Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 merupakan penyakit kronis yang tidak dapat disembuhkan. Hal ini dapat memengaruhi psychological well-being (PWB) penderita DM. Penelitian ini mencoba memberikan pelatihan self management ability untuk membantu penderita DM menjadi lebih mandiri dengan mengoptimalkan potensi yang dimiliki. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin melihat pengaruh self management ability terhadap psychological well being penderita DM Tipe 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksperimen. Desain yang digunakan yaitu one group pretest posttest design. Partisipan penelitian ini yaitu tiga orang penderita DM Tipe 2 berusia 50 tahun. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket PWB (Ryff dalam Abdillah, 2016), angket SMAS-18 (Steverink et al. dalam Putri, 2014), dan angket pengetahuan tentang DM. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh self management ability terhadap psychological well-being penderita DM Tipe 2, dengan nilai P (0,109) > alpha (0,05). Secara deskriptif, terdapat peningkatan nilai rerata partisipan secara keseluruhan setelah diberikan pelatihan self management ability yaitu 154,33 menjadi 169,33. Hal ini menunjukkan dengan mengenali dan mengelola berbagai sumber daya yang dimiliki membuat partisipan menjadi lebih dapat menerima kondisi diri, mampu menjalin relasi, lebih mandiri, dapat mengatur lingkungannya, memiliki tujuan hidup dan dapat mengembangkan diri secara personal.

Abstract

Asthma is an inflammatory disease caused by narrowing of the respiratory tract. This disease can not be cured but its relapse can be controled. It will provide physiological and psychological impact to individual with asthma. That individual hardly tends to accept his or her self when diagnosed with  chronic disease. Family social support will be needed to cope with the hard situation faced by individual with asthma. According to that, researcher formulates the problem, is there relationship between family social support and self acceptance of individuals with asthma.   This research uses quantitative approach with correlation method. Samples in this research are 105 people suffer from asthma in Sanjiwani Hospital, Gianyar, who were chosen by systematic random sampling. The data are collected by questionnaire. Validity test of items of the family social support questionnaire shows there are 5 invalid items and 27 valid items from 32 items, and its reliability coefficient is 0,896. Validity test of items of the self acceptance questionnaire shows there are 12 invalid items and 30 valid items from 42 items, and its reliability coefficient is 0,899. Data analysis by Pearson’s product moment. Found coefficient correlation in this research is 0,687 with p value 0,000. Thus, there is positive relationship between family social support and self acceptance of individuals with ashtma.   Keywords: family social support, self acceptance

Abstract

Work-family conflict have been strongly felt by married female lecturers in the midst of the Covid-19 virus pandemic. Lecturers must carry out their duties from home, besides that they also have the task of taking care of children and husbands at home. Work-family conflict can be affected by work family conflict self-efficacy and spouse support. The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between the two variables (work-family conflict self-efficacy and spouse support) simultaneously on work-family conflict in married female lecturers. Subject totaled 21 female lecturers who worked as lecturers at a university. Researchers used the work family conflict, the work family conflict self-efficacy, and spouse support scale. The results obtained by R square = 0.428 means that work-family conflict self-efficacy and spouse support has a role as much as 42.8% in explaining work-family conflict. R value = 0.654; F = 6737; and p = 0.007 ?<0.05 where the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is a significant role between work-family conflict, self-efficacy, and spouse support for work-family conflict in married female lecturers at University X during work from home. The Beta value shows that spouse support has a higher value that affects work-family conflict than work-family conflict self-efficacy.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out the correlation between work-family conflict self-efficacy and spouse support work-family conflict. The writer used a quantitative approach to 150 teachers in Denpasar during the Distance Learning which is taken by fulfilling the purposive random system criteria. The instrument work-family conflict scale that had been used, the work-family conflict self-efficacy scale, and the spouse support scale which is already valid and reliable and spreading online. The double regression analysis has been used in this study to process the data. The results are R square = 0.176, Sig. = 0.000 < α, which means there is a correlation between the two independent variables simultaneously to the dependent variable. T-test found that Beta = -0.419; Sig. = 0.007 < α (there is a correlation between work-family conflict self-efficacy to work-family conflict), meanwhile spouse support variable found Beta = -0.004; Sig. = 0.957 > α (there is no correlation between spouse support to work-family conflict). The importance of this study for the teachers that never get support and do not have any self-confidence to process the conflict will give an impact on their mental health such as high-stress levels. Besides that, it can cause domestic violence.   Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri konflik kerja keluarga dan dukungan pasangan terhadap konflik kerja keluarga. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif pada 150 tenaga pendidik di Denpasar selama pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) yang diambil dengan cara purposive random memenuhi kriteria. Instrumen yang digunakan skala work family conflict, skala work family conflict self-efficacy, dan skala dukungan pasangan yang sudah valid dan reliabel dan disebarkan secara online. Analisis regresi ganda digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengolah data. Hasil yang diperoleh Rsquare=0.176, Sig.=0.000<α, artinya terdapat hubungan antara kedua variabel bebas secara bersamaan terhadap variabel terikat. Uji t diperoleh Beta=-0.419; Sig.=0.007<α (ada hubungan efikasi diri konflik kerja keluarga terhadap konflik kerja keluarga), sedangkan variabel dukungan pasangan diperoleh nilai Beta=-0.004; Sig.=0.957>α (tidak ada hubungan dukungan pasangan terhadap konflik kerja keluarga. Pentingnya penelitian bagi tenaga pendidik yang tidak mendapatkan dukungan dan tidak memiliki keyakinan diri mengelola konflik akan berdampak pada kesehatan mental seperti memiliki tingkat stres tinggi. Selain itu, dapat menyebabkkan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga.

Abstrak. Riset-riset mengenai respon psikologis manusia Indonesia terhadap bencana makin jamak dijumpai, seiring dengan makin dikenalnya pemahaman tentang kesiagaan bencana. Beragam penelitian telah muncul untuk meninjau perilaku, baik dari segi dampak psikologis, kerangka khas respon terhadap bencana yang kontekstual dengan kultur, hingga bentuk intervensi dan prevensi yang sensitif konteks. Artikel ini hendak menyajikan tinjauan berbagai literatur riset perilaku manusia terkait dengan kebencanaan, mencakup tinjauan khas pada konteks berbagai wilayah di Indonesia, prevensi yang muncul dalam berbagai kajian, hingga pola paradigma teoritik yang cenderung digunakan.Kata Kunci: psikologi bencana, bencana alam, kesiagaan bencana, korban bencanaAbstract. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced many state goverments to present learning alternatives in the form of bold learning. However, the alternative clearly has an impact on students' stressful conditions. Understanding stress is knowing the situation experienced or self-disclosure. This study aims to examine the relationship between self-disclosure and student stress while undergoing courageous lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is qualitative with a cross sectional design conducted on X University students. The data analysis used is a simple linear regression test. The significance value is 0.048 (ɑ < 0.05) with a B value (regression coefficient) of 0.311 and an R Square value of 0.02. That is, there is a positive relationship of self-disclosure to stress with a contribution of 2%. The picture of student stress is at the moderate level (45.6%) and the picture of self-disclosure is at the moderate level (49.2%). There is a positive relationship between self-disclosure and stress on X student

Abstract

Game online merupakan suatu media hiburan yang banyak dimainkan oleh para remaja. Salah satu dampak negatif yang dapat ditimbulkan adalah kecanduan. Kecanduan game online dapat dipengaruhi berbagai faktor internal ataupun eksternal. Penelitian ini ingin meninjau kecanduan game online dari faktor internal individu yaitu variabel big five personality. Partisipan penelitian ini merupakan siswa SMA di Denpasar yang berjumlah 503 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua buah kuesioner yaitu kuesioner kecanduan game online dan big five personality. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh big five personality terhadap kecanduan game online remaja dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Pengaruh yang diberikan tergolong lemah dengan nilai R sebesar 0,254 dan R square sebesar 0,065. Dari lima dimensi big five personality, satu dimensi yang berhubungan signifikan dengan kecanduan game online yaitu conscientiousness. Hubungan tersebut bersifat negatif dalam artian semakin tinggi nilai dimensi conscientiousness remaja, maka semakin kecil kecenderungannya mengalami kecanduan game online. Empat dimensi lainnya yaitu extraversion, agrreableness, neuroticism, dan openness to experience menunjukkan hubungan yang tidak signifikan  dengan  kecanduan  game online.  Nilai  signifikasi  dan  nilai  koefisien regresi masing-masing dimensi tersebut adalah sebagai berikut: extraversion (sig. 0,961; nilai koefisien sebesar -0,003), agreeableness (sig. 0,064; nilai koefisien sebesar -0,103), neuroticism (sig. 0,290; nilai koefisien sebesar -0,48), dan openness to experience (sig. 0,141; nilai koefisien sebesar -0,72).
