Abstract

The objectives of this research is to know how setup law on public procurement on goods/services, how the implementation of public procurement o and what are the barriers factors and alternative solutions in public procurement. The writing methods are normative and empirical methods. The result of this study are shown that Presidential Decree Number 16 Years 2018 as the legal arrangements for public procurement can be used as complete guidelines in the public procurement on goods/services; the implementation of the legal arrangements are not optimal yet; there is an overlap of job function and human resources competencies is not comply yet. The recommendation of this study are the implementation of Presidential Decree Number 16 Years 2018 will be effective since there is local regulations/Mayor Decree as a technical guidance to things that are still not regulated, so that the legal arrangements for the public procurement on goods/services can be used as complete guidelines in the public procurement; must develop the level of compliance in implementing or implementing the Presidential Decree and several other technical regulations; make a clear of job description and human resources competencies need to be improved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of training, HR development on employee performance at PT. In this research the variables discussed are the dependent variable, namely job training and human resource development and free variables, namely employee performance variables. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods. Data collection methods were used using the Slovin formula, a sample of 67 people given to employees. who has a supervisory position down at Pt Global Teknologi Kreasindo. The data is processed using SPSS software version 20.0 for Windows. The results showed that HR training and development had no significant positive effect on employee performance. Both HR Training and Development both have a positive influence on employee performance at PT. Global Teknologi Kreasindo.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur dan pengaruh pemberian Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Pembantu Aviari Batam. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, kualitatif, dengan populasi penelitian adalah data realisasi pemberian kredit dan data perolehan laba operasional PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Sampel yang digunakan dalam pemilihan data menggunakan Nonpropability Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah data pemberian KUR dan perolehan laba operasional selama 4 tahun yaitu dari tahun 2009-2012 pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Pembantu Aviari Batam.Hasil analisa statistik menunjukkan bahwa pemberian KUR berpengaruh terhadap perolehan laba operasional dan memiliki hubungan yang searah dan positif, hal ini dapat terlihat dari setiap tahunnya bahwa jika pemberian KUR mengalami penurunan maka perolehan laba operasional pun mengalami penurunan, dan jika pemberian KUR mengalami kenaikan maka perolehan laba operasional pun mengalami kenaikan.. Selanjutnya dari analisis regresi berganda diperoleh nilai R sebesar 122.  Hasil  ini menunjukan bahwa variabel independen yaitu pemberian KUR (X)  mempunyai keeratan  hubungan  dengan  variabel  Perolehan laba  (Y) sebesar 122.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Riau Islands SKPD with the aim to find out and analyze the Effect of the Accountability of the Regional Financial Statements (LKPD) Against Regional Government Corruption (Case Study of the Riau Islands SKPD). This research uses descriptive analysis and statistical analysis methods. The results of the analysis of audit opinion with a proxy for four types of audit opinions issued by the Indonesian Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia on the financial statements of the local government on the corruption perception index showed that the audit opinion variable (X1) t value was 2,272 with a probability of 0.211. With t count 2,272 greater than t-table 0.05 (40) 2,021 or probability 0.211 greater than 0.05; then H0 is accepted which means that the Audit Opinion variable (X1) partially or individually has no significant effect on the Corruption Perception Index (Y) in the Riau Islands Province LKPD. This result means that the audit opinion issued by BPK RI does not affect the perception of the regional government. Although the results of an opinion from a fair LKPD without exception does not mean that the government has a low level of corruption

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence of the influence of audit tenure, reputation of audit firm. Audit quality is measured by earnings surprise benchmark. This approach was adopted by Rossieta and Wibowo from one of Carey and Simnett audit quality analysis models. Hypothesis (1) Audit tenure positively affect to the audit quality, (2) reputation of audit firm positively affect to the audit quality, (3) Firm Size negative affect to the audit quality, (3) Audit tenure and reputation of audit firm have posittively effect to audit quality. The research used 100 sample of manufacturing companies listed on Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) from 2015 – 2019. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method. Data from this study were obtained from financial statements of manufacturing firms drawn from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Indonesian Capital Market Directory. To analyze the effect of independent variable on the dependent variable, data were analyzed by logistic regression analysis. The result shows that audit tenure have positive and significant effect to the audit quality and reputation of audit firm have negatife and have not significant effect to the audit quality

Abstract

This study aims to improve emotional competence on employee performance, as well as improve work competence on employee performance, and improve emotional competence and work discipline on employee performance at PT Union Plastic Industries. This study took 133 samples from 200 employees at PT Union Plastic Industries. Sampling is done using the random sampling method. The analysis used is multiple regression. By using a 0.05 significance level. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between emotional competence and work discipline on employee performance, with a significant level of 0,000 (less than 0.05). Thus it means that hypotheses that state emotional competence and work discipline have an association with employee performance can be accepted. It is estimated that there is significant between the variables of emotional competence and simultaneous coordination of the performance of employees of PT Union Plastic Industries with a value of 89,948 (greater than 3.07), with a significance level of 0,000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kompenasai dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Rancang Adhya Selaras . Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah jumlah karyawan PT. Rancang Adhya Selaras sebanyak 52 responden dan sampel berjumlah 52 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sensus. Hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar nilai t hitung – 1,393 t table 1,678 dan tingkat signifikan 0,170 0,05, motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 0,596  t table 1,678 dan tingkat signifikan 0,554 0,05, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 2,307 t table 1,678 dan tingkat signifikan 0,025 0,05, stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai t hitung 4,606 t table 1,678 dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 0,05, hasil pengujian F hitung 8,242 F table  2,81dan nilai signifikan 0,000 0,05 maka hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa antara keempat variabel yang diteliti yaitu gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan stress kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable work commitment and work stres, work discipline partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Matahari Department Store. The population in this study were employees of PT. Matahari Department Store. which numbered 50 people with members of the population sampled as a whole by the questionnaire method.The test results show that work commitment, work stres and work discipline do not all have a positive effect on work effectiveness partially. This test also shows that commitment, work stres and work discipline have a significant and simultaneous effect on work effectiveness. The variables of work commitment, work stres and work discipline are 78.3% and the remaining 21.7%. Explained by other variables not included in this study

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of firm size and auditor's opinion on audit delay, the population used are 54 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016, and 40 companies selected as samples by purposive sampling technique. The data used is secondary data, and data analysis using multiple linear regression test that is processed by using SPSS Vers. 20. The result of hypothesis testing in this study shows that the dependent variable is audit delay which can be explained by independent variable (firm size and auditor opinion) is 52,6%, this is seen from R Square based on Determination test. The conclusion of this study is firm size partially significant effect on audit delay, and opinion auditor partially significant effect on audit delay at manufacturing company. And simultaneously firm size and auditor opinion have a significant effect on audit delay

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh birokrasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada kantor kecamatan Bengkong kota Batam. Ruang lingkup variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi birokrasi dan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang berasal dari sumber primer yang telah dikumpulkan dari kuesioner. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang berada di kantor kecamatan Bengkong. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah metode accidental dimana secara kebetulan orang-orang yang berada di kantor kecamatan menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengujian instrumen yang dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan reliabiltas. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel birokrasi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat.
