Archiving is something that cannot be separated from an organization or institution, archives have such an important role. the number of letters created and received administratively, so that the search data is inefficient in terms of time and energy using a manual system. So at this time needed a letter management administration system that is more structured to speed up the search for existing data and make reports, So the author makes an archive application that is considered necessary and helps Baznas. This application is designed using PHP and Mysql. Because it is web-based, this archive application has the ability, can be accessed anywhere, the admin can manage with user logins so that it can facilitate, install, save and save letters and proposals in or out, print reports. <![CDATA[This study aims to design and implement a circuit that functions to open and close the rice field irrigation door automatically. By using an automatic irrigation control system in order to make it easier for farmers to control the entry of water in the irrigation flow. With the development of technology, the existence of sensors and microcontrollers, it is easier to make automatic irrigation controllers using ultrasonic sensors. To read the water distance when the water distance is normal, the servo motor will open 180º. And if the water experiences a height within a certain distance, the servo motor will move to close. As a water distance controller, the ultrasonic sensor reads the water distance which will be displayed on the LCD screen. The adapter functions as a supply of AC (220V) to DC (12V) current which is used to supply current to the Arduino. In order for the irrigation flow to function automatically, an Arduino UNO R3 microcontroller is needed to receive data sent from the servo motor, ultrasonic sensor. One problem that arises is the rupture that caused the destruction of communication lines or fiber optic cable intermediary.With a high level of reliability demanded data on the company's lines of communication so that the need for technology that can provide solutions to problems in the network data communication lines. It is very necessary especially companies manage databases and the data is very important to maintain.The use of gateway load balancing technology (GLBP) of cisco is expected to provide data communications reliability in need in the company.Gateway Load Balancing Protocol is the technology division of the traffic load of data to each gateway router or a group who are members of the GLBP. This technology can also divert traffic data gateway router it is damaged or dies communication path to the gateway are functioning properly. <![CDATA[Researchers conducted research intending to determine the effect of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance in one of the telecommunications companies in the city of Bandung. Furthermore, this research analyzes the factor that has the most dominant influence between motivation and works environment on employee performance in one of the telecommunications companies in the city of Bandung, which is the object of research of as many as 95 employees using a questionnaire.Based on research using path analysis, the variables of motivation and work environment on employee performance in one of the telecommunications companies in the city of Bandung are valid. <![CDATA[he design of the Automatic Plant Watering Prototype is something that can provide benefits to the process of watering existing plants in a garden or park that is in a housing or location that has a garden, how the automatic plant watering process can run smoothly in accordance with established procedures and run according to the needs of the plant. In the face of today's modern era, farmers or park rangers need a system to improve performance in plant care and the quality of plant management and the watering and fertilizing processes that run in it, otherwise it will hamper the performance of the farmers themselves. Gading Junti Asri Housing is no exception, namely housing that always greens its environment, has problems that often occur because there is no system to water plants automatically, garden guards often forget to water plants because there is no automatic plant watering system. Design of an automatic plant watering prototype This has the advantage of automatically watering the plants. When the soil is dry, it can detect soil moisture in the plants. <![CDATA[A chili plant monitoring system has been created to increase crop yields, this system monitors soil pH and soil moisture in order to increase the growth of chili plants so that the yield obtained is maximum. This system uses Arduino UNO as its microcontroller with output in the form of automatic plant watering and automatic fertilizer. Important variables to support plant growth are soil moisture, soil pH, and the right watering time and duration. Measurement of soil pH and soil moisture is carried out using soil moisture sensor and soil pH sensor. While the output produced from the water pump and fertilizer and servo motor as the control. The measurement results of the two sensors will then be displayed on the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). The test results of soil pH monitoring tools and soil moisture in chili plants show measurement results with good accuracy. <![CDATA[This study aimed to determine and analyze the influence of company growth and profitability on company value at one of the well-known national private banks in Indonesia for the 2012-2019 period. In this study, data collection techniques were used to obtain research data in the form of secondary data obtained from financial report documentation. There are two types of data used in this study: qualitative data in the form of a general description of the company and quantitative data in the form of the company's financial statements consisting of a profit and loss balance. Then the data were analyzed according to research needs: company growth proxied by Assets Growth, Profitability proxied by ROA, and company value proxied by PBV.The results showed that company growth (Asset Growth) positively and significantly affected firm value (PBV). In addition, profitability (ROA) positively and significantly affects firm value (PBV). As a result, company growth (Asset Growth) and profitability (ROA) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV) at one of the national private banks in Indonesia for the 2012-2019 period.The implications of research on companies need to increase company growth and profitability on firm value. Companies must increase the company's total assets and high return on assets. From an investor's point of view, a company with good growth will produce a reasonable rate of return—the higher the company's ability to earn profits, the greater the return expected by investors.Keywords: company growth, profitability, company value.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of the research took place at one of the textile companies in the city of Bandung. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a descriptive method approach and a verification method (correlation coefficient, simple regression, coefficient of determination). The population in this study amounted to 30 people.The results showed that the Finished Goods Inventory Accounting Information System was in the pretty good category with a score of 3.24, and the Internal Control of Finished Goods Inventory was in the pretty good category with a score of 3.18.The results of calculating the independent variable, namely the Finished Goods Inventory Accounting Information System, At the same time, the dependent variable is the Finished Goods Inventory Internal Control. Therefore, this study has a strong correlation because it shows the results of calculating the correlation coefficient, which has a value of r = 0.862. Furthermore, simple linear regression that is Y = 1.909 + 0.890 X. Therefore, the coefficient of determination (R2) expressed as a percentage illustrates the magnitude of the effect of the accounting information system on ready-to-use goods inventory (x) on Finished Goods Inventory internal control (y) of 0.744 or 74.4%. Moreover, this research analyzes the factor that has the most dominant influence between Work-Life Balance and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction in a manufacturing company in the city of Bandung, which is the object of research for as many as 60 employees using a questionnaire.Based on path analysis research, the work-life balance and work environment variables on job satisfaction in one of the manufacturing companies in the city of Bandung are declared valid. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether inflation and the rupiah exchange rate affect the value added tax (VAT) revenue in the 2017-2021 period. The factors tested in this study are inflation and the rupiah exchange rate as independent variables, while value added tax (VAT) revenue as the dependent variable. The research method used in this study is the verification method. The population in this study is data on inflation reports, rupiah exchange rates, and reports on value added tax (VAT) receipts. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method, so that the samples in this study are data on inflation reports, rupiah exchange rates, and monthly value added tax (VAT) receipts published in the 2017-2021 period. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.00. The results of the research partially and simultaneously show that inflation and the rupiah exchange rate affect the value added tax (VAT) revenue. In addition, the magnitude of the influence of inflation and the rupiah exchange rate in contributing to the value added tax (VAT) revenue is 43.7%.
