Abstract

This research investigated demand of Deposits. Data used was panel data, which is combination from time series data and cross sectional data. Estimation method used was generalized least square (GLS) with polled regression and fixed effect (Covariance model). Based on restricted F test and Lagrance Multiplier test (LM test), it is known taht fixed effect model is the best model to explain demand for of deposit. It menas taht element of region (provincy) effects model structure. Least Square Dummy Variable (LSDV) regression model by incorporating time element indicates that local autonomy event influence model structure, that the model is not stable due to enforcement of Law No 22 and 25 of 1999.

Abstract

Target by this research him is to prove the existence of change of performance which is attitude effected of opportunity time manager of right issue before and after offer of additional equity. Technique intake of sampel use technique of purposive sampling, consist of 16 company of is non financial institution condusting issue right in the year 2003-2005. Data the used is data of sekunder financial statement and year share price3 2001-2007. Monetary ratio to be measured used return in this research cover Current Ratio, Return O nInvesment, Net Profit Margin, Debt To Equity Ratio, Total of Assets Turnover, and share performance measured use return and abnormal of return. Result of test of simultan is there are influence which isnt it attitude of opportunity time and manager of right issue to mentary performance and share performance. Result of test of parsial is attitude of opportunity manager have an effect on to company performance, while time of right issue do not have an effect on to company performance.

Abstract

The objective of the research to investigate stock split, financial performance, and size of firm were influence to liquidity of stock. Type of this research were verification descriptive, samples of this research are fro firm thai listing at BEI and used purposive sampling, sample representative is the firm taht doingstock split period 2002-2004 and firms aren’t do othercpolicy and announcement as time as with stock split. From that Cateria, only 25 firms used to analysis. There is one of firm has stock split 2 as long as observation period. To analysis data we used multiple regression method. The result of this research were stock aplit information does not influence for investor preference. That is dissapointed of no different taht significant abnormal return and liquidity of stock before and after stock split. The zise of firm size was influence to liquidity of stock but it was no significant. The financial performance of firm two from three financial ratio has influence and significant to liquidity of stock.

Abstract

This research aim to test influence of strategic change to organizational performance at company using budegt by interactive compared to company using budget diagnostically.Second target is to know influence of strstegic change to organizational performance at company using style leadership of consideration with company using style leadership of structure initiating. Organizational performance represent a measuring instrument used to measure storey, level efficacy of management. Company often make a change strategic to reach optimal performance. This research take manufacturing business sample exist in Magelang, by propagating equated to middle storey: level manager from each company. sample selected with method of convenience sampling, and got by 40 respondent. Result of research express taht strategic change have an effect on positive to performance when company use budget by interactive. Examination to both hypothesis expressing taht srategic change will be more have an effect on when company use style leadership of consideration tahn structure initiating. As narrow: tight as research region which only in Magelang cause result of this is reseach less earn generalizing for broarder region, so taht for research hereinafer shall be conducted by taking sample with broarder region.

Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing influence of several factor on stock price fluctuation of financial sectors on 2004 up to 2005 in BEJ. The research result show that from the six factors assumed to influence on stock price fluctuations of financial sectors under investigation, there are Price Earning Ratio (PER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Book Value (BV), Return on Invesment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE) and interest rate. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling polling data method. The population cover 130 companie, while the taken sample consist of 42 companies, the research period of 2 years (2004 up to 2005). The data were analyzed by double regression model. It empirically is found taht Earning Per Share (EPS) significant influences on stock price fluctuations. Based on the research result it is also dicovered that Price Earnning Ratio (PER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Book Value (BV), Return on Invesment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE) and interest rate have weak influencce in explaining stock price fluctuation variation at the Indonesian capital market, in which Adjusted R2 is only 37.7 which the means taht stock price fluctuations is mostly determined by market psycology, that is not fundamental factors.

Abstract

This study purposed to test capitalstructure theory that was the effects of capital structure to company variable in different growing company based on agency cost. The capial structure theory tested in this study was agency theory tests. The sample observations were 70 manufacuring companies listed in BEJ that were grouped as growth and non growth companies by usingscore of P/E Raio. This study was using time series data (from 2004 until 2006). The hypothesis in this sudy as built based on agency theories. The hypothesis test was done by regressing independent and dependent variables in growth and non growth companies. Analysis to test result was done by comparing significant value (sig.t) among the results in the analysis by 95% degree freedom, regression analysis was also seen fron coefficient and t values taht were negative or positive. It was because hypothesis proposed in this study were positively or negatively correlated. The result of study showed taht there were evidences of manufacturing companies funding pattern in Indoneisa followed agency hypothesis. The result of regression model showed that leverage negatively affected tobins q in growth company, while leverage positively affected to tobis q in growth company.

Abstract

This research aim to check how far influence of Job Satisfaction, Jon Insecurity and organizational commitment to migratory desire of laboring accountant staff at Public Accountant Firm in Semarang Data Research obtained by judgement purposive sampling to laboring accountant staff at Public Accountant Firm residing in Semarang. Amount of responden which is competent to be used in this research counted 48 responden. Research data consist of information Job Satisfaction, Job insecurity and organizational commitment as free variable and migratory desire as variable tied. Analysis method the used is doubled linear regression model. Variable one until three tested by using t test o assess how far influence of is each free variable individually in explaining variable tied. While fourth variable tested by using test of f to assess ability of free variable to variable tied by together. Before hypothesis test beforehand to test classic assumtion. Result of classic assumption test indicate that do not there are multicolinierrity, heteroscedastisity, and auto correlation. Result of research indicate that Job Satisfaction, Job insequrity and organizational commitment have an effect on and negativity of significance to migratory desire. While job insecurity have on positive effect to migratory desire. Result of hypothesis test also indicate taht independent variable of job satisfaction, job insecurity and of organizational commitment by together have influence to migratory desire as variable of dependent.

Abstract

Goal of this research for graduation of the Departement of Managements in Faculty of Economics in University of Muhammadiyah Magelang assosiated with the long waiting time to obtain employment, job status and responses to the education they bad acquired. Data of the respondents have used 96respondents alumni management departement starting in 1998 until the year 2005. Elections random sample using sampling. The results of respondents between 1 to 6 months is 35.79%. Employment status of respondents who work there are 66 good people who work full time or part time, while 30 respondents who are not working and not working and looking for work have 4 people, who are seeking work 18 people, while not working and not looking for work have 1 person. Responses to education for he work that has been expressed most relevant is that as many as 24 people. Feedback from respondents was given to the departement stated taht most of the departement improve the lecturer quality 71 respondents, respondents suggestions for management students Departement says most of the foreign language have the 54 respondents.

Abstract

The objects of this research included managers working in regional banking of Kedu (Wono sobo, Temanggung, Magelang, Purworejo, and Kebumen). The samples were taken by using a non probability sampling method taht is a purposive sampling so that 40 respondents were gained. The hypotheses were analyzed by means of multiple regression and path analyses. The results show that Islamic Working Ethics (accounting, justice, and truth) do not affect proffesional commitment. Islamic Working Ethics (accounting, justice, and truth) do not affect organizational commitment mediated by proffesional commitment. Te result of this research can not support the results of the previous inquiries revealing taht Islamic Working Ethics (Dimension of accountability, justice and truth) positively significantly affect the organizational commitment of the managers. The results of path analysis indicate that proffesional commitment is not an intervening variable, the total (correlation Islamic Working Ethics to organizational commitment) is negative. The total value of negative effects shows additional proffessional commitment variable as the intervening variable can not explain the relationship betwee Islamic Working Ethics and organizational commitment. The results of F test show that Islamic Working Ethics and professional commitment simultaneously bring significant effect on organizational commitment.
