Abstract

The software development process model or what is commonly called SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) is one of the Software Engineering (RPL) course materials in the Information Engineering Education (PTI) undergraduate study program where one of the competencies is understanding and knowing the concepts of device engineering software that can be applied in the software development life cycle which is summarized in the material for the SDLC software development process model. This material is the initial material that must be mastered by students to develop quality software. The use of interactive and interesting computer assisted learning media is expected to help the stages of the student learning process properly. This requires an interactive learning multimedia application. The purpose of this research is to develop interactive learning media as an alternative to independent learning tools to assist students in mastering the Software Development Process Model (SDLC) material for students and to find out the feasibility of multimedia application products for learning the Software Development Process Model (SDLC). The research and development methodology used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with Borg and Gall's development steps which include: (1) Research and data collection; (2) Planning; (3) Development of product drafts; (4) Initial field trials; (5) Revision of trial results (6) Field trials; (7) Product improvement; (8) Field implementation test; (9) Completion of the final product; and (10) Dissemination of implementation. This methodology covers all matters relating to development to produce quality interactive learning media software. Based on the trials, the results obtained were 90.63% from media experts, 98.08% from material experts, 85.46% from initial field trials, 84.56% from field trials, and 86.27% from field implementation trials. The average value obtained is 89% based on the results of the overall data analysis. The conclusion of this research is that the development of multimedia applications for learning the Software Development Process Model (SDLC) is feasible as an independent learning medium. The product produced in this development research is a multimedia application for learning flash-based software development process (SDLC) models.

Abstract

The amil zakat agency is a zakat management institution whose job is to receive and distribute zakat, infaq, and alms to people in need. In several sub-districts in Blitar Regency, the zakat, infaq, and alms management systems, in this case financial recording, financial reporting, and all matters relating to the entry and exit of money are still carried out using a paper-based recording system. Storing data in the form of reports printed on paper is considered insecure, because it could be that the accumulation of reports from year to year will cause the data to become obsolete and even disappear. This study proposes a financial management information system as a financial management medium. The purpose of this research is to develop an Android-based financial management information system as an alternative financial management medium for LAZISNU managers and to determine product feasibility. The research and development methodology used in this research is Research and Development (R&D). This methodology covers all matters related to development to produce quality software. Based on the trials, the results obtained were 82.5 % from software experts, 90.5 % from material experts, and 86.5 % from user field tests. Based on these results, an Android-based financial management information system is feasible to use as a financial management medium with an average validation value of 86.5 %.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh semakin ketatnya persaingan bisnis terutama pada bidang usaha jasa cuci motor. Hal tersebut membuat para pelaku usaha dituntut untuk lebih giat lagi dalam berinovasi guna bersaing pada usaha kompetitor sehingga dapat lebih baik dalam menarik pelanggan. Beberapa upaya yang dapat digunakan diantaranya dengan memperbaiki reputasi islamic branding, kualitas harga, kualitas pelayanan, serta kepuasan pelanggan untuk memperoleh citra yang baik bagi komunitas pelanggan terutama dalam komunikasi word of mouth pada komunitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis kausalitas. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang dikumpulkan pada komunitas pelanggan cuci motor Sumber Bening. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Path yang diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS 16. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel islamic branding, harga, dan kualitas pelayanan secara langsung memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sedangkan secara tidak langsung variabel islamic branding, harga, dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap komunikasi word of mouth melalui variabel mediasi kepuasan pelanggan. Adapaun pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap word of mouth memiliki pengaruh posiitif dan signifikan. Kata kunci: Islamic branding, Harga, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Word of Mouth Abstract: This research is motivated by the increasingly fierce business competition, especially in the field of motorcycle washing services. This makes business actors required to be even more active in innovating to compete with competitors' businesses so that they can be better at attracting customers. Some of the efforts that can be used include improving islamic branding reputation, price quality, service quality, and customer satisfaction to obtain a good image for the customer community, especially through word-of-mouth communication to the customer community. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of causality. The data used in this study are primary data collected from the Sumber Bening motorcycle washing customer community. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis which is processed using SPSS 16 software. The test results show that the variables of islamic branding, price, and service quality directly have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. While indirectly the variables of islamic branding, price, and service quality have a significant influence on word-of-mouth communication through the mediating variable of customer satisfaction. The influence of customer satisfaction on word of mouth has a positive and significant effect mouth has a positive and significant effect.
