Abstract

The studies of Qur’an have been carried out by many researchers, including studies conducted on the story of Khidir with the prophet Moses peace be upon him. However, none of the studies specifically examined it through pragmatic review. This research aims to reveal the types of ilocutionary act contained in the conversation between the prophet Musa and Khidir. This research uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive through a literature review. Analysis of the conversation between the prophet Moses peace be upon him and Khidir reveals the existence of three types of ilocutionary act, directive (ask, demand, plead, and suggest), commisive (promise and offer), and declarative (determine and give punishment). With the disclosure of these types of ilocutionary act, it is expected to provide a new perspective in looking at the friendship story of the two righteous servants of Allah.

Abstract

The curriculum is one component that is crucial in an education system, because the curriculum is a tool to achieve educational goals and at the same time as a guide in the implementation of teaching at all types and levels of education. Thus the curriculum is always dynamic in order to better adapt to various developments that occur. Every educator must understand the development of the curriculum, because it is the most important pedagogical formulation in the educational context, and the curriculum will illustrate how the work done helps students develop their potential in the form of physical, intellectual, emotional, and social, religious. To uncover the curriculum innovations carried out at MA Al-Islam Joresan Mlarak Ponorogo, the author will examine how the curriculum innovations implemented at MA Al-Islam Joresan before and after the implementation of the full day school program and how the impact of curriculum innovation on educational outcomes and student self-development at MA Al-Islam Joresan? And researchers apply the type of qualitative research methods, and data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Then the data analysis technique used in this study uses the concept given by Miles & Huberman. From the results of the study it was found that the curriculum innovation at Joresan Aliyah Al-Islam Madrasah was carried out in two stages, the first was curriculum innovation before the implementation of the full day school classroom program. The first phase was implemented in 1984, while the second innovation was carried out in 2010 by implementing a full day class program. The impact of curriculum innovation in Madrasah Aliyah Al-Islam Joresan is very influential on student learning outcomes and self-development of full day class students.

Abstract

In general, a bank is a place where we can do various kinds of transactions such as withdrawal, borrowing, and depositing money. But the object used as a transaction tool here is not something as valuable as money, but garbage. So, people who want to become customers of this bank do not need to have assets or something that is valuable (either money or other valuables), simply by owning trash, then they can become customers. In Islam, this form of cooperation is one form of cooperation in the economic field that is a form of giving assets from one person to another as venture capital where the profits obtained will be divided between the two of them in accordance with the agreement. The purpose of this study was to examine the muamalat contract which was applied by a garbage bank in Madiun Regency. Factual information obtained from Bank Sampah "Srikandi" of Candimulyo Village is related to the practice of saving related to the contract and profit sharing implemented by the manager of the garbage bank. By using Muamalah Fiqh in conducting research, then evaluating with various theories relating to the main problem in this research, obtained research results: there are waste bank products such as savings systems, profit sharing cooperation, and various transactions that are in accordance with all contracts. Based on these factors then garbage bank becomes halal for transactions and is eligible to become one of the Islamic Financial Institutions.

Abstract

Early marriage or marriage at a young age is an inner and outer bond that is carried out by a young man or woman who has not yet reached the ideal level to make a marriage, in other words that the marriage is being done before adulthood age. Early marriage still often occurs in Badegan District, Ponorogo. Conducting a field reseach regarding the views of Ponorogo ulama (religious scholars) about early marriage, data collection is done through direct interviews. Then the data is re-examined (editing), systematically arranged in the form of exposure (organizing) and analyzed in accordance with the discussion by using rules, theory and proposition so that it finds valid results. From the data collection, discussion with descriptive analysis method was carried out, namely describing the problem of information that would be used as the object of discussion in order to get a view and legal settlement of the Ponorogo scholars as the end of the research. From this study it can be concluded that (1) Early marriage from the perspective of ulama in Ponorogo according to Fiqh perspective is legal, while in the eyes of positive law in Indonesia, it should be avoided; (2) The basis of the argumentation of scholars in Ponorogo Regency in judging early marriage is naqli and aqli. The naqli basis used in establishing the validity is the proposition of the text of a hadith which narrates that Rasulullāh married Aisha at the age of 9, and the basis of the aqli used is benefit to avoid greater harm. As contained in the Marriage Law (UU Pokok Perkawinan) No. 1 of 1974 that limits the age of marriage with the aim of avoiding harm.

Abstract

Reyog nowadays is merely seen by the public only as an art of entertainment and beauty, even though researchers believe that many values can be taken from the traditional art. As the generation of future who are obliged to maintain and preserve it, they must begin to see and understand this art from various perspectives. From the results of the study found that the values of character education in Reyog Ponorogo in terms of the symbolic meanings are Religiousity, symbols that show the value of religious characters one of which, Reyog is taken from Arabic (Riyyuq). Tolerance, Reyog gamelan which is based on pelog and slendro illustrates the difference situation. When it is played with a sense of tolerance, it can walk in harmony and go well together. Discipline and hard work, contained in the story of the figure Prabu Kelono Sewandono and his patih Pujangganong who have the spirit of discipline and hard work in running the government of the Kingdom of Bantarangin. Creativity, as Patih Pujangganong is creative as evidenced by the creation of Reyog art from his effort. The spirit of nationalism and love of the motherland, Reyog figures such as Warok, Pujangganong, Jathilan, etc who always acted faithfully to the kingdom and the king, showed a symbol of the spirit of nationalism and love of the motherland. Responsibility, Kelono Sewandono as a king has responsibility for the kingdom he dreams of. Thus, it can be concluded that the art of Reyog Ponorogo is very relevant to the objectives of Islamic Education.

Abstract

In Islam, clothing does not only function as jewelry and body armor from heat and cold, but more importantly is to cover the nakedness. Al-Qur'an al-Karim shows the obligation of women to cover their bodies in His words, "And let them not show their jewels, except those which (normally) appear from them,". Parts of female limbs that are not allowed to be seen by others are aurat. Islamic scholars agree that all women's bodies are aurat, in addition to the face and two palms. What is meant by the jewelry that appears is the face and two palms. While what is meant by khimar is a headgear, not a face covering like a veil, and what is meant by jaib is chest. The women have been ordered to put a cloth over his head and spread it to cover her chest. By doing library research, that is, research whose main object is books or other sources of literature, meaning that data is sought and found through literature review of books relevant to the discussion, a minimum limit of aurat according to Muhammad Shahrur is that dress cover the juyub, while the maximum limit is dressing which covers all parts of the body besides the face and palms.

Abstract

In addition to the Qur'anic verses explaining the importance of istighfar, many hadith also suggested it. There is even hadith of Ibn Majah explaining that for anyone who is accustomed to istighfar, he will be gifted by Allah as God will make every sorrow a relief, and from every difficulty a way out, and give him a sustenance through unexpected ways. From this research found: (1) Ibn Majah's hadith is dhaif (weak). It is based on the assessment of the critics of the hadith which says that al-Hakam ibn Mus'ab is majhul (unknown); however (2) Ibn Majah's matn al-hadith (essence) is acceptable. It is proven when the hadith is studied in wider detail, it is also in accordance with the Qur'an. Not contrary and even in line with what is in it. As well as other hadiths, many hadiths that encouraged every Muslim to celebrate istighfar, and this was exemplified by the Messenger of Allah in his daily life. Of course, there are many verses that explain the wisdom He has revealed to those who practice istighfar, such as the reception of grace, the removal of sins, the conquest, the triumph of good and so on.

Abstract

Indonesia nowadays is troubled by the existence of LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) communities who demand recognition, legalization, and rejection of discriminatory acts against them. On the other hand, Indonesia is a godly country where the majority of the population is Muslim. It means that the majority of Indonesian people view this behavior as being at odds with Indonesia's noble values both in traditional and religious (Islamic) values. At first glance, some people will consider that the LGBT problem is a moral problem on which character education is considered as a solution. However, LGBT is essentially a matter of religious faith in particular the crisis of aqidah. Hence, Aqidah Akhlak education could be said having failed in producing the generations who are sturdy, strong, and have a high commitment to their religion. LGBT issue can’t be seen merely as a crisis of character, because talking about character is talking about relative culture. While the Qur'an has explicitly said that LGBT is an unlawful act. Therefore, if the root of the problem is aqidah, then one of the solution is through Aqidah Akhlak education. In this case, Aqidah Akhlak education must be contextual, meaningful and lively. Through habituation, training, and role models, students are directed to think critically and orient themselves to problem solving, linking with other disciplines, and evaluations that are emphasizing spiritual aspect and attitude. Abstrak Dewasa ini Indonesia diresahkan dengan adanya komunitas LGBT yang menuntut pengakuan, pelegalan, dan penolakan tindakan diskriminatif terhadap individu LGBT. Di sisi lain, Indonesia merupakan negara berketuhanan dimana mayoritas penduduknya adalah beragama Islam. Artinya, mayoritas masyarakat Indonesia memandang perilaku ini berseberangan dengan nilai-nilai luhur Indonesia baik secara adat maupun nilai-nilai agama (Islam). Secara sepintas, sebagian orang akan menganggap bahwa persoalan LGBT adalah persoalan moral atau karakter. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan karakter dianggap solusi dalam penanggulangannya. Namun, pada hakikatnya LGBT adalah persoalan akidah (krisis akidah). Pendidikan Akidah Akhlak selama ini berarti masih belum berhasil melahirkan generasi yang kokoh, kuat, dan memiliki komitmen yang tinggi terhadap agamanya. LGBT tidak dapat dipandang sebagai krisis karakter saja, karena berbicara tentang karakter maka berbicara tentang budaya yang relatif. Sementara Al-Qur’an secara gamblang mengatakan bahwa LGBT merupakan perbuatan yang haram. Karena itu, jika akar masalahnya adalah akidah maka salah satu solusinya adalah melalui pendidikan Akidah Akhlak. Dalam hal ini, pendidikan Akidah Akhlak harus berisfat kontekstual, bermakna dan hidup, metodenya melalui pembiasaan, pelatihan, dan teladan, siswa diarahkan untuk berpikir kritis dan berorientasi pada penyelesaian masalah, mengaitkan dengan disiplin ilmu lainnya, dan evaluasi yang digunakan menekankan pada aspek spiritual dan sikap.

Abstract

Indonesian society has the diversity and uniqueness of every treatment practices. The practice of treatment in Kampung Tarung community is a fascinating study of which it combines the practice of modern medical treatment with local medicine practices. This practice became a pluralistic medical practice often used by the society to treat the sick using Karodduka Tuba Marapu procedure. The study used a qualitative approach, while data collection was done by participatory observation, living with the community of Kampung Tarung and conducting a thorough interview to the community. Qualitative descriptive design is to explain and describe the choosing of medical practice and treatment of Karodduka Tuba Marapu from an emic point of view. The findings of this research show that in the practice of Karodduka Tuba Marapu in Kampung Tarung community has habituation formed based on local knowledge. The view of this practice by mixing the concept of ancestral belief (Marapu) in every life includes the use of the Uma (house), and the community's kinship system, that has an influence in local knowledge such as economic capital, cultural capital, social capital or social networking, and symbolic capital. Keywords: Anthropology of Health, Kampung Tarung, Karodduka Tuba Marapu, Medical Practice Abstrak Praktik pengobatan yang terdapat pada Masyarakat Kampung Tarung menjadi kajian menarik, memadukan antara praktik pengobatan medis modern dengan praktik pengobatan lokal. Praktik ini menjadi suatu Praktik medis pluralistik yang sering kali digunakan Masyarakat dalam upaya pengobatan sakit Karodduka Tuba Marapu. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan partisipasi observasi dengan ikut tinggal bersama Masyarakat Kampung Tarung dan melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada Masyarakat Kampung Tarung. Desain penulisan deskriptif kualitatif untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan pemilihan praktik medis serta melakukan praktik pengobatan dalam penanganan Karodduka Tuba Marapu dari sudut pandang emik. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam praktik pengobatan Karodduka Tuba Marapu masyarakat Kampung Tarung memiliki pembiasaan yang terbentuk berdasarkan pengetahuan lokal. Pandangan mengenai Karodduka Tuba Marapu dengan pencampuran adanya konsep mengenai kepercayaan leluhur (Marapu) dalam setiap kehidupan meliputi pemaknaan pada Uma (rumah), dan sistem kekerabatan masyarakat yang memiliki pengaruh dalam pengetahuan lokal seperti modal ekonomi, modal budaya, modal sosial atau jaringan sosial, dan modal simbolik. Abstract

Early childhood has a unique way of learning something that is undoubtedly different from adults. A child does not understand that what he does while playing is an activity that might be considered a learning activity for parents. Playing while learning is an activity carried out by a child at an early age that is carried out with feelings of pleasure, without coercion, but has patterns that we expect to create results for proper development for the child. Playing is also a means for children to channel their considerable energy and discover new things that they did not know in a fun way before. Furthermore, it is indeed different from learning understood by adults with all the rules and demands in the end. Playing (while learning) in early childhood has goals that may not be realized by some; whenever playing, a child is developing the potential contained in self to become a robust initial capital for the future when facing problems in life. This paper tries to provide model and knowledge to parents to understand the world of early childhood, one of which is by understanding the nature and the meaning of playing for early childhood. Obtained by exploring various sources of literature, parents and early childhood education (PAUD) teachers may use the study results to be more precise in assisting and designing learning for young children. Seorang anak tidak mengerti bahwa apa yang dia lakukan saat bermain adalah kegiatan yang dapat dianggap sebagai kegiatan belajar bagi orang tua. Bermain sambil belajar adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh seorang anak di usia dini yang dilakukan dengan perasaan senang, tanpa paksaan, tetapi memiliki pola yang diarapkan akan menciptakan hasil untuk perkembangan yang tepat bagi anak. Bermain juga merupakan sarana bagi anak-anak untuk menyalurkan energi mereka yang cukup besar dan menemukan hal-hal baru yang tidak mereka ketahui sebelumnya dengan cara yang menyenangkan. Lebih jauh lagi, bermain sambil belajar berbeda dari pembelajaran yang dipahami oleh orang dewasa dengan semua aturan dan tuntutan di akhir. Bermain (sambil belajar) pada anak usia dini memiliki tujuan yang mungkin tidak disadari oleh sebagian orang; setiap kali bermain, seorang anak mengembangkan potensi yang terkandung dalam diri untuk menjadi modal awal yang kuat untuk masa depan ketika menghadapi masalah dalam hidup. Tulisan ini mencoba memberikan model dan pengetahuan kepada orang tua untuk memahami dunia anak usia dini, salah satunya adalah dengan memahami sifat dan makna bermain untuk anak usia dini. Diperoleh dengan mengeksplorasi berbagai sumber literatur, orang tua, dan guru pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) dapat menggunakan hasil penelitian ini untuk lebih tepat dalam membantu dan merancang pembelajaran untuk anak-anak.
