Abstract

As a dakwah movement that has a social ideals to bring the genuine Islamic community is the basic philosophical of Muhammadiyah’s movement. There are three important concepts such as, the movement of jama’a, qaryah tayyibah and sakinah family. Then came the strategy of "cultural da’wah" and look at the reality of the importance of greeting compound. In addition, the need to emphasize the contemporary missionary preaching bi al-kitâbah, in addition to bi-lisân al-hâl. Brilliant thinking regarding the function and existence redefined mosque, theology, preaching and social monotheism is needed to revitalize the spirit of the mission within the framework of philosophical-rational.

Abstract

One of the interesting and important problem that faced by patients at hospital is the ignoring of their spiritual need. However if this aspect cannot be fullfilled then patients will get psychological and theologicat effects and it is against patients right and nursing ethics. More of the patients at hospital are moslem, then the solution is there must be a research to find an islamic guidance and counseling programe which is able to serve the moslem spiritual needs because this spiritual needs cannot be fulfilled by general nursing sevices.

Abstract

This paper departed from Muthahhari’s statement that human nature in Islam is paradoxical creatures. In itself there are good qualities and have a tendency to go towards the truths and sacred entities, and the nature of evil as well. All of this is the potential of the human being and should establish itself to become a more perfect self. In view Muthahhari, man as the vicegerent of Allah on earth and as the preaching subjects in which have the nature of God confess, free reliable. Humans as subjects of da’wah initiated the tendency towards good and evil, with their capacity that is not limited, having a whole and instinctive dignity, human driving motivation in many ways is not only material but is transcendent (divine) that finally can freely make use of the grace and gifts bestowed him that will shape the future humans as subjects propaganda bright, awakened, has theistic and spiritual freedom and not experiencing alienation of the self, the world and God.

Abstract

The fall of pesantren have been many differents problem one and the other. In the case of Alfadiliyah in this research has been many problems: first, leadership factor, which the successor of kyai leadership from old leaders to present has not followed normally method in generally tradisional pesantren; second, there are reformation movement on understanding and tradisional practices of culture pesantren which done by generation leader pesantren after die founder. Reformation  movement like it mede opportunity to struggle from internal leader family, so stimulating struggle and conflict in pesantren; third, genetical factor as the influenced situation from many problems is competition in to pesantren assets, like materials, roles and power.

Abstract

This paper attempts to unravel the involvement of media in orbit would be preachers and daiah as a television program. The position of television as a medium to be very important in clarifying the boundaries of daiah professionalism because a preacher or items related to the assessment standards applied by the media as an organizer of the contest. In addition, this paper also presents the phenomenon of young preachers that the selection program is a form of positive cooperation between the Islamic syiar the media so that the message of Islam can exist in the development of information and communication technology is rapidly increasing.

Abstract

This paper will try to outline a conceptual framework of Islam and the struggle in the realm of Tatar Sunda. For the Sundanese peole, Islam has become an integral part. This study also will explore the feasibility of Islamic Tatar Sunda regarded as a sect of so many schools, both of which have been or will be born and grow that to this day still survive in parts of the world community. Since the earliest historical experience, Sundanese people always put the values of Islam in a very central position in whole aspects of life. Phenomena contained in the philosophy of life, the Sundanese are reflected in the expression of Silih Asah, Silih Asih, Silih Asuh really is one of the principle of life is colored by the spirit of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Comics or cartoons are a kind of medium that can be used in dakwah. Through the comics, messages are represented by visuals which tend not to seem patronizing. One of the Islamic comic used as an example for this paper is the comic entitle "Si Bujang." By using the semiotics methods, this paper tries to strip the message what is implicit or explicit in the comic is aimed at the interpretation of propaganda messages about Islamic leadership. Overall, this paper assumes that the comic is one effective medium for the propagation of Islam through the game of visual signs.

Abstract

Khithabah as part of sermons, including one method of propagation in the context of mass communication that preachers often do. Khithabah become a popular paradigm that the escort mission dynamics of mass media propaganda with all kedakwahannya effectiveness. Often khithabah conducted limited spread Islamic ideology which incidentally is the transfer of ideas with a bunch of speeches recreational bandage which in turn offers the essence of propaganda about itself. However, the insertions are not rare in any recreational activity khithabah a bargaining power for their own propaganda and a lover of excellence in the Islamic world that in fact describe the nature of grace for the whole of nature.

Abstract

This writing presents the development of mazhab (Islamic school of thought and law) and sects in Indonesia, including discussion the sects that are considered deviating. From social-religious perspective, the development of mazhab and sects in Indonesia is correlated with the development of science and social-religious dynamics of one society. Looking from the perspective of mazhab, Muslim in Indonesia is not only concentrated to Sunni (Syafi’i, Maliki, Hanafi, and Hambali), but also to Syiah that began to reveal in 1990s. Meanwhile, from the development of sects, there is a more dynamic and progressive phenomenon, which frequently goes beyond Muslim’s logic and belief. The revealing sects are actually not the development or extension of conventional sects in Islam, such as Qodiriyah, Jabariyah, and Asyariyah, anymore. The development of the sects has come to theological-pluralist development. However, this writing is to assert that the recent occurrence phenomena of various sects in Indonesia is actually not something new, instead of the extension of mysticism practice.

Abstract

There are two paradigms we can found when discussing about leadership; those are transactional and transformational leadership. This paper is to examine the contribution of transformational leadership to commitment and its concomitants of involvement, loyalty, and satisfaction. I also consider the mechanisms underlying the process. Although transformational leadership clearly affects the performance of work groups and organizations, the strongest effects of transformational leadership seem to be on followers’ attitudes and their commitment to the leader and the organization. Moreover, it may be that it is the extraordinary commitment of followers of transformational leaders that underlies the exceptional performance of many groups led by transformational leaders.
