Abstract

This paper offers ideas for designed a lighting system based RF Transceiver. design involves two sensors, sensor based infrared and sensor based light intensity and then becomes the input for the processor media. the output of the system is automatic switch lights. The automatic switch ensures that the circuit remains turned off when natural illumination is available. The automatic light is made functional from dusk to dawn because sensor reads the light intensity. A movement sensor is used to enhance the conservation of energy. It makes the automatic light operate on low brightnesswhen there is no movement. When a person is approaching, the brightness increases till the person has passed. Abstract

The reliability of power supply from electricity from national electrical company still remain an issue in certain big cities. This issue is contributed by many root caused such as lack of electrical generator, human error, disaster and others. Due to this, it is urgent to deploy a hybrid electricity. This purpose a hybrid control system to ensure continuity of electricity supply. This control system is designed to accomodate multiple electrical sources which is available such as wind turbine, solar panel and diesel generator. The main priority source to supply the load still electricity from national company because it has the most reliable power. This automatic transfer system is based on ATMega8535 microcontroller. This automatic transfer system is used to backup power that have to reliable and uninterrupted. Abstract

The Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG) is one of the main wind power generation components that can be developed. In this research will be examined aspect of PMSG design based on MagNet Infolytica Trial Edition software is performed. Aspects of design that will be made refer to the stages to be performed on software Magnete Infolytica. The design using a combination of 18 slots 16 pole draft is then modeled on the MagNet Infolytica Trial Edition software. This generator has expected capacity 400 watts of power and 450 rpm of speed. The following step is to simulate the model design referring to the specifications mentioned at the beginning. By completing all the steps it can be concluded that Design proses on SolidWorks software is targeted for 1 set of slot and pole, then the design model will be extended to become a whole complete design import into the MagNet Infolytica software can be rotated, this proses able to save a lot of time of design, Choosing the correct size of mesh will impact to accuracy of the output waveform, either voltage, current or torque, The initial model simulation results are required some improvements, because of time efficiency matters, and The winding configuration is unique for each of slot and pole combinations. Abstract

High Speed Downlink Packet Accees (HSDPA) is the latest technology in mobile telecommunication system issued by 3GPP Release 5 and 3,5 generation technology (3,5G). Based on the importance of HSDPA internet quality network on Telkomsel, so it is necessary to measure the level of service network. Through this research , the writer did an “Analysis of QoS internet network based HSDPA in PT. Teklomsel”. The analysis focused on the parameter like throughput, packet lost, and delay. To get quality of service based on those parameter, so the writer choose a few areas that in considered representative in Pekanbaru. Those areas are, Campus Area, Office, Human Settlement, and Riau Main Stadium. After the measurement and analysis by using software Axence NetTools, it obtained the most optimal result as follows: Campus Area (throughput 0.91%, packet lost 20% and delay 143.9ms), office area (throughput 0.91%, packet lost 20%, delay 273ms), human settlement area (throughput 0.68%, packet lost 5%, and delay 339.8ms), outdoor area (throughput 0.65%, packet lost 9%, and delay 345.6ms). Based on the results of measurement and analysis, it can be concluded that the promotion and specification of network quality in Telkomsel has not met the expectations of consumers. Abstract

We propose the prototype of microcontroller-based frequency detection system by using the Arduino to capture the frequencies around it or frequencies feeding from the signal source. The reading counter is carried out by IC 74hc393. This prototype is capable to capture up to a frequency of 50 MHz then result will be displayed to the LCD display. Meanwhile, when testing the prototype validation using the direct measurements method by comparing the frequency readings using a multifunction counter and the result shows the average frequency reading of the prototype is likely accurate by 0.27 kHz.Keyword : frequency, microcontroler, frequency counter, direct measurements.

Abstract

In the cultivation of oyster mushrooms, special care is needed because oyster mushrooms are susceptible to disease, so that fungal growth will be inhibited, one of which is temperature and humidity which can affect fungal growth. Current technological developments make it easier to carry out oyster mushroom cultivation treatments. That is by adjusting the temperature and humidity automatically in the cultivation room. With automatic temperature and humidity control can facilitate maintenance and minimize the failure of oyster mushroom production. In this paper, an Internet of Things (IoT) system is created by reading and adjusting the temperature and humidity conditions of the oyster mushroom kumbung. NodeMCU is used as a microcontroller integrated with WiFi module to connect to the database. The sensor used is DHT11 for temperature and humidity readings. The android application is made using the Web-based MITAPPINVENTOR. The temperature of the oyster mushroom kumbung is maintained between 24 - 28ºC with fan and lamp actuators. The humidity of the kumbung is kept above 80%. The results of oyster mushrooms using IoT have better quality than mushrooms without an Internet of Things (IoT) system.
