Abstract

Dalam melakukan kegiatan usaha baik perorangan maupun badan usaha sebaiknya membuat pencatatan keuangan. Pencatatan keuangan dapat membantu pelaku usaha untuk bisa membuat laporan keuangan yang akan menjadi bahan informasi bagi pemilik maupun pihak-pihak yang membutuhkannya. Pencatatan keuangan merupakan suatu indikator suksesnya suatu kegiatan usaha yang dilakoninya. Minimnya pengetahuan dalam pencatatan keuangan dan kesadaran akan pentingnya pencatatan keuangan pada masyarakat tani atau kelompok petani sehingga mereka tidak tahu apakah usaha mereka layak atau tidak dikembangkan kedepan. Maka dari itu diperlukan pemahaman yang baik tentang pentingnya pencatatan keuangan untuk meningkatkan hasil usaha yang ditekuninya Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mengenai manajemen keuangan usaha dan mampu membuat pembukuan sendiri dengan baik melalui pencatatan keuangan, sehingga dapat mengukur pengeluaran, pendapatan, aliran kas, biaya dan penentuan harga jual bagi Kelomok Wanita Tani (KWT) Nekmese di Kelurahan Umanen, Kecamatan Atambua Barat, Kabupaten Belu. Hasil dari kegiatan ini kelompok mengetahui manfaat dan pentingnya melakukan pencatatan keuangan dengan baik dan sangat antusias untuk melakukan pencatatan keuangan dalam usaha kelompok maupun usaha individu.

Abstract

Abstrak: Gula merah berbahan baku nira lontar merupakan salah satu produk khas lahan kering kepualaun seperti di NTT, NTB dan Maluku bagian Selatan. Gula merah merupakan gula yang diproduksi dengan kearifan lokal yang diproduki oleh UMKM. Produk gula merah sangat potensial dikembangkan sebagai produk cindramata untuk menunjang aktivitas pariwisata. Diperlukan inovasi produk baik ukuran produk dan juga kemasan agar memenuhi selera konsumen pariwisata. Pada aspek produk, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan disain produk, kemasan dan brand produk. Sedangakn pada aspek SDM, kemampuan mitra dapat meningkat, khususnya dalam aspek inovasi produk, teknik produksi dan membangun citra produk. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan metoda ceramah, diskusi pemecahan masalah dan workshop. Mitra kegiatan adalah dua kelompok pelaku UMKM yang berlokasi di kawasan pariwisata Panati Lasiana, Kota Kupang. Jumlah Peserta yang mengikuti kegaitan ini sebanyak 20 orang. Evaluasi hasil pengembangan produk menggunakan panel test terhadap kelompok konsumen, sedangkan peningkatan skill peserta dilakukan penyebaran angket dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualtitaif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta telah mengalami peningkatan skill khususnya dalam memproduksi gula merah dengan disain yang lebih fungsional, penggunaan kemasan dan menjaga higienitas produk. Hasil analisis uji panel test menunjukkan bahwa konsumen respons positif terhadap produk yang dikembangkan, bahkan bersedia membeli dengan harga 30% lebih tinggi. 78,5% Peserta dapat memahami materi yang disampaikan, tetapi memiliki tingkat kesediaan menerapkan teknologi yang masih sedang (60,5%). Namun demikian, 85,5% responden akan menerapkan teknologi apabila mendapatkan insentif pendapatan.Abstract: Brown sugar is a typical product produced from archipelagic dry land agriculture, such as in NTT, NTB and southern Maluku. Brown sugar is produced with local wisdom and is produced by MSMEs. Brown sugar products have great potential to be developed as souvenir products to support tourism activities. Product innovation is needed in both product size and packaging to meet the tastes of tourism consumers. In the product aspect, this service activity aims to develop product design, packaging and product branding. Meanwhile, in the human resource aspect, partners' abilities can increase, especially in the aspects of product innovation, production techniques and building product image. Service activities are carried out using lecture methods, problem solving discussions and workshops. The activity partners are two groups of MSMEs located in the tourism destinations of the Panati Lasiana, Kupang City. The number of participants who took part in this activity was 20 people. Evaluation of product development results uses panel tests on consumer groups, while improving participants' skills is carried out by distributing questionnaires and explained qualitatively. The results of the activity showed that participants had improved their skills, especially in producing brown sugar with a more functional design, using packaging and maintaining product hygiene. The results of the panel test analysis show that consumers responded positively to the product being developed, and were even willing to buy at a 30% higher price. 78.5% of participants were able to understand the material presented, but had a moderate level of willingness to apply technology (60.5%). However, 85.5% of respondents will implement technology after receiving income incentives.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of non-seed watermelon and seeded watermelon in the Millennial Farmer Group (Poktan Millenial) in Noelbaki Village, Central Kupang District, Kupang Regency, followed by finding a comparison of the income of non-seed watermelon and seeded watermelon farmers. The location was determined deliberately based on certain considerations, because this location is one of the watermelon producing areas in the Millennial Farmers Group (Poktan Millennial). The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive using revenue analysis and income analysis. The results of this research show that the income from non-seed watermelon farming is greater when compared to seeded watermelon farming. Where non-seed watermelon farming income is more than IDR 40,968,613, while seed watermelon farming income is IDR 16,137,863. The comparison of income from non-seed watermelon farming and seed watermelon farming of Rp. 24,830,750 hah is proven that the results of the t-count test are known. The t-count value is 3.092> the t-table value is 2.073. Thus, there is a very significant difference between non-seed watermelon farming and seed watermelon farming. Comparative analysis of the income of non-seed watermelon and seeded watermelon in the Millennial Farmer Group (Poktan Millennial) has a significant effect on farmer income.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the description of the production process of peanut processing into egg peanuts and onion peanuts, and to determine the added value and profits generated by the processing of peanuts into egg peanuts and onion peanuts, as well as to find out the obstacles and solutions faced by IRT Sima Indah. The research was conducted at the office and location of IRT Sima Indah located together on Jl. Air Lobang 3 RT.37/RW.15 Sikumana Village, Maulafa District, Kupang City. This type of research is quantitative research using the method of interviewing business owners and workers and making direct observations. The sampling technique uses the census method, namely the population in this study is the business owner of the Sima Indah Home Industry, namely 5 workers. The results of this study indicate that the total costs incurred in the production process of egg beans and onion beans at IRT Sima Indah amounted to Rp. 19,985,423, total revenue of Rp. 25,020,000, then IRT Sima Indah got a profit of Rp. 12,631,494. The result of the added value given from the output value of every Rp.100 for each processed peanut product is Rp. 59 for egg peanut products and Rp. 50 for onion peanut products.
