Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of attitude toward behavior, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and risk tolerance on investment intention of Surabayanese in peer to peer lending. This study is conclusive causality research with quantitative research data using a purposive sampling method and a random sampling method to get samples. Data in this study obtained by a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sample used in this study were 200 Surabaya’s workforce. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The result is based on hypothesis testing that shows that attitude toward behavior and risk tolerance significantly influences investment intention. While the subjective norm and perceived behavioral control do not affect investment intention. It is because of the distribution respondents that dominated by young people that have age between 18-25 years. The respondents have a low belief in their social relations. It was also caused by respondents who have less information about fintech P2P lending which come up in Indonesia in 2016 and classified as a new type of investment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of leader member exchange on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia. This research is a type of causal research with a quantitative approach with a population of 256 permanent employees, and the sampling technique uses probability sampling with a sample of 156 permanent employees. The statistical analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 23.0 software. This study indicates that the leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction because there is a trusting relationship between superiors and subordinates. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance because it was following company standards. Leader member exchange does not affect employee performance because it structures the performance appraisal. Job satisfaction cannot be an intervening variable between leader member exchange and employee performance due to high workload

Abstract

Lazada is a market leader of e-commerce in Shout-East Asia. This study aims to analyze and discuss the effect of the e-service quality and eases on the repurchase intention through satisfaction. This study uses college students aged 18-25 years as respondents, which have purchased Lazada at least once, and their last purchase is in the last one month. The sampling method is non-probability sampling using a snowball sampling technique. The number of samples is 220 respondents. Data were collected by an online questionnaire and analyzed using AMOS. The result of this study indicates that e-service quality and ease have a significant effect on satisfaction and repurchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the impact of work stress on job satisfaction with social support as a moderating variable. This research method is quantitative, using Simple Random Sampling for its sampling technique. There were 60 employees as samples—the data collected by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The statistical analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and data analysis by utilizing Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 as the tool and Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software. The result shows that work stress has a negative and significant influence on job satisfaction. Work stress will result in a decrease in job satisfaction felt by employees. As well as social support did not moderate the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction. Social support does not decrease the impact of work stress on job satisfaction that occur within the company. The company should manage the work stress level to fulfil workers' job satisfaction and avert adverse effects to the company's activities.

Abstract

This research mainly explores the relationship between perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment to employee performance and organizational citizenship behavior as mediation variabel. causality research using census is type this reseacrh total of 50 employees of PT. Angkasa Pura I Juanda Surabaya participants in this study. The statistical analysis used PLS with help of smartpls 3.0 software. The result of this study explain that the perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment has a significant effect and positively to organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational and psychological empowerment has insignificant effect and positively to employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior has significant effect and positively to employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior as mediation has insignificant effect and positively between perceived organizational citizenshp behavior and psychological empowerment to employee performance.

Abstract

The bank, as financial intermediaries, is institutions that collect funds from society and distribute those funds for credit and providing other banking services. So, banking health is essential to prevent banks from Financial distress that leads to bankruptcy. This study analyses the effect of the CAMEL ratio and macroeconomic factors to predict non-foreign exchange bank is in 2014-2019 Financial distress. The CAMEL ratio consists of Capital proxied by CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), Asset Quality proxied by NPL (Non-Performing Loan), Management proxied by BOPO (Operating Expense to Operations Income), Earning proxied by ROA (Return on Asset), Liquidity proxied by LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio). Then, macroeconomic factors proxied by GDP (Gross Domestic Product) and Inflation. This study used 20 non-foreign exchange bank is in 2014-2019 as the sample was determined using purposive sampling, and the statistical methods used to analyze is logistic regression in SPSS 25. This study shows that CAR, NPL, BOPO, LDR, GDP and Inflation have no significant effect on the probability of a bank's financial distress. On the other hand, ROA has a significant effect on the probability of a bank's financial distress.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence related to the effect of financial and macroeconomic performance on stock returns. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique and found 171 companies that routinely report financial reports, did not do a stock split, and did not conduct an IPO during 2014-2017. The data analysis technique used in this study was a multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 23 application. The results showed that simultaneous independent variables influence stock returns. Partial test results in this study showed that financial performance variables that were proxied by the Current ratio, PER, DER, PBV, and TATO did not affect stock returns, while macroeconomics (inflation and exchange rates) had a significant negative effect on stock returns. Macroeconomic factors are more influential on stock returns and responded by investors directly suitable for short-term investments, while financial performance requires time to be responded by stock returns and more suitable for long-term investments.

Abstract

As time went on, business development also grew more rapidly. Booking and travel tickets online compliment online marketing. The aims to provide perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and trust in consumers to influence the system's level of use at higher consumers. The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and trust in e-commerce usage. Respondents in this study are consumers who have booked aeroplane tickets in less than one year with a minimum age of 18 years. The sampling method is non-probability sampling, and the sampling technique uses judgmental sampling. The sample used was 220. The data collection technique used in this study was an online questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using path analysis with the AMOS program. This study indicates that perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on e-commerce. Perceived benefits have a positive and significant effect on the use of e-commerce. Furthermore, trust has a positive and significant effect on the use of e-commerce.

Abstract

The pressures from such high activity will cause tension, fatigue, fatigue, and stress. Currently, the cinema industry has a promising market, shown by people who have high enthusiasm to watch in the cinema. The impact of brand image and consumer experience on cinema consumer satisfaction is an interesting topic to study. This research was intended to investigate and analyze the influence of brand image and customer experience with the satisfaction of cinema viewers in XXI Surabaya. The purposive sampling method was used through the judgmental sampling method for 50 samples. The hypothesis is tested through multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the first tested hypothesis were found that the brand image variable positively and significantly affected the satisfaction of XXI cinema viewers. The results of the second hypothesis test show that the customer experience variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction watching at the XXI cinema.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance (GCG) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on companies' value with financial performance listed on the IDX for the 2016-2019 period. This research's object is 19 selected companies in various industrial sectors, with a sample of 76 annual reports that meet the criteria. The data used is the 2016-2019 annual report. The method used is the classical assumption method, multiple linear regression, path analysis method using SPSS version 25. The direct effect study results, GCG, an agency composed of management ownership, institutional ownership, and the board of directors, will not significantly impact the value of the company. GCG, which is proxied by the audit committee and CSR, affects firm value and financial performance (ROA), affecting firm value. The indirect effect research shows that ROA has not been able to mediate the effect of GCG, which is proxied by managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and commissioners' board.ROA is only able to mediate the effect of CSR on firm value.
