Abstract

The teacher is one of the determinants of educational success. as a crucial part of success, teachers must be able to provide learning that can attract the attention of students such as by the use of instructional media. This research is a class act that lasts in two cycles, each cycle consisting of the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection.The research method used is the descriptive comparative method, which compares the results of the cycle with performance indicators and data obtained through observation and interviews. based on the results of this study concluded that the discussion-based supervision can increase 5th-grade teacher competence in the use of instructional media in the target area Kranggan districts. as evidenced by an increase creativity teachers from pre-cycle condition increased by 33,3% in the first cycle of 60% and increased in the second cycle to 86,7%. based on these results, the hypothesis was proved right action

Abstract

Result kindergarten teacher supervision is found in teaching teachers have to plan daily activities, so that learning activities are not effective. For that, it is necessary guidance to teachers in order to increase their competence in planning daily activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase kindergarten teacher competence in planning daily activities through ongoing guidance in the TK Dharma Wanita District of Tembarak 2015.Who is the subject of this research is all kindergarten teachers in the district Tembarak Dharma Wanita, amounting to 18 teachers. With schools, action research is expected 75% of kindergarten teachers are able to plan daily activities properly. Acts done in two cycles each cycle there are three meetings which consist of four stages, namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Results of the action from the first cycle to the second cycle increased aspects of kindergarten teacher competence in planning daily activities properly in TK Dharma Wanita District if the year 2015 in the first cycle there are 6 teachers or 33% increase to 15 teachers or 83%. While activity has increased from 65% in the first cycle to 79% in the second cycle. It can be concluded that through continuous guidance can improve the competence of kindergarten teachers in planning daily activities in TK Dharma WanitaTembarak District of Waterford District 2015.

Abstract

Understanding the potential of self is very necessary to be given in an effort to prepare a tough generation of 21 century who have adequate skills. The fundamental problem is the low ability of self-recognition of kinesthetic response and communication between person and person in his group. Marginal children as well as groups of children The changes and demands of school curricula are directed to the development of the 21st-century generation. The study of kinesthetic and interpersonal skill indicators as part of the development of basic skills is developed in both formal and non-formal education. This study aims to analyze the increase of bodily-kinesthetic and interpersonal skill in science learning in MTs through the application of the scientific approach. The design of this research is quasi-experiment (Quasi-Experimental Design) which form Posttest-Only Control Design. The population in this research is all students of class VIII MTs Negeri Mranggen. The sample consists of two classes taken with simple random sampling technique. There is a significant difference between bodily-kinesthetic and interpersonal skills that use learners' worksheets with the teaching materials used in the school. The difference is indicated by the average bodily-kinesthetic and interpersonal skill values between experiment classes that have a higher value than the control class. Data were analyzed by using the right side t-test. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded that the application of the scientific approach has an effect on the increase of bodily-kinesthetic and interpersonal skill of MTs students.

Abstract

This school action research is the result of observations of researchers in developing and monitoring the performance of teachers in the target area, that aims to enhance creativity kindergarten teachers in making props from recycled materials through group counseling. Formulation of the problem in this research is “What is the guidance of the group can enhance the creativity of kindergarten teacher at Dabin III Subdistrict Unit Departement of Education Parakan District Semester II Academic Year 2014/2015 in making props by using recycled materials?The procedure is performed in this study a shared action in two cycles, each cycle consisting of four main activities: planning, action, reflection, and evaluation.Generally based on research, indicate an increase in the percentage of 9% on the initial conditions to 45% in cycle I and 82% in cycle II, so that it can be concluded that the guidance of the group can enhance creativity kindergarten Dabin III UPT Education Departement Parakan District in Semester II Academic Year 2014/2015 in making props from recycled materials.

Abstract

National Examination subjects often become subjects scourge for all parties concerned. Not only students but school administrators often feel such concerns. Selection of subject teachers in accordance with the needs and objectives of the school to be one example of the role of the teacher determines the success of the national exam. Therefore, efforts to improve teacher quality national examination subjects is needed. Independently self-development should become self-awareness. Support from stakeholders motivates teachers to always work and achievement.This study uses a quantitative descriptive design. Focus observed were junior high school teachers with national examination subjects in the area of North Semarang.Results of the study describe IX class teacher profile in the selected region. Triangulation of the results showed a very heavy burden on teachers and teacher influence self-management is concerned. This has an impact on the low self-development of teachers. Recommendations are given to schools and stakeholders in fostering professionalism IX classroom teachers independently as an effort to improve achievement and school quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase the student's activity and the student's cognitive skills using cooperative learning method jigsaw type on the subjects of physics, optical. The research method is used classroom action research, with the subject is students in class X-1 of SMA N 1  Wedung year 2016/2017 around 30 students. This research was conducted in two cycles which each cycle consist of four stage, they are planning stage; implementation stage; observation stage and reflection stage. Results of the research on cycle I indicate an increase in students active in the beginning 13,3 % become 46,5 %,  while students cognitive skill in cycles I also indicate an increase in the beginning 33.3 % become 70,7 %. On cycle II students activity increased become 78,9 % and students cognitive skill become 83,3 %.  This indicates that cooperative learning jigsaw types able to increase activity and students cognitive skills.

Abstract

Lesson History is known as a tedious lesson because teachers in the delivery of materials tend to tell. To overcome this then in creating interactive learning media to stimulate student interest in learning. Interactive learning media is expected to answer the needs of students to learn with more fun. The title of this research is interactive learning media based construct 2 on history lessons of Indonesian Hindu Material – Budha for SMA Negeri 1 Semarang Class X. Based on the results of research involving expert teams and subject teachers concluded that the learning media is technically feasible to use a value of 94 %. Respondents of subject teachers stated that the material used met the requirements to be taught with a score of 91%. Based on this data, it can be concluded that the learning media is technically feasible and materially suitable for use in learning the history of class X

Abstract

Hasil belajar merupakan kemampuan yang diperoleh anak setelah melalui kegiatan belajar. Pencapaian hasil belajar memuat ranah kognitif, dan psikomotor. Model pembelajaran Project Based Learning merupakan model pembelajaran yang diakui pendidik pada pembelajaran tematik abad ke-21 dimana pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa (Student Center), dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar tematik siswa kelas VI SD, tema 5 subtema 2. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Abstract

Manajemen merupakan kerja sama antara individu, kelompok, dan sumber daya lainnya untuk mencapai tujuan, lembaga atau organisasi sebagai aktivitas menajemen. Prinsip dari manajemen adalah pengelolaan terhadap sebuah aktivitas yang dilakukan suatu tim/kelompok. Team effectiveness merupakan kapasitas yang dimiliki oleh sebuah tim dalam mencapai tujuan yang dikelola. Atas hal tersebut, beberapa permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan wujud dan efektivitas penguatan manajemen kenaikan pangkat berbasis team effectiveness untuk guru SMP Negeri 30 Semarang. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui pengamatan, wawancara, identifikasi data, dan analisis dugaan ataupun perkembangan. Beberapa kegiatan manajemen berdasarkan model team effectiveness mencakup aspek (a) komitmen, (b) keterampilan, dan (c) akuntabilitas guru. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Model team effectiveness efektif untuk kegiatan pemberkasan pengajuan pangkat dan golongan. Persentase keberhasilan sekitar 80%, yaitu dari 10 berkas yang diajukan, lolos 8 berkas. Selain itu, animo warga SMP 30 Semarang untuk mengajukan berkas kepangkatan pada tahun 2020 lebih besar daripada tahun 2019; (b) Adanya peningkatan yang positif terhadap suasana akademik di sekolah; (c) Meningkatnya reputasi sekolah; (d) Kekeluargan yang terjalin melalui kegiatan pemberkasan bersama yang didampingi tutor sejawat memunculkan rasa kekeluarga antarwarga sekolah.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Kenaikan Pangkat, Team Effectiveness.

Peningkatan Minat Belajar Daring Tema 4 Subtema 1 Menggunakan Media Audiovisual Berbasis Youtube pada Kelas V SD Negeri Tonoboyo 2 Bandongan Kabupaten Magelang Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, Program Studi Program Profesi Guru UPGRIS. Pembimbing: Veryliana Purnamasari, M.Pd.Kata Kunci: Media Animasi Audiovisual; Youtube; Peningkatan Minat Belajar DaringPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media audiovisual dapat meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik pada Tema 4 Subtema 1. Peneliti telah mengidentifikasikan masalah yang akan dipecahkan dalam penelitian ini, kendala atau masalah yang dihadapi pada peserta dalam kegiatan belajar antara lain guru kurang dalam menggunakan media belajar daring, Peserta didik kurang Aktif dalam pembelajaran daring, guru kurang menerapkan pembelajaran daring yang efektif. Dan, rendahnya minat belajar daring peserta didik di kelas.Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan menggunakan media animasi audiovisual. Tahapan penelitian tindakan yang digunakan terdapat empat tahapan, yaitu: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) pengamatan, dan (4) refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah, observasi, angket atau kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan meliputi silabus, RPP, pedoman dokumentasi, lembar observasi, angket. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Tonoboyo 2 Kec. Bandongan, Kab. Magelang pada peserta didik kelas V dengan jumlah peserta didik 9 anak.Dari hasil angket yang diperoleh dapat diketahui bahwa, minat belajar peserta didik meningkat di setiap putarannya. Pada siklus I hasil angket minat belajar yang disebarkan bernilai sebesar 65% yang termasuk ke dalam kriteria minat beajar tinggi dan di siklus dua hasil angket minat belajar bernilai sebesar 80% yang termasuk ke dalam kriteria minat belajar yang tinggi. Dilanjutkan siklus tiga sebagai pengayaannya. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka siklus dapat dihentikan karena sudah mencapai indikator keberhasilan, yakni 80% peserta didik memperoleh skor minat belajar dalam kriteria tinggi. Adapun kendala yang terjadi pada siklus 1 ini adalah pada pemilihan media audiovisual dan juga kurang efektifnya guru dalam pengkoordinasian kelas.
