<![CDATA[Permasalahan kualitas sekolah berkaitan dengan beberapa hal, antara lain adalah supervisi oleh kepala sekolah dan hasil akreditasi sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui hubungan antara akreditasi sekolah dan supervisi oleh kepala sekolah dengan kualitas sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini, populasinya adalah semua kepala sekolah SMP Swasta sekota Salatiga sebanyak 16 orang, sekaligus sebagai total sampel. Pengumpulan data penelitian melalui angket. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah korelasi ganda dan regresi ganda, dengan SPSS. Hasil uji korelasi membuktikan hipotesis yaitu supervisi kepala sekolah dan akreditasi sekolah memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kualitas sekolah yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil uji korelasi yaitu nilai r.hitung (0,604) nilai r.tabel (0,338) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. AbstractSchool quality is related to several aspects, i.e principal supervision, and school accreditation status.
