Abstract

Pengembangan perangkat lunak di Universitas Tarumanagara (UNTAR) dilaksanakan oleh bagian Pusat Komputer yang merupakan unit dibawah Direktorat Sistem Informasi dan Database. Proses pengembangan perangkat lunak dilakukan oleh tim pengembangan yang terdiri atas beberapa orang programmer senior dan junior . Di dalam tim tersebut masing-masing programmer memiliki kompetensi, latar belakang programming, coding model, serta pengalaman yang berbeda. Perbedaan inilah yang kemudian menimbulkan kesenjangan dari sisi pengetahuan dan pemahaman terhadap pekerjaan yang dilakukan, hal ini tentu dapat menghambat aktifitas pekerjaan terkait pengembangan  perangkat lunak. Di samping itu pengetahuan juga merupakan aset yang berharga bagi perusahaan atau organisasi yang harus di kelola, di simpan dan di sharing kepada orang-orang di dalam perusahaan atau organisasi tersebut. Untuk itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sebuah Knowledge Management Sytem sebagai media knowledge sharing antar programmer guna mendukung pengelolaan pengetahuan dan berbagi pengetahuan diantara programmer-programmer di dalam tim pengembangan perangkat lunak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan SECI Model. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan sebuah rancangan Knowledge Management System dengan fitur-fitur berupa collaboration project, forum online, web portal KMS, blog, knowledge repository, document management system, dan study case. Pengujian menggunakan user acceptance test, dimana diperoleh hasil bahwa sistem yang dirancang dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna dengan persentase rata-rata sebesar 82,6%.

Abstract

It is now so easy in this digital age to duplicating and distributing any information, particularly in image data which makes some people using it for negative purposes because by using false image information, indeed violates intellectual property rights from data ownership. The Watermarking method is one of many approaches to copyright protection. There are several ways to apply watermarking, one of them is a hybrid invisible watermark. Research that has been done by Anu Bajaj in 2013 which combining RDWT-DCT-SVD techniques by proving the results of its efficiency with PSNR values for different attacks. However, on its research advice told watermarking hybrid is not safe, so on the next research, it is recommended to increase the security in the form of optimization in terms of inserting information into the input image, in order to improve PSNR assessment scheme which is sufficiently safe and higher. The goal of this research is the author adding the PSO algorithm to be combined with its hybrid technique with the intention of providing security in terms of inserting and giving improvement on the PSNR scheme. By this analysis result, examination and comparison can be concluded that hybrid invisible watermarking, RDWT-DCT-SVD with PSO optimizing have significantly higher results that have means 50 dB, so this has better imperceptibility quality..

Abstract

Ikan hias discus memiliki corak warna yang indah sehingga menarik perhatian dan memiliki banyak penggemarnya sehingga ikan hias discus memiliki potensi ekonomi untuk diperjual belikan. Bagi sebagian orang membudidayakan ikan hias merupakan usaha yang menguntungkan. Membudidayakn ikan hias discus tidak mudah karena harus menjaga kualitas air agar sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan oleh ikan hias discus. Kualitas air tidak diperhatikan akan menyebabkan ikan hias discus mudah stress atau bahkan mati. Kualitas air setiap waktu selalu berubah-ubah seperti suhu, pH akan berubah. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut perlu dilakukan inovasi untuk mengembangkan sistem yang bisa mengawasi kualitas air setiap saat. Penelitian ini akan mengmbangkan teknologi pengawasan kondisi suhu, pH air berbasis wsn. Wsn terdiri dari tiga bagian yaitu node/endpoint, hotspots, dan server. Node/endpoint digunakan untuk merekam kondisi faktual air dengan menggunakan sensor. Hotspots digunakan untuk menerima data dari node/endpoint kemudian mengirimkannya ke server. Server digunkan untuk menyimpan data dan kemudian diolah menjadi informasi yang berguna bagi pembudidaya. Teknologi transceiver digunakan wirless 801.11b. Desain interface digunakan untuk memudahkan pembudidaya mendapatkan informasi. Tahapan pada penelitian ini meliputi pengumpulan data, analisis kebutuhan, desain prototipe, pengujian, dan implementasi.

Abstract

Serangan Siber merupakan ancaman yang serius bagi kemanan jaringan, terutama pada jaringan yang bersifat publik sehingga bisa diakses oleh siapapun dari seluruh dunia. Akibat dari serangan siber sangat berdampak besar jika sampai berhasil mengganggu suatu kinerja jaringan bahkan hingga bisa menguasainya, terutama pada jaringan yang menyediakan layanan bagi public. Seorang administrator jaringan harus siap tanggap dalam menangani setiap serangan pada server yang dikelolanya. Langkah pertama dalam mencegah serangan yang bisa mengancam suatu jaringan yaitu dengan merancang suatu sistem untuk mendeteksi dan memberikan peringatan dini akan adanya suatu serangan yang dinamakan Intruision Detection System (IDS). Aplikasi yang digunakan sebagai IDS yaitu Snort yang berfungsi untuk mendeteksi serangan berdasarkan rules yang akan dicocokan dengan signature dari serangan tersebut, dan akan disimpan ke database untuk diteruskan  kepada administrator melalui aplikasi instant messaging Telegram. Telegram digunakan sebagai media untuk menyempaikan peringatan dini jika terjadi upaya serangan, sehingga administrator dapat  melakukan upaya penanggulangan terhadap serangan tersebut. Untuk menanggulangi serangan yang terjadi, digunakan aplikasi Fail2Ban dan Port Scan Attack Detector (PSAD) untuk menutup akses dari IP penyerang. Hasil dari penggunaan IDS dengan notifikasi melalui bot Telegram menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP mampu mendeteksi serangan DoS, Port Scanning, dan SSH Bruteforce berdasar rules yang dikonfigurasi pada Snort. Berdasarkan hasil analisis respon waktu pengiriman notifikasi didapatkan hasil yaitu SSH Bruteforce 18 detik, Port Scanning 20 detik, dan DoS yaitu 30 detik.Keyword—kemanan jaringan, cloud computing, intrusion detection and prevention system (IDSP), snort, telegram, bot

Abstract

Traditionally, brochures are widely used in the delivery of information about a product. Along with technological developments, this brochure can be developed into an interactive digital brochure by implementing markerless augmented reality methods so that application content can interact with the environment. The test results using the rating scale obtained assessment aspects of the display included in the category of very good (130.75), aspects of the content included in the good category (129.75) and in total classified as very good (130.25). This shows that the digital brochure application developed is quite good and can be useful both for Automotive product marketers and for consumers.

Abstract

Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is a utilization of Information Systems (IS) to help implementation of Human Resource Management. The Application of HR Management is used by Companies or Organizations in carrying out managerial functions such as managing employee data, evaluating employee performance, leave requests, service requests, and so on. Based on this, one of the Organizations namely Pesantren Information and Communication Technology Foundation Baitul Maal PLN (Pesantren PeTIK YBM PLN) wants to take advantage of the SISDM application to assist the running of managerial functions in his organization..  The aim of research is analyzing the process of HR Management in Pesantren PeTIK before the implementation of HRIS using sentrifugo so that it gets improvement after implementing sentrifugo in Pesantren PeTIK. The study has involved the descriptive quantitative analysist methode, where the primary data source was from some interviews and questionnaires. After the implementation of Sentrifugo, it is expected that the HRIS would be enhanced and transformed from manual to digitally centralized. Referring to the results of the research, there is a need to conduct further research on the implementation of sentrifugo at Islamic Boarding school of PeTIK (Pesantren PeTIK).

Abstract

Thread is one of the main raw materials in the production process of textile companies. The availability of thread consumption data in textile companies can be used to determine the pattern of thread consumption in a certain period. Data mining clustering method is one technique that can be used to form patterns from the data thread. In this study, hybrid Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) and Fuzzy Particle Swarm Optimization (FPSO) clustering algorithms are used, which are the combination of algorithms FCM and FPSO. This hybrid algorithm is able to overcome the weaknesses of the original algorithm, namely FCM. The purpose of this study is to test the performance of the FCM-FPSO hybrid method by implementing the clustering of the thread data from PT. Batam Bersatu Apparel (PT. BBA) into an application. The application implemented Unified Process for software engineering method. In this application, the performance of three methods was compared, those methods are FCM, FPSO and Hybrid FCM-FPSO. The result of the implementation is the lowest average objective function is 3441.00 achieved by the Hybrid FCM-FPSO algorithm, then followed by the FCM algorithm with value of 3540.33 and the highest is achieved by the FPSO algorithm with value of 4485.40. This result showed that the application was successfully proved that the FCM-FPSO Hybrid algorithm can produce the best thread clusters compared to the original method, FCM and FPSO.

Abstract

The local government of Ketapang Regency has difficulty tracking the distribution of covid-19 patients. This difficulty is attributed to the data used in the form of tables and coordinate points. In this study, the authors transformed data tables that are difficult to understand into mapping visualization data so that they can easily see which areas have the most ODP, PDP and Positive. With the increasing epidemic of Covid-19 in Indonesia, local governments must be able to make decisions quickly. One way to be able to support the local government in making decisions on Covid-19 by making a distribution of Covid-19 patients based on coordinate maps that can be accessed by parties who have interests in real time via the website. The method used in this research is digitalisis mapping using 2 applications, QGIS and framework laravel. The results of making the mapping application of Covid-19 patients are very accurate in providing a visual picture of the distribution of Covid-19 patients in an area..

Abstract

Nowadays the growth of technology more and more people use smartphone technology, more information and increase knowledge or carry out various online activities. In this study, the authors make a futsal game application looking for opponents between teams, this application will be used by indoor soccer teams or futsal sports fans. the team that wants to play can search for the teams registered in this application easily. Team features, team photos, team criteria and detailed information about the team liaison at the same time that can be searched according to team criteria. With this application, the futsal team can easily find opponents who will be invited to compete, to support the creation of this system the author uses the String Matching algorithm or word matching is an important subject in relation to text-processing, simply the simple concept of string matching can be translated as a way to find the same string in a text (document) or database.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to analyze, design, and implement the information system of sales at CV. Cihanjuang Inti Teknik. The research method which is used in this study is design research with research, including observation, library research, documentation, and questionnaires. Microsoft Visual Basic.NET is used to make this information system and MySQL as database. The information system of sales can solve the problem of CV. Cihanjuang Inti Teknik information system. The certain access is provided by login facilities, which will show particular main menu that is correspond with the authority of office owned by the user. In the data process, the user only enter the data to the information system and system will be process the data to be a information such as sales reports, reports of goods sold, reports customer receivables and accounts receivable aging report. Sales report available in periodic report according to user needs.
