Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Islamic service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty switching intentions moderated by religious knowledge level in in Customer of BRISyariah Bank in Surabaya.The research method used is quantitative approach. This research use a total of 96 customers of BRISyariah Surabaya. Customer characteristics used are Moslem, registered as a funding or deposit customer for at least a year. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. This research uses a method PLS (Partial Least Square).The results showed that Islamic service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Other results showed that customer satisfaction has significant impact to customer loyalty and Islamic service quality has significant effect on customer loyalty. This results in accordance with the theory of Othman and Owen that CARTER could be used to measure the quality of service on Islamic Banking. Suggestion for the BRISyariah Bank in Surabaya should maintain and improve its service quality in order to improve satisfaction and form a loyal customer. Abstract

A Muslim who works as a form of workship to Allah SWT make attempts to obtain wealth by means of the lawful and good. As well as within the organization, a Muslim who gained the trust of the other party will always manage cooperatives by prioritizing and applying traits according to traits owned by Rasulallah, one of which is the trusthworthy traits and is able to provide a positive influence to others within the organization.The research method used is case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses interviews in primary data collection. The scope of research is limited to the focus on the cooperative manager of Qomaruddin boarding school Sampurnan Bungah in Gresik and find answers on how to implement the trustworthy traits of Rasulalllah on the management of the cooperative.The result of this research is the implementation of the trustworthy traits of Rasulallah SAW has already been implemented properly by the cooperative manager of the cooperative boarding school in the form of cooperative management in accordance with Islamic principle, because the cooperative management fullfilled with the 3 indicators such as responsibility, trusworthiness and transparency so that the growth and development of cooperative boarding school survived until today. The manager of the boarding school cooperative that implements the trustworthy traits of Rasulallah able to make policy and ethical Islamic system which resulted in an Islamic organization. The cooperative management has implemented the trustworthy traits correctly, by implementing those trustworthy traits, kopontren obtain the benefit. Kopontren manager interpret the business benefits based on the blessing of sustenance and pleasure of Allah SWT from the management as well as the ability and the sincerity to provide benefits to many parties. REFERENCESDepartemen Agama RI. 2009. Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of productive zakat toward the productive performance of mustahiq at their workplace.This research used qualitative methods through descriptive case study analysis.Characteristic of theinformant research are the mustahiq that already registered as BAZ Jatim member. The number of informant tested of this research by six mustahiq and there are two managers of BAZNAS were asked for further information from the beginning of the research. The sampling technique used by this research is interview instrument and triangulatin process as the validity tool.Based on the results of the research indicate that there are several role of productive zakat that affect the productive performance of mustahiq compared to the period before the zakat was distributed. The four factors as a result are the three main indicators, which is quantitative indicators, are change of number from the raw materials, quantity of productions, and the frequency of productions done. And the additional indicator is the effectivity of resource used, which is the factory overhead used of the production. Furthermore, in the process of research the productive zakat is also have a role to increasethe motivation to produce and the religiosity of mustahiq.Advice for the distributioninstitutions of zakat, are improves the number of productive programs and increases the management and distributions of the zakat, infaq, and  shadaqah as a funding for the empowerment the people so that of the lng term the zakat can be an instrument for the poor and slum reduction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Islamic consumption by Al Aqobah Boarding School teacher in Diwek Subdistrict, Jombang District.This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The population characteristics of this study are the teachers of Al Aqobah Boarding School in Diwek Subdistrict, Jombang District. The teachers of Al Aqobah Boarding School who know and understand the consumption according to Islam are people who implement Islamic consumption in his life, the teacher/ustadz and ustadzah who has been teaching at Al Aqobah boarding school at least 2 years. The number of samples in this study was six informants. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.Based on the results of this study showed that Al Aqobah boarding school teacher in Diwek Subdistrict, Jombang District, has implemented the Islamic consumption legally (halal); they are not extravagant not only in spending wealth but also in living luxury and showing assets. They can also make the balance system between worldly and hereafter consumption.Moreover, the suggestion for all of people in Al Aqobah boarding school and also the teachers are expected to continue teaching the consumption which is true to Islam, apply in everyday life, and provide appropriate examples to the students. Abstract

The porpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of Mosque-basedMicrobusiness Community Program to empowering mustahiq’s economy at Miftahul Jannah Mosque Surabaya.The research method of this research is a qualitative approach, case studies strategy, and descriptive analysis techniques which collecting data through interview, and observation. The informants are members of Mosque-based Microbusiness Community Program at Miftahul Jannah Mosque Surabaya, consist of seven people who had attanded the program and has recieved assistance zakat productive in the form venture capital from Baitul Maal Muamalat through Mosque-based Microbusiness Community Program (KUM3).Based on the results of the research is Mosque-based Microbusiness Community Program effective to empower mustahiq’s economy use productive zakat consist of venture capital, the mosque has a maximum role to facilitate the distribution of productive zakat from Baitul Maal Muamalat to mustahiq evidenced by increasing three indicators, namely ruhiyah, partisipation, and business. REFERENCES Al Qur’an Al Karim.Antonio, M.
