Abstract

This research is based on the fact that entrepreneurship learning model has not been effective to increase student entrepreneurship interest. Referring to these conditions, this study aims to reveal and formulate entrepreneurial learning model that can increase student entrepreneurship interest. Research and development research (R & D) method by modified Borg and Gall design. The population of this research is student of Refraction Optician study program. The Data in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. This new learning model has been tested in a limited way to know the validity, practicality and effectiveness. Based on the result of the research, it is concluded that contextual based on result validity of entrepreneurship learning model, practical and effective development to increase student entrepreneurship interest. This learning model is recommended to be applied and introduced widely to similar study programs within the college.

Abstract

The aims of this development research is to produce entrepreneurship learning model based onthe valid contextual, practical and effective.The research follows the design of model of the Branch (2009). There are five steps from the design model of the Branch (2009), namely; analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation (ADDIE). To collect the data, the instrument that writer used are the observation, instrument validation and test sheets. To validate instrument products, expert assessment of the strategies are chosen by using the delphi technique and continued with exploration of the feasibility which is applied by using focus group discussions technique. The data will be analyzed through qualitative and quantitative techniques. In order to get the book of entrepreneurship learning model and the guidebook based on the contextual, the data were analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative methods. The validity of the product are tested by expert, the practical test by the user, and the effectiveness test trought the students learning outcomes. The results of the development consists of (1) book-entrepreneurship learning model based on contextual, (2) the lecturers’ guidebook of entrepreneurship learningmodel based on contextual, (3) Student Handbook learning model based on contextual is valid, practical and effective.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan kewirausahaan di Negara Korea Selatan disebabkan oleh pertumbuhan ekonomi Korea Selatan. Korea Selatan menjadi salah satu negara dengan kekuatan ekonomi terbesar di dunia. Pemerintah Korea Selatan memasukkan konsep kewirausahaan usia dini melalui pendidikan kepada generasi muda sehingga Korea Selatan memiliki jumlah pengusaha 4 persen dari total populasi. Pemerintah Korea Selatan memberikan dukungan penuh kepada komunitas bisnis dengan menyediakan infrastruktur, modal, pajak yang rendah, dan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Inkubator kewirausahaan yang optimal diberikan bimbingan oleh pemerintah. Selain itu, Pemerintah juga mendukung dan mendukung pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia untuk kewirausahaan. Orientasi ekspor pasar untuk strategi besar di pasar dunia telah disiapkan sejak awal. Keberhasilan Korea Selatan dapat dipisahkan dari pengembangan karakter nasional yang kuat, tenaga kerja yang sangat terlatih, pemerintahan yang relatif bersih, kondisi makroekonomi dan sosial-politik yang solid yang bebas dari konflik, dan kecintaan masyarakat terhadap produk dalam negeri. Insentif untuk inovasi memudahkan untuk menciptakan dan membubarkan UKM, persepsi risiko dan penghargaan memungkinkan untuk membawa pengusaha sukses, yang menghasilkan kemajuan ekonomi negara. Kata Kunci: Analisis Pembangunan, Kewirausahaan.
