<![CDATA[Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of Islamic religious education learning for students with special needs (case study: SLB ‘Aisyiyah, Tembung). This research uses a qualitative approach, with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the learning of Islamic education uses systematic learning planning that involves related elements according to competence to support the success of learning. Furthermore, the learning process is designed attractively to foster student interest in learning. In addition, students are also given motivation to want to excel in accordance with the abilities of each student. Keywords : Implementation, PAI Learning, Special Needs]]>

<![CDATA[Entrepreneurship training as an effort to improve the economy of the ‘Aisyiyah cadre family was conducted at the Branch Leader‘ Aisyiyah Tanjung Selamat. Along with the increasing economic needs, the mother as a cadre ‘Aisyiyah has a role to be able to help meet the needs of the family. The purpose of this service is to provide entrepreneurial skills for the Aisyiyah cadres. The method used is an interactive discussion, training or counseling as well as conducting practicum by inviting cadres of women isy Aisyiyah for entrepreneurial practices such as making handicrafts and food preparations. The result of this dedication is the increased motivation of cadres isy Aisyiyah to improve skills in order to help the family economy. With the economic growth of cadre family ‘Aisyiyah, it will sustain the economy of the Branch Leader‘ Aisyiyah Tanjung Selamat. Keywords : Entrepreneurship Training]]>

<![CDATA[Since the implementation of school from home or learning from home for every level of education, and PAUD children are no exception, it often causes boredom. Boredom that appears should not be allowed and must be overcome immediately. The purpose of this service is to reduce the boredom that arises in children with gardening activities through the verticultural system. The method used is through 3 (three) stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The result of this activity was that the participants, consisting of PAUD and elementary school children in grades 1 and 2, were very enthusiastic about participating in this activity. This can be seen by the children being very enthusiastic and serious about listening to and paying attention to the exposure of the speakers. Moreover, related to gardening with a verticulture system using paralon pipes, this was the first time they knew about it]]>

<![CDATA[Pandemic cinditions is undeniable situation for all campuss residents, including students. It’s actually a learning they receive face to face but it has to turn into online learning. In this case of course it has a close relationship with the commitment of whorship for students, especially the new normal era. Because before pandemic the students were far from parents for the sake their higher education. But with the pandemic many students choose to go home because the learning is done online. In addition, they can help their parents while in the village. When close to parent is essentially a challenge in terms of commitment whorship. For students who already have a solid foundation early not problem wherever they are so that it remains consistent in performing whorship. But for students who have a less solid foundation should get more attention and motivation and support from their parents. In this case the role of parents needed so that the child gets the appropriate attention because in term of age, they are in such a poor condition that it gives to the desire to gain recognition and attention. And if they don’t get attention and recognition from their parents then they’ll look for outside. Such condition can trigger the appearance of adolescent arrogance. This pandemic condition will certainly further maximize the role of their children. <![CDATA[This research aims to a. know the learning outcomes on the subjects of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) based on the liveliness of class X students of SMA Al-Hidayah Medan. b. knowing the learning outcomes in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) based on inactivity of students of class X SMA Al-Hidayah Medan. c. know the difference of learning result on the subjects of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) based on the activity and inactivity of the students of grade X SMA Al-Hidayah Medan. This research is quantitative research, population in this research amount to 120 student of class X SMA Al-Hidayah Medan. While 60 people using cluster random sampling. The result of hypothesis test shows that: 1. The result of student learning that actively follow religious learning activity is high, with the average value of student learning is 7.45, while the learning result of students who are not actively follow the learning activity of religion is enough, average 6.05. 2. There are differences in student learning outcomes that actively participate in learning activities with those who are not actively participating in religious learning activities. This is evident from the results of the hypothesis calculation is > or 1.92 > 1.66 at a significant level of 5% (0.05). 3. The difference of religious learning outcomes of active students with inactive indicates that teacher role is very important to find solution to improve student learning result especially for those who are not active follow religion subject.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal atasan bawahan dan persepsi terhadap gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kepuasan kerja guru. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah (a).
