Abstract

Marketers often use television ad as for promoting their products. Representation, free play of sign, certain meaning always present on television commercial ad. Commercial ad of PT Jamsostek (Persero) version ?Manfaat? is one of the commercial ad the representation. Commercial ad of PT Jamsostek (Persero) version ?Manfaat? present representation of the working class. Purpose of this research is to know representation of the working class, sign, and certain meaning on television commercial ad PT Jamsostek (Persero) version ?Manfaat?.  Method  of  this  research  is  descriptive  qualitative  research  with  Roland Barthes?s semiotic analysis approach. As a descriptive research, this research is only explain situation or discourse and it is not to in relationship, or do not to examine of hypothesis or to make a prediction. Analysis of data the researcher use is Roland Barthes?s semiotic approach which include signifier a meaningful of sound or meaningful scribbles, signified is a representation of mental or concept  of something from signifier, denotation, and connotation. The signs on television commercial ad PT Jamsostek (Persero) version ?Manfaat? oral, writing, and visual signs. The meaning of signs on this is the certain meaning of denotation and connotation. This commercial uses the denotation of meaning because it is want to know to the public in transparancy about the program as well as the advantage offered. Abstract

Bina Bangsa University (UNIBA) Group 1 Student Work Lecture (KKM) activities in Lebak Wangi Village, Walantaka District, were carried out with the aim of increasing public understanding and awareness of the dangers of online gambling and online loans. This legal seminar is designed as an educational effort to provide knowledge to the community regarding the legal aspects related to these two issues, as well as the negative impacts that can arise if involved in these illegal activities. The methods used in this seminar include the delivery of material by expert speakers in the field of law, interactive discussions, and question and answer sessions. The results of this activity are expected to increase public legal awareness, so that they are more careful in dealing with the temptation of online gambling and online loan offers that are often misleading and harmful. This activity is also expected to encourage the public to report illegal activities to the authorities if they encounter them.

Abstract

SARIDaun som jawa memiliki beberapa senyawa bioaktif diantaranya flavonoid.Flavonoid dapat mempengaruhi sistem imunitas melalui aktivitasnya padamakrofag. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek imunomodulator dandosis efektif dari ekstrak etanol daun som jawa (Talinum triangulare (Jacq.)Willd) terhadap respon imun non spesifik dan respon imun spesifik pada mencitjantan galur Swiss. Hasil pengujian aktivitas fagositik hewan uji berturut-turutpada ekstrak etanol daun som jawa dosis 50, 100, dan 150 mg/kgBB sebesar1,15124; 1,14982; 1,38195. Aktivitas ekstrak etanol daun som jawa juga dapatmeningkatkan berat organ limfoid (hati, limpa, timus) secara bermakna (p< 0,05)dibanding kontrol negatif dan tidak berbeda bermakna dibanding kontrol positif(p> 0,05). Ekstrak etanol daun som jawa mampu mempengaruhi respon imunseluler secara bermakna (p< 0,05) dibanding kontrol negatif dan tidak berbedabermakna dibanding kontrol positif (p> 0,05) pada dosis 100, dan 150 mg/kgBB.Ekstrak etanol daun som jawa ketiga dosis mampu meningkatkan nilai titerantibodi primer dan sekunder. Ekstrak etanol daun som jawa mempunyai efekimunostimulan terhadap respon imun non spesifik dan respon imun spesifik.Dosis efektif dari ekstrak etanol daun som jawa ditetapkan sebesar 100 mg/kgBB.
