Abstract

This study aims to: 1) describe the implementation of blog as a learning medium for online marketing subject; 2) determine students' response on the implementation of blog as a learning medium for online marketing subject; and 3) know the advantages and disadvantages after the implementation the implementation of blog as a learning medium for online marketing subject. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data that were taken for this study is based on the observation sheet and questionnaire. In addition, the data sources that are taken are 26 tenth grade students of Marketing 2 at SMKN 1 Probolinggo. The research finding showed that: 1) the implementation of a blog can help students to learn online marketing materials; 2) the results of the questionnaire showed that students responded positively on the implementation of blogs as a learning medium; and 3) the advantages and disadvantages after the implementation of blogs as a learning medium are: a) advantages: teachers can operate a blog, students can be more active in the learning activities and creating innovative and creative learning; b) dissadvantages: there is one student who did not like the virtual world and if there is a blackout, the teaching and learning activities is disrupted.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mendeskripsikan penerapan blog sebagai media pembelajaran mata pelajaran pemasaran online, 2) mengetahui respon siswa terhadap penerapan blog sebagai media pembelajaran mata pelajaran pemasaran online, 3)  mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan setelah penerapan blog sebagai media pembelajaran mata pelajaran pemasaran online. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang diambil untuk penelitian ini berdasarkan pada lembar observasi dan angket. Sedangkan sumber data yang diambil yaitu 26 siswa kelas X PMS 2 di SMKN 1 Probolinggo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) penerapan blog dapat membantu siswa dalam belajar materi pemasaran online, 2) hasil angket menunjukkan bahwa siswa memberikan respon yang positif terhadap penerapan blog sebagai media pembelajaran, 3) kelebihan dan kekurangan setelah penerapan blog sebagai media pembelajaran a) kelebihan: guru dapat mengoperasikan blog, siswa lebih aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran serta pembelajaran menjadi inovatif dan kreatif b) kekurangan: ada satu siswa yang tidak suka dengan dunia maya dan apabila listrik mati kegiatan belajar mengajar terganggu.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe in depth the reality of the role of Kiai in establishing the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) accountability. The research perspective used in this study is to use the interpretive paradigm with qualitative research methods and use a collective case studies approach (collective or multiple case study). The use of collective case studies is carried out because in this study not only carried out at the PBNU central office (Pengurus Besar Nahdlatul Ulama), but also at the regional administrator's office, branch administrator’s office, muslimat administrator’s office, and Islamic boarding school. From the results of the research it was found that besides the role of Kiai, NU also had its own way of accountability. NU's accountability process is called Typical Accountability of Lillahita'ala and Ikhlas in the style of Nahdlatul Ulama.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the description of the level of brand engagement and customer loyalty on Twitter social media users in Indonesia. The research design of this study was a crosssectional method. This study used a descriptive approach and explanatory survey method. A total of 106 respondents were selected by simple random sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique was a descriptive technique by using frequency distribution. The result showed that brand engagement is in good enough categories, while customer loyalty is in good enough category. The differences in this study located on object research, time research, measuring instruments, literature used, the theory used and the results of the study.

Abstract

Abstract: This research and development aimed to produce a module of Employee Administration based on Guided Inquiry Learning Strategy for the twelfth grade students of Office Administration program, to determine the feasibility of the module developed through validation, and to know whether there is an improvement towards independent learning and students’ ourcomes before and after using the module This research and development used 4D model. It consisted of 4 stages of development: define, design, develop, and disseminate. It was obtained the average sore of post-test 91.76 in the experimental class, and the results of material and module validation reached 90.66% and 88.30%.  The result of questionnaire distribution of independent learning using the module showed 90%. Thus, from the results of this research showed that the Employee Administration module was applicable and able to improve independent learning and students’ outcomes. It was suggested to use this module as a supporting alternative for learning Employee Administration, specifically on material of discharging employees and pension.ABSTRAK: Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar berupa Modul Administrasi Kepegawaian Berbasis Strategi Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing untuk siswa SMK kelas XII Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran., mengetahui kelayakan modul yang telah dikembangkan melalui hasil validasi, dan mengetahui apakah terjadi peningkatan kemandirian belajar dan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan modul. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan 4D model. Model ini terdiri dari 4 tahap pengembangan, yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Diperoleh hasil rata rata nilai post test 91,76 pada kelas eksperimen, hasil validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli modul mencapai hasil 90,66% dan 88,30%, hasil penyebaran angket kemandirian belajar siswa dengan menggunakan modul juga mencapai persentase 90%, dari hasil penenlitian diatas menunjukkan bahwa modul administrasi kepegawaian terbukti layak dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan kemandirian belajar siswa. Lebih lanjut disarankan untuk menggunakan modul ini sebagai alternative penunjang pembelajaran Administrasi Kepegawaian khususnya pada materi pemberhentian pegawai dan pensiun.

Abstract

Some of the tenth grade students of PBR at SMK PGRI 2 Malang has a low learning achievement on the subject of Marketing Strategy. One of the solutions to overcome this problem is to use collaborative learning model STAD with Peer Tutor. Aside of using the STAD Model that is conducted by teachers, peers assistance is believed to make the learning process be more effective. This is because students are usually more willing to ask their friends rather than their teachers. The type of this research is classroom action research (CAR). Subjects are the tenth grade students of PBR at SMK PGRI 2 Malang in 2014/2015 academic year. Data collection was done by using tests, observations, field notes, interviews and documentation. The results of the collaborative research that was conducted in the tenth grade students of PBR 2 show that: 1) the implementation of collaborative learning model STAD with Peer Tutor at Marketing Strategy subject in class X PBR SMK PGRI 2 Malang is in accordance with the plan or going well, which is conducted in two cycles. The process of implementing collaborative learning model STAD with Peer Tutor is that after the teacher explains the subject's.Abstrak: Sebagian siswa kelas X PBR di SMK PGRI 2 Malang pada mata pelajaran Strategi Pemasaran memperoleh hasil belajar yang kurang. Salah satu pemecahannya adalah dengan menggunakan kolaborasi Model pembelajaran STAD dengan Tutor Sebaya. Selain menggunakan Model STAD yang dilakukan oleh guru, bantuan teman sebaya dalam pembelajaran akan menjadi lebih efektif. Hal ini dikarenakan, siswa biasanya lebih berani bertanya pada teman dari pada bertanya pada guru. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X PBR SMK PGRI 2 Malang tahun 2014/2015. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi, catatan lapangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian penerapan kolaborasi yang dilakukan di kelas X PBR SMK PGRI 2 Malang menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Penerapan kolaborasi model pembelajaran STAD dengan Tutor Sebaya pada materi Strategi Pemasaran pada siswa kelas X PBR SMK PGRI 2 Malang sudah sesuai dengan rencana atau berjalan dengan baik,yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Proses penerapan kolaborasi model pembelajaran STAD dengan Tutor Sebaya yaitu setelah guru menyampaikan materi, siswa yang paham akan materi membantu siswa yang kurang paham. Dengan cara demikian, semua siswa menjadi lebih memahami materi pelajaran dengan mudah; 2) Penerapan kolaborasi model pembelajaran STAD dengan Tutor Sebaya pada mata pelajaran Strategi Pemasaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X PBR SMK PGRI 2 Malang.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the group's empowerment program freshwater fish farmers in the village of Surabayan districts. Lamongan. This study used survey method with a case study approach. Subjects were freshwater fish farmer groups in Kec. Sukodadi Kab. Lamongan. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. This empowerment program packaged in the training and mentoring of fishery product processing and business management. Training results showed high productivity ranging from the activities of input, process and output.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk  memaparkan program pemberdayaan kelompok petani ikan tawar di Desa Surabayan kab. Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subyek penelitian adalah  kelompok tani ikan tawar di  Kecamatan Sukodadi Kab. Lamongan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu  analisis deskriptif. Program pemberdayaan  ini dikemas dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan pengolahan hasil perikanan dan manajemen usaha. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan produktivitas yang tinggi mulai dari kegiatan input, proses dan output.

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to • determine entrepreneur attitude of SMK students that have entrepreneurship, • determine role of eductaion in family also the role of eduction in school. Approch of that type used is qualitative. Research object was SMK students had been doing entrepreneur while Wadi. Informant in this research were students, the student's parent, teacher of entrepreneur and headmaster. Data collecting using deep interview technique, observation and documentation also attitude test. The research result shows that entreprenuership attitude of students include high category, education of family has important role to build entrepreneurship attitude in terms of involving children in their business, the role of school limited in supporting development of student's knowledge.
