Abstract

Many studies have been shown that Intelligent Tutoring Systems (ITSs) contribute to a remarkable improvement in the educational outcomes of students. Several authoring tools have been developed to contribute to making ITSs easier to build and widespread. However, there is still a lacks of current understanding in the ITSs community on how authoring tools could support nonprogrammer authors to build ITSs. This study uses a systematic literature review (SLR) method to identify primary empirical studies for nonprogrammers regarding the usage of ITSs authoring tools. The concern of this study is summarizing and analyzing the state of the art of the development of authoring tools. This study identifies the ITSs components and types that can be authored, the technologies used, and also search for proof of the advantages of ITSs authoring tools as well.

Abstract

ATR/BPN Kota Bengkulu uses information technology to manage land records, draw plots of land, and to document activities carried out in each area for reporting. In the use of IT, it has not implemented Best Practice and has never been evaluated so that it does not yet know the level of maturity. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations to the ATR/BPN Kota Bengkulu to report to the center. Abstract

Indonesian children mostly are active users of online social media. However, they are easy to be influenced by false information or fake news (hoax). The spreading of hoax itself has threatened Indonesian principle of unity in diversity and destroyed the capacity building of Indonesian children. In order to prevent the children become the victims or the perpetrators of hoax, the need to give the children knowledge of and the way to identify false information is very important. Giving children the right information is the right of the children that is   guaranteed by Indonesian Children Protection Act 2014. The right of the child to obtain the right information rather than false information must be fulfilled because hoax is rampant in Indonesia. The method used to give this knowledge and skills was undertaken through a service learning program by introducing them about the understanding of hoax, the type of hoax, the legal aspect of hoax, the literacy, and the campaign.  After training the students have obtained more knowledge to identify hoax using the software.

Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the Fintech Service Acceptance on Student in Indonesia. The investigating of the acceptance employs extended-ECM to reveal the student’s perception of usefulness, confirmation, and satisfaction in using fintech service.  The extend of Expectation–confirmation model (ECM) using technological self-efficacy (TSE) and perceived ease of use is used in this research to investigate the adoption study in fintech area. This research also adds trust factor to fit up the investigation in the area. The 302 questionnaires from respondents are tested using SmartPLS to point significantly factors in the proposed model. The results reveal that the factors in ECM and trust are most powerful in fintech service acceptance study. The interesting result came from TSE as a predicted factor for confirmation and perceived ease of use and not for perceived usefulness. The results have recommendation to developer of fintech application. They must aware to technological self-efficacy of users.
