Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap prestasi belajar siswa Di SMK Insan Cemerlang di Kab. Berau (2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa Di SMK Insan Cemerlang di Kab. Berau (3) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kinerja mengajar guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa Di SMK Insan Cemerlang di Kab. Berau (4) untuk menganalisis mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi profesional, kepemimpinan dan kinerja mengajar guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa Di SMK Insan Cemerlang di Kab. Berau.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada SMK Ihsan Cemerlang di Kabupaten Berau. Sampel menggunakan metode total sampling, yaitu semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Semua sampel berjumlah 30 responden pada SMK Ihsan Cemerlang di Kab. Berau. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Wawancara langsung kepada pihak – pihak yang terlibat dengan masalah yang sedang dibahas serta memberikan kuesioner kepada pegawai yang sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linear berganda, Uji T-test, Uji F serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2).Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa (1) kompetensi profesional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi siswa di SMK Insan Cemerlang di Kab. Berau (2) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi siswa di SMK Insan Cemerlang di Kab. Berau (3) kinerja mengajar guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi siswa di SMK Insan Cemerlang di Kab. Berau (4) kompetensi profesional, kepemimpinan dan kinerja mengajar guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi siswa di SMK Insan Cemerlang di Kab. Berau (4) to analyze knowing and analyzing the influence of professional competence, leadership and teacher's teaching performance on student learning achievement in the Shining Insan Vocational School in Kab. Berau.This research was carried out at the Shining Insan Vocational School in Berau Regency. The sample uses a total sampling method, that is, all members of the population are used as samples. All samples amounted to 30 respondents in the brilliant Ihsan vocational school in the district. Berau. Data collection methods used were direct interviews with parties involved with the issues being discussed and giving questionnaires to employees in accordance with the research conducted. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, F test and Determination Coefficient Test (R2).The results of the analysis show that (1) professional competence influences student achievement in the Excellent Insan Vocational School in Kab. Berau (2) leadership has an effect on student achievement in the Shining Insan Vocational School in Kab. Berau (3) teacher's teaching performance has an effect on student achievement in the brilliant Ihsan Vocational School in Kab. Berau (4) professional competence, leadership and teacher teaching performance affect student achievement in the brilliant Insan Vocational School in Kab. Abstract

Lecturers are one of the essential components in an education system in higher education. The roles, tasks and responsibilities of lecturers are very meaningful in realizing the goals of national education, which are to educate the life of the nation, improve the quality of Indonesian people, cover faith and piety, noble character, and mastery of science, technology, and adaptation. Therefore it is necessary to pay great attention to matters relating to improving the performance of lecturers so that lecturers can carry out their tasks more professionally. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the performance of Permanent Lecturers at Buton Muhammadiyah University. These factors are motivation, competency, leadership, and work environment. The subjects in this study were Permanent Lecturers at the University of Muhammadiyah Buton. The study was conducted using a questionnaire as an primary data collection instrument. Samples taken as many as 40 lecturers using the convinience samling method. To measure the factors that influence the performance of Permanent Lecturers at Buton Muhammadiyah University, multiple analysis is used. The results showed that the motivation, leadership competency, and the work environment of the lecturer had a positive influence on the performance of the Permanent Lecturer at Buton Muhammadiyah University.
