young generation has an obligation to train and motivate the students to give to become savvy generation, independent, creative, innovative and able to create business opportunities. Thus, every college immediately towards sole discretion to balance between higher education research institutions with entrepreneurs forming institutions.
