Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the human resource information systems and employee performance in PT. Rabbani, and to determine how much influence human resource information systems to employees performance in PT. Rabbani. This research was conducted at PT Rabbani, to get the cause of the downward trend in employee performance. This allegedly caused by problems of human resource information systems, resulting in reduced performance of the employee. The method used is exploratory survey method using Equaltion stuctural Modeling SEM-PLS. Sample in the study were 36 employees. The results of this study indicate HR information system affect the performance of employees. Thus, the conclusions that can be drawn from this study that: to increase the influence of human resource information systems to employee performance, by following all the Standard Operating Company with regard phases that have been imposed by the company. Keywords: human resouces information system; performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to create an application-based motor vehicle tax calculation web online. Currently the data processing is still done manually which caused some problems and require a long time to make the payment by the taxpayer, so it needs to be made an application that can handle these problems. To achieve these objectives need to be done in the following steps of conducting systems analysis, design and implement applications tally of motor vehicle tax. Through this system is expected to support to facilitate taxpayers in paying taxes on motor vehicles.  Keywords: taxes on motor vehicles; Web-based.

Abstract

The development of e commerce in Indonesia is increasing rapidly, it requires businesses to be able to adapt to adopt online sales. One of the largest platform currently used by internet users is the android. The purpose of this study to create an online sales application. Advances in technology requires that the company can adapt to these advancements, it is intended to simplify the business processes. Abstract

One of the problems that exist at Metrology Training Center is the lack of teaching materials that can increase student interest in the field of measurement / calibration. Additionally, another difficulties that come from the students to learning the concepts of physics especially kinematics is a lack of understanding of mathematical modeling and simulation model depiction form a case studies. This research is expected to help resolve those difficulties by making the software as a interactive teaching materials supplement, so it can add to the interest of students to learning physics generally and calibration in the field of kinematics in particular. Interactive Kinematics Simulation Applications equipped with teaching materials supplement which implemented into simulation model. Based on the questionnaires results, turned out that these applications can increase the attractiveness of the students to calibration material especially in the field of kinematics. Abstract

Now, to get the information place tenants in the greater bandung in detail and focused, especially through the android is still difficult obtained .Therefore, this research made to build an application mobile based android that can be facilitate the search and the owner tenants in search of and promote lodging house that is there Bandung City. Research methods used covering research methodology descriptive analytical and development, data collection method, and method of development a system based on object. The research results show that it takes an application search lodging to simplify search tenants to get informations lodging accurate so search tenants can be easily find a place lodging in accordance with the criteria desired. With a finish he made this application, will to simplify users in promoting and find a place tenants that is there bandung through the android.Keywords: information system; android.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to make an application advertisement tax calculation in the Dispenda Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Currently the data processing is still done manually which caused some problems and there are also obstacles such calculations fast enough so that takes a long time in the process poses. Therefore it needs to make an application that can handle these problems. To achieve these objectives need to be done in the following steps of conducting systems analysis, design and implement advertising tax calculation application. Through this application is expected to support to simplify the calculation of local taxes and can accelerate employee in performing his job duties. Keywords: application; advertisement tax.
