Abstract

PT. Gojek Indonesia (GO-JEK) was a firm engaged in the business of transportation based on application smart phone. GO-JEK do strategy sponsorship by become one of the main sponsors in the implementation of a football gojek traveloka liga1 indonesia. With strategy sponsorship, how does it influence on reservations go-jek in palembang ?Sponsorship is the financial support from an organization, person, or activity in exchange for publicity and brand association.The purpose of this research is to know how the influence of sponsorship strategy PT.Gojek Indonesia in league 1 Indonesia of the decision of reserving go-jek Palembang. The data used in this research was the primary data obtained from the data the questionnaire. Method of withdrawal of samples on this research using Cluster Sampling.The results of this research indicate that is no significant influence against decisions ordering GO-JEK in Palembang. Testing is done based on the regression results table that indicates that the value tcalculate > ttable (1,332 > 1.65).the conclusion, the decision ordering GO-JEK in Palembang is affected by the sponsorship of 0.7%. While the rest of 99.3% are other factors that are not included in this study such as quality of service, prices, methods of payment and the variety of products offered.

Abstract

Library is one of the information providers engaged in the management ofinformation and media services provider education. The library is still a relativelyinexpensive option to meet the needs of visitors. The purpose of this study is todeterminethe effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of service users IBA PalembangUniversity library.Quality of service is any activity carried out by the company in order to meetconsumer expectations. Services in this case is defined as a service or services deliveredby the owner of the service in the form of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathyand tangibles in providing services for customer satisfaction. And the satisfaction of acondition that is on the show to consumers after using the service or the service.Sampling method in this research is Stratified Random Sampling but at themoment Accidental questionnaire method. The data used in this research is primary dataobtained from questionnaires distributed to 125 respondents.From the results of multiple linear regression test simultaneously demonstratedservice quality effect on visitor satisfaction with the significance of the library amountedto 599.699 less than 0.05. Partially, 10.30% reliability, responsiveness 18.22%, 14.77%assurance, empathy and tangibles 34.25% 18.46% effect on satisfaction, 96% visitorsatisfaction variation libraries can be explained by the variable quality of service whilethe remaining 4% is explained by other variables not analyzed in this study.Of the five variables, variables Empathy (X4) of 34.25% is the most dominantvariable affecting visitor satisfaction IBA University library service users. This provesthat the library is able to provide library services properly..

Abstract

Unilever Indonesia produces a variety of products, one of which is SariWangi Teabag. To stay afloat in the competition of SariWangi Teabag must continue to innovate starting in terms of price and product quality. Price is a monetary unit that is exchanged in order to obtain ownership rights or use of an item or service, and Product quality is a necessity that must be maintained and improved if a company wants to exist in sales competition. This research was made to analyze the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. In this study the population is infinite. The sampling method used is accidental sampling.The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires directly to consumers of SariWangi Teabag in Palembang City Retail. The sample used was 272 respondents. The test is done in three stages, namely validity and reliability, classic assumption and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.505 or 50.5% and the remaining 49.5% is influenced by other variables. The results of this study indicate that 50.5% of purchasing decisions can be explained by variable prices and product quality. Price variable (X1) is 38.6% and Product Quality variable (X2) is 11.9%.both partially and simultaneously Product Prices and Quality have a significant effect on purchasing.

Abstract

The development of business through internet media is increasing, along with the increasing of Internet users in the world especially in Indonesia. Advertising is a factor that is quite important in attracting the Purchace interest of the consumer in this research is Tokopedia in the city of Palembang. Advertising is any form of non-personal communication and promotion of ideas, products or services that are paid for by certain sponsors or that have not yet been identified in order to create consumer buying interest. While buying interest is the tendency of consumers to buy a brand or take actions related to the purchase. In this research, the object of research is Tokopedia consumers in Palembang. The sampling method uses accidental sampling. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires directly to Tokopedia application users in the city of Palembang. the number of samples was 349 respondents. The test is carried out in three stages, namely the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test and the hypothesis test The results of this research indicate that advertising has a positive effect on consumer buying interest of Tokedia in Palembang, it can be seen from the regression test results Y = 4,571 + 0.821 + e. If seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) of 80% consumer buying interest can be explained by advertising. While 20% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research such as discounts, brand image, price, availability of goods and others.

Abstract

Along with the development of the era, which is supported by the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, it has an impact on increasingly fierce business competition. Various efforts have been made by the company in order to have a strong traction stuck in the minds of consumers. The strategy used to introduce a brand is to use digital marketing. The higher the level of brand awareness (brand awareness), the more inherent a brand will be in the minds of consumers, so the more likely the brand will be chosen by consumers. In this study, the object is Tokopedia's consumers in the city of Palembang. The sampling method uses accidental sampling. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires directly to Tokopedia application users in the city of Palembang. The number of samples used was 272 respondents. The test was carried out in three stages, namely validity, reliability, classical assumption and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing and brand awareness together have a positive effect on purchasing decisions of Tokopedia consumers in Palembang, this can be seen from the results of the multiple regression test Y = 18,950 + 0.556 X1 + 0.28 X2 + e. When viewed from the coefficient of determination (R2) of 34.9%, purchasing decisions can be explained by digital marketing and brand awareness. Meanwhile, 65.1% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as discounts, hsrgs, availability of goods and others.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu 34 orang guru di SD IBA Palembang. Waktu penelitian Januari-Maret 2021. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuisioner dan data sekunder melalui dokumentasi dan literature sekolah. Data dianalisis dengan rumus statistik regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisis diketahui variabel Kompetensi Profesional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru. Dibuktikan dari thitung > ttabel yakni sebesar 4,400 > 2,369, berarti hipotesis H1 dapat diterima dan Ho ditolak. R (square) 0,377 berarti Pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional terhadap Kinerja guru 37,7%, sedangkan 62,3% kinerja guru dipengaruhi variabel lain misalnya motivasi kerja, sarana prasarana mengajar, kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan pengembangan karir. Koefisien regresi sebesar 0,744, mengindikasikan bahwa kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan sebesar 74,4% apabila ada peningkatan 1% saja pada kompetensi profesional guru. Misalnya meningkatkan pelatihan dan penyediaan sarana serta prasarana pembelajaran bagi murid dan guru.

Abstract

One of taxes which was potentially to be explored as revenue source is Land and building tax. However, the realization of land and building tax revenue has always been below the target. The main purpose of this research is to analyze public compliance in paying land and building tax. This research was conducted with a survey method with a population of 9.174 and a study sample of 369 taxpayers. Data collection techniques used were in the form of questionnaires distributed to land and building taxpayers in three district in Palembang.The results of this study, Thefisrt factor that underlies compliance with paying land and building taxes is administrative requirements (78,59%), furthermore, the factors of tax sanctions, economy and awareness of paying taxes each of 11,38%, 5,96% and 4,07%.Keywords: Land and Building Tax , Tax Compliance

Abstract

This purpose of this articel is  to determine the ratio of the effect of foreign debt on economic growth. Since the reign of the Old Order  up to the reign of the Reform Order to date, the Indonesian government has always done debt (overseas loans). So as if the growth that accomplished by the Indonesian economy each year can not be separated from foreign debt.The data used are secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia. The analysis technique to be used is Quantitative Descriptive Method. The results of hypothesis test show that  the effect of foreign debt on economic growth only during the Reform Order.
