<![CDATA[Abstract : Correlation Between Career Development With Work Motivation And Desire To Early Retirement.Intention to leave refers to the results of the individual intention to stay continued with in the organization, but has not been manifested in concrete actions to leave the organization. This study aimed to determine the correlation among career development with work motivation and intention to leave the organization. Using a sample of 120 employees, the data were collected using questionnaires. Furthermore, this research using Structural Equation Modelling to analyzed the data.The results of the research showed that the career development significant positive effect on job motivation and a significantnegative effect on intention to leave the organization. Further, work motivation significantly negative effect on intention to leave. The findings uncovered that for those who dominated by needs for satisfying basic necessities their intention to leave is lower than those who dominated by needs for satisfying selfdevelopment. The recommend of this research, the organization must be control potencial employees intention and more transparent employee career development.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract : Analisysis of the effect of financial information, non - financial and macroeconomics to company underpricing when IPO.Initial public offering (IPO) is activity of company in order to public offer of primary share sale. A company who want to go public will be doing an IPO process. Phenomenon that happened commonly is underpricing. Underpricing is conditions which show that share’s price at primary market was to low than first day of secondary market.This study aimed to analyse influence variabels which have an impact to underpricing at company when IPO in Indonesian Stock Exchange During 2007-2011. The factors studied were Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Inflation Rate, Reputation’s Of KAP And Reputation Of Underwriter. The result of multiple regression model for this study indicates that Return on Equity, KAP Reputation and Reputation of Underwriter has a significant effect on underpricing at 5% significantly level, while financial leverage and inflationrate has no effect on underpricing.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract : Indentification of Factory that Affect local tax revenue.This study had a purpose to analyze local tax income in rembang regency according to factors, which affected the income for the period of 1992-2008. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. This study applied a multiple regression analysis. the results obtained by the study. Show that per capita income, number of tourists and c group mining product had a positive and significant effect to the tax income. Number of industries and hotel room reservation did not have significant effect to the tax income of rembang regency. Variable of per capita income gives the dominant influence to the local tax income rembang regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Analysis of Quality Improvement Strategies of Human Resources as the Effort of Poverty Reduction in the District of Nusa Penida.This study discusses about the strategy for improving the quality of human resources in Klungkung regency, which is focused in the village of Nusa PenidaBatukandik. The analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. Analytical results from this study can be described as follows: (1) analysis of the indicator variable quality of human resources (HR) provides results of several indicators that are analyzed, showing the quality of human resources related to living conditions itself, and (2) SWOT analysis carried out showed that the results of the village Batukandik have different strengths that can be utilized in an effort to alleviate poverty. But keep in mind a fundamental weakness, namely the availability of clean water is very limited, and a low sense of optimism and initiative of rural communities to improve quality of life.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract : The Effect of Net Profit margin, Current Ratio, Debt to Asset ratio and Interest Rate of Syariah Beta Stock in The Company That Listed in Jakarta Islamic Index.The aim of this study is to examine whether Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, and the Interest Rate affect Syariah Stock Beta on the companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index during 2009-2011. 45 samples were obtained with purposive sampling. Results show that Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, and the Interest Rate simultaneously affect Syariah Stock Beta, while only net Profit Margin partially affected Syariah Stock Beta.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract : The Effect of Stock Ownership Structure and Corporate Responsibility in Corporate Values.The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of ownership structure on CSR, the effect of Ownership Structure on Firm Value, the effect of CSR on Firm Value, and indirect effect of Ownership Structure on Firm value through CSR. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2008-2010. The sample used by 47 samples. The statistical method that used was the path analysis method. The results showed that the Institutional Ownership and Public Ownership has a positive effect on CSR, and CSR has a proven positive effect on Firm Value. It can be concluded that there is no direct effect of the Ownership Structure on the Firm value, but through CSR, Institutional Ownership and Public Ownership has indirect effect on the Firm Value.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: RI-China Export Competitivess Development during 1985-2010 : A Lesson for IndonesiaThis paper is intended to evaluate the development and changes in the structure of the Indonesian and China exports comparative advantage (the competitiveness of exports) during the period of 1985-2010. The results of the empirical analysis for the exports comparative advantage shows thatduring the period of 1985-2010, the trend of structure development of the competitiveness of Indonesian exports is now more diversified and become a country which previously an exporter-based of natural resource country, and now become a country in which the manufacturing sector played a bigger role to encourage the Indonesian exports with a relatively high competitiveness. On the other hand, China has undergone a huge industrial development at a faster pace compared Indonesian. Whereas in 1985, the top-ten products of China’s exports the majority originated from the primary sector, and now in 2010, China has successfully export the technological-based products, for instance, the enginedata processors and telecommunication equipment with a very high level of competitiveness. Besides, China has also successfully encourage the export of highly competitive textile products, furniture, pedestal legs and toys child. China has now become one of the countries who has the technologicalbasedindustry with a very high competitiveness and as well a strong competitive manufacturing products.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract : Microfinance Institutions in Indonesia. Microfinance institutions is one of the pillars in the financial intermediation process. Microfinance is needed by the poor for either consumption or production, and also for saving activities. The aim of this article were describes how the existence of microfinance institutions in Indonesia and analysis of existencies this institution from the view of newregulation (Undang undang nomer 1 tahun 2013 tentang lembaga keuangan mikro) . The presentation of this article is divided into four main themes: (1) the concept and definition of microfinance, (2) the historical of microfinance institutions in Indonesia, (3) microfinance institutions that currently exist inIndonesia, and (4) review of Undang-undang nomer 1 tahun 2013 tentang lembaga keuangan mikro, the regulation of microfinance institution in Indonesia . The results of this article discussion shows that wide variety types of microfinance institutions in Indonesia is based on the heterogeneity of thecommunity. Regulations and legality is needed to strengthen the role of this institution The study of Indonesian microfinance were expected to broaden our insights about the role of these institutions in the development process and the concept of future development.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract : The Influence of Consumer Dissatisfaction and Product Category and Characteristics to Switch Brand Decision with The Needs to Find Variation as Moderating Variable.This study aims to identify the influence of consumer dissatisfaction and product characteristics to brand switching mobile phones with need for variation as moderating variable. Data were processed and analyzed using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hypothesis testing using t test and determination with a significance level of 5%. Product Moment formula and Cronbach Alpha of consumer choice use for measuring the validity and reliability. These results indicate that consumer dissatisfaction and characteristics of the product category significant and positively effect the consumers in making decisionson brand switching mobile phone products, as well as the need for variation can moderate the influence of consumer dissatisfaction and the characteristics of the product category brand switching decisions on mobile phone products.]]>

The accounting practicum development of teaching materials is one of the efforts to improve student competence. It is assumed that with the model of appropriate learning and teaching package models that describe real conditions, can improve mastery of the material and ultimately improve student competence.The objectives of this research is to develop a model accounting package practicum learning as a strategy to improve the quality of learning financial accounting and tax accounting to increase student competence.
