Fokus dan Ruang Lingkup Jurnal Informatika dan Teknik Elektro Terapan (JITET) merupakan jurnal nasional yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Teknik (FT), Universitas Lampung (Unila), Lampung, sejak tahun 2013. JITET memuat artikel hasil-hasil penelitian di bidang Informatika dan Teknik Elektro. JITET berkomitmen untuk menjadi jurnal nasional terbaik dengan mempublikasikan artikel berbahasa Indonesia yang berkualitas dan menjadi rujukan utama para peneliti. Ruang lingkup JITET mengakomodasi pemaparan informasi ilmiah dalam bentuk artikel penelitian, artikel teknis, artikel konseptual, ataupun artikel laporan studi kasus yang sesuai dengan fokus dan ruang lingkup jurnal ini. JITET terbit tiga (3) edisi per-tahun, edisi Januari, April, dan Agustus. Ruang lingkup JITET mencakup semua masalah di bidang Informatika, Teknik Elektro, termasuk di dalamnya adalah teknik tenaga listrik, mesin-mesin listrik dan sistem konversi energi, elektronika dan aplikasi, teknologi informasi dan sistem kontrol, telekomunikasi dan teknik biomedik.

Abstract

Abstract In this study, the tenses learning system will be designed by using Macromedia Flash 8 software. This system aims to enhance the enthusiasm of learning from students in an effort to understand the English tenses. In this learning system, there are 16 tenses material, some exercises, and 3 kinds of tests are presented in interesting way. This system can also be used by teacher to test the ability of the students in understanding tenses. Teacher who have role as the admin can also use the program interface to update the problems that have been there before and will be stored in the database PHP.Keywords: learning system, tenses, Macromedia Flash 8, PHP.

Abstract

Gutters Javanese village is the village where people do not get the energy supply of electricity. People in this area make microhydro power plant, manufacture of power generation because microhydro is supported in this area are river flows from the mountains. In the study microhydro voltage control device is installed on the system controller uses ATmega8535 as the primary device. Installation of the controller circuit is due at microhydro is the case over voltage. Over voltage due to rotor rotation is over, resulting in over voltage at zero load To overcome these problems then be made to serve the load when the load shifted to zero at the expense of consumers. Complement the load is controlled by a microcontroller ATmega8535. Complement the work load placed on the system to reduce the previous voltages 310 volts to 230 volts by regulating the activation of complement load Key words: microhydro, complement Load, Load consumers.

Abstract

Abstrak RANCANG BANGUN MESIN KEHADIRAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN KODE BAR. Mesin kehadiran ini menggunakan mikrokontroler ATMEGA 8535 sebagai pengendali mikro, Infra merah dan photodioda sensor untuk mendeteksi kartu dan membaca kode bar yang merepresentasikan nomor pada kartu pegawai, MS. Access sebagai manajemen basis data dan Visual Basic 6.0 untuk antarmuka data ke pengguna. Dari hasil pengujian, Mikrokontroller mampu mengendalikan dari awal sensor masuk hingga ke data base pada computer, masalah yang terjadi yaitu pada pemilihan tegangan PWM untuk memutar motor agar sinkron antara pembacaan dengan kecepatan motor, pemilihan tegangan minimal sebesar 4V.Kata Kunci: Absensi, karyawan, mikrokontroler, motor, basis data.

Abstract

There is a process called handover in GSM network.  Handover is the displacement of the mobile station from one base transceiver station (BTS) to another BTS. With handover, the mobile station can change position anytime during the talks and conversations handling the transfer of one BTS to another BTS when customers move from one cell to another.The study was conducted using a software network simulator version 2 (NS-2) with a linux operating sitem 10.10. This study discusses the performance of the current GSM intra Base Station Controller (BSC) handover and inter BSC to measure the parameters of Quality of service (QOS). This study applied some variables from the packet size and speed.From the simulation results, the value of the Throughput average and packet loss occurs at the optimum speed of 17 m / s at the intra-and inter BSC. Abstract

Abstract WiMAX Forum has introduced a logical representation for WiMAX network architecture known as the Network Reference Model. NRM (Network Reference Model) has the function of an entity and reference point where the function is defined interoperability between these entities function. An NRM also defines the reference point that connects R1 to R8 entity functions. The research was conducted by simulating the reference point R1 to R8 that exist in NRM using the software simulator. The design of the network is done by making two scenario are used to represent a reference point. Abstract

 Based on retrieval and data processing need of an increasingly complex and varied, required  for a device that can handle these needs, the computer-based system. The retrieval and processing of data to be read by computer must have a data acquisition system, one of them is a MBED NXP LPC1768 microcontroller. System monitoring and control of liquid levels use mbed NXP LPC1768 microcontroller as the data acquisition system and LabVIEW software as human machine interface (HMI). Data acquisition system between mbed NXP LPC1768 microcontroller using serial communication with the computer. Programming with LabVIEW software built with the blocks into a system program. The control and monitoring with LabVIEW microcontroller based can be implemented by serial communication with LabVIEW software that responds from sensor and equator can be monitoring and controlled in real time. The liquid level control was done in two ways: manually and automatically. two ways: manually and automatically. Automatic liquid level control is by setting the value to the desired level then it will work itself appliance reaches the set value. Keywords: Data acquisition system, Mbed NXP LPC1768, LabVIEW, Human machine interface, manual, automatic.

Abstract

Abstract Currently the application of sensors to facilitate human work is increasing. One is the use of rain sensors applied in clothes horse. Microcontroller will receive the signal from the sensor, and gave the command to the motor driver for DC motor command rotates left or right. DC motor rotation direction is determined by the direct orders of the Microcontroller. Microcontroller as the brain to rule, so in order not to rely on any of the DC motor running. Clothesline able to move as far as approximately 1.5 meters. The goal is to roll the rail motors clothesline, clothesline or clothes that do not become wet because of the rain. Abstract

Abstract Human need for information now pushing the demand for internet data access speed high rises rapidly. The service offers diverse include text, sound, video, and data. It has become even daily needs that can not be separated from human life. So the need for technology that can deliver voice, data, and video with better quality. This study discusses the application of scheduling service class on data communications applications in the Fixed WiMAX network. Fixed WiMAX network is simulated using OPNET Modeler. Network design performed using a single BS, SS 16 pieces, and the server as a source of traffic. Data is collected for ten minutes. The simulation results obtained show that the application of sound, UGS service class has the greatest value is 3 Mbps throughput and jitter smallest value that is close to 0 s. In video applications, rtPS service class has the greatest value of throughput is 44 Mbps and has the smallest delay value was 0.17 s. On the application file transfer, nrtPS service class has the greatest value is 6,745,187 bps throughput and has the smallest delay value is 0.014 s. In the web browsing application, nrtPS service class has the greatest value is 8.2 Mbps throughput and has the smallest delay value is 0.022 s.Keywords : fixed WiMAX, scheduling service, Opnet Modeler

Abstract

AbstractStarting from 2000, the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) could be accessed on-line by the entire academic community of the University of Lampung. SIAKAD used for academic purposes at the University of Lampung, such as card-making Plan Study (KRS), and Study Result Card (KHS). Faculty of Engineering, University of Lampung, which is one of the faculty who are in the shade of the University of Lampung also been wearing SIAKAD on-line for academic administration for its students. But in reality, SIAKAD on-line that used still had some shortcomings, namely, the absence of a recapitulation of how many students pass a graduation period, the average GPA of a graduation, the average GPA per class, how many students graduate, active, Drop Out (DO) a generation in one department, and the average of study period per period graduates. Therefore, in this study there had been made academic information system contains solutions to some of the shortcomings of the SIAKAD on-line used by the University of Lampung and were focused only on the Faculty of Engineering, University of Lampung. The information system was built using the programming language PHP version 5.3.5 and MySQL version 5.0.7 as its DBMS. At first the information system was created on the local host server and then uploaded to the web server of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Lampung. Once the information system was built, the system tested. Testing was done by two scenarios, namely offline scenario and online scenario. In the offline testing, information system that was built could show how average GPA per class, average GPA per period of graduation, student statistics, as well as how many students were active, graduated, not graduated, dropped out (DO), and resigned themselves. Online scenario was done after the system information uploaded to the web server of the Faculty of Engineering. Abstract

Abstrack Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a technology that utilizes the Internet Protocol to provide real-time voice communication. VoIP technology is a today telecommunication technology, where the costs of the technology infrastructure is much cheaper than the telecommunications technology that is commonly used today. Forming elements are VoIP User Agent, Proxy, Protocol and Coder-Decoder (CODEC). Asterisk is a softswicth to operate a proxy, which is based on session initiation protocol (SIP). 10.10 Ubuntu operating system as a VoIP server is flexible to support a package of performance Asterisk. The goal of this research is to build Asterisk-based VoIP server, that can be developed in further research as needed. The methodology of research conducted, is devided by two, the study of literature and experimental. The research was conducted at the installation that has been built before the Internet network. VoIP so here functioned as maximizing existing internet network is to reduce expenses communication needs.
