Abstract

Global competition between countries both economic and human resources will increase significantly. Agreements ASEAN countries to establish the ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA) the creation of global and regional competition. To deal with this phenomenon, the necessary transformation in the lives of the people, companies, and individuals. If you look at the success of Japan and China are becoming the new economic power, then the answer to this phenomenon is the "Character". Strong and noble character rooted in the culture of the nation into a unique differentiation. In the context of ASEAN actually has a very unique role in shaping the character of the nation, where the ASEAN countries is a religious nation. This can be a major capital in the formation of national character and can be implemented in the work so that it becomes its own power. Spirituality workplace consisting of dimension Meaningful work, Sense of community, alignment with the organizations values and Job as calling have a relationship with Job Satisfaction. Spirituality workplace can create a work environment that is humanistic, so that employees more creative and have high spirits.

Abstract

This research focuses on the field of factors affecting demand RASKIN (poor rice) is an analysis of variety variables such as the number of poor population, income per capita population, and the price of rice substitution. Thus, the alteration of those variables enable occur change in the demand for RASKIN (poor rice).The purpose of this research is to investigate how far the affect of independent variable such as the number of poor population, income per capita population, and the price of rice substitution of RASKIN (poor rice) demand in Pidie religion. In addition, another purpose of this research is to investigate how the demand the development of RASKIN (poor rice) in Pidie district.The data used in this research is the secondary data was the result of survey in 2013 from Statistics central Agency (BPS) and Affairs Logistics Agency (BULOG) in Aceh province. The analysis model used is the model of multiple linear regression methodusing SPSS application.The result of this research indicates that RASKIN (poor rice) demand by the population of Pidie district influenced by the number of poor population, per capita income population, and rice prices tend to be more expensive substitutes. This is proved by R2 = 0, 0196, the level of alpha conviction is 90%. The third partial variables also influence with each other. Variables affecting the number of poor people in poor rice demand is proved by the T – (count) hitung of 3,129 is greater than 1588 compared with T- table. The level of alpha conviction is 90%, income the number of poor partially also affect poor rice demand is proved by the t 0.063 and tables for 1588. For the price of rice substitution proved by t 1576 smaller than T-table 1, 888 and significant at alpha 90%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) Is there any effect of local tax revenue to increase revenue in Lamongan, (2) Is there an influence acceptance levies to increase revenue in Lamongan, (3) Is there an effect of local tax revenue and levies to increase revenue in Lamongan.  This type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach that is ex post facto that is studying the facts that already exist. Describe a process by way of interpreting the data that has been processed. The data used in this study is a time series data (time series) during in 2008 to 2012 from January to December of the data include: local taxes, levies and revenue Lamongan. The analysis used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis to see how much local tax revenue and levies affecting the increase in revenue earned Lamongan. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that local taxes and levies positive effect of increasing revenue Lamongan, this can be seen from the magnitude of the tax variable regression coefficient is greater than the variable levies is 1.358. Thus, the tax variable has the most dominant influence on the increase in revenue in Lamongan.
