Abstract

Currently, many formal and non formal education institutions are competing to get new students, so the profile of an educational institution becomes an important identity in introducing the institution to the general public. Various ways are used to socialize his profile, one of them STMIK Raharja Tangerang. In this modern era, multimedia plays an important role in the field of marketing as a promotion. The purpose of this study is, for prospective students / i new interested in the Department of Computer Systems, as well as a means of information and promotion effective and attractive to the general public. The problem is, the previous SK's promotional program only uses the brochure and banners media which information is not complete and interesting, for that SK Department requires video profile media capable of providing detailed information and interesting about the Department of Computer Systems, The research methods are: problem analysis, data, media design analysis and, media production concept (KPM). The results of his research in the form of video video profile Department of Computer Systems, which explains the profile of Computer Systems Department STMIK Raharja include CCIT and Computer System concentration, learning methods, excellence, and facilities. With the design of video media profile majors Computer Systems STMIK Raharja can be an attraction to increase interest in prospective new students in the Department, and become an informative and useful media for the general public.

Abstract

The cost budget plan is one of the controls in the management of a project that will be planned in the company, if in the planning of a project there is no budget plan then a project will be ambiguous in making the report, it also needs to be applied to PT. Bumitangerang Mesindotama to facilitate companies in planning the costs. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system that can produce output in the form of detailed reports for planning company budget costs in meeting the procurement system of a project plan. In this study a web-based system is implemented for planning project cost budgets in companies, therefore it is necessary to design a web-based company budget plan system. This system uses web-based input in the process of filling out project activities, details of required materials and budget planning of the required costs so that it can produce final reports in the form of the neat recapitulation. With the creation of a cost budget plan system is expected to solve existing problemsand the company no longer needs to use a manual way to plan budget costs, so that the budget planning process can run more quickly and accurately. In this study, researchers used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which was supported by data collection through observation and literature study.

Abstract

ncreasing the number of vehicles in our country into fertile fields to increase revenue for workshop owners. The increase is also a job opportunity for outomotiv vocational students to get jobs. Implementation of knowledge management into a solution to improve the quality of human resources, especially the graduates smk. Knowledge management is an attempt to increase knowledge useful in the organization. Knowledge management is not only an arrangement of knowledge, but rather the management of an organization with a particular focus on knowledge. Implementation of knowledge management with a web-based system, is expected to be a solution of the needs of the flow of knowledge that is not hindered by time and place limits. The methodology used is contingency factor analysis to get the knowledge management system model. The resulting knowledge management system model supports the Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization (SECI) process. Knowledge management system was developed as a means of knowledge sharing at the workshop of Vocational High School Vocational School.

Abstract

The world of education in college is expected to be a world of human development for civilization. Students are equipped with knowledge of education based on the needs of the era. In line with the needs of students, not infrequently there are students who have difficulty in completing certain courses. Difficulties that vary from the beginning of the semester to the final semester, the difficulty in terms of learning activities on campus or even association in the campus environment. To be able to answer these questions required an application that can bridge the needs of students with faculty majors. This web design also aims to provide solutions to student problems and build student motivation in completing their education on time. With the academic consultation web is expected to make lecturer services to be maximal, students are motivated to complete the lecture and reduce the failure rate of students in completing the lecture. Data collection method used in this journal is qualitative method, that is by doing observation, interview, and literature study. With the web majors are expected to be a means of closeness between lecturers and students in relation to teaching and learning proximity between students in the same department although different levels.

Abstract

Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) namely, offices that perform some activities for religion (Islam), especially in marriage and also divorce. In this case, of course, the development of technology in government institutions such as KUA is very important because the amount of information that will be processed into data. Therefore, the researcher will conduct research on one of the KUA offices located in Cibodas sub-district, Tangerang City and find the problem that is, the civil servant performance report system that is still semi-computerized or it can be said still using MS.Excel in the process. Therefore, researchers will develop a civil servant performance report system in KUA cibodas to be more computerized using the Java Desktop programming language used in NetBeans IDE software and assisted with online databases such as MySQL in data storage or files can be stored properly. With the use of this system is expected to facilitate the preparation of civil service performance reports and stored data more structured, efficient, and effective.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the character of industry-based work for vocational school with knowledge management methods. Knowledge management is an attempt to increase the knowledge that is useful in the team at the organization. Knowledge management is the management of an organization with a special focus on knowledge. Implementation of knowledge management with emphasis on strengthening the character of industry-based work using the web, is expected to be a solution of the character education needs for students in vocational high schools to be accepted to work according to their fields. This research will develop the model of knowledge management system and design prototype of model developed on the character of industry work to be shared to the teachers. The methodology used is to perform contingency factor analysis to get the knowledge management system model. The resulting knowledge management system model supports the Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization (SECI) process.

Abstract

Data processing system of Higher Education Raharja needs the best and integrated to facilitate decision making and create good service standard. Especially if the data is related to Control and Quality. Data and information easily accessible to support the performance of each section. As in theEngineering section, In data processing Engineering section still can not provide the best service to meet the strategic information needs required to support reporting on the management of Higher Education Raharja. It takes a long time to generate information data items as required, this happens because it has not been integrated with the management and information processing can not be effective and efficient, With the design method using UML, as well as making the application program using PHP programming language website based .So can help in reporting data goods engineering section for management that can improve the performance of engineering section for Higher Education Raharja so as to provide good and faster service.

Abstract

The number of uses of the Android operating system makes developers compete in making Android-based applications. One of them is in business, making a sales system that can run on Android-based smartphones is very popular with most people because it can facilitate buying and selling transactions. Based on the results of the research, the sales system at PT Gemanusa Sentra Teknologi still has some shortcomings. To solve this problem, a Mobile Commerce (M-Commerce) application is created by using the REST API as a communication method between Client and Server. With this application, it will be easier for users to make buying and selling transactions because they can be used anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

The server door is the main access to enter the server room. Currently the door lock on the server room is still done manually using the physical key as a tool to open or lock the door. Physical keys are easily lost or left behind which results in the officer not being able to enter the server room. This resulted in the officer can not access the server. Based on these reasons, the server door is integrated with a computer system that can unlock the door using voice recognition to unlock the server door. Voice recognition is able to identify a person through his voice. Voice recognition is divided into 2 parts namely speech recognition and speeker recognition. Meanwhile, the authors use the speech recognition section to open thedoor server door lock. Where, speech recognition can identify what is spoken by someone. The design of this tool is made using Raspberry pi 3 as the processing center and ULN2803 as ic to increase the voltage so that it can move the solenoid that serves to move the doorlock. Then raspberry gives command to the servo motor to open the door. Only staff who have id and password are only able to open the door lock on the server room using voice recognition. While those who do not have id and password can not unlock the door in the server room. So with the design of smart door lock tool using voice recognition raspberry-based pi 3 provides a level of security and access more computerized.

Abstract

Transformator or often called trafo is one of the electrical devices that can change the level of a voltage, transformator (trafo) plays an important role in the distribution of electricity to the public. In general, electrical devices such as trafo when working can cause heat, if it is left just like that, the temperature that continues to increase can interfere with performance or can even cause the trafo to explode due to excessive heat temperature. To overcome this, the officers of PT. PLN conduct regular checks every month, therefore to lighten the work of officers, a temperature monitoring system and trafo location information is made based on google map. Information on temperature and location statistics can be directly accessed through the smartphone application that is already available.
