Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya ketepatan servis atasBolavoli pada siswa-siswi ekstra kurikuler di SMP Negeri 19 Palembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengatahui kontribusi antara daya ledak otot lengan dan koordinasi mata tangan terhadap ketepatan servis atas bolavoli pada siswa-siswi ekstra kurikuler di SMP Negeri 19 Palembang. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh siswa-siswi yang mengikuti ekstra kurikuler  bolavoli di SMP Negeri 19 Palembang,yang terdaftar dan ikut latihan yang berjumlah 35 orang yang terdiri dari 22 orang putra dan 13 orang putri, sedangkan sampel diambil secarapurposivesampling sehingga diperoleh sampel dengan jumlah 22 orang pemain. Tempat pelaksanaan penelitian adalah di lapangan bolavoli SMP Negeri 19 Palembang, adapun waktu penelitian adalah bulan Desember 2017. Data daya ledak otot lengan menggunakantes,one ball medicine ball put(Haag dan Dassel,1981:217) koordinasi mata tangan diambil dengan menggunakan tes koordinasi mata tangan(Haag dan Dassel,1981:2) dan ketepatan servis  atas diambil denganmelakukan tes servis atas (Yunus1992:302) Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi ganda dan terakhir dilanjutkan dengan uji kontribusi.Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1). Terdapat kontribusi antaradaya ledak otot lengan dengan ketepatan servis atas, diperoleh yaitu sebesar 26.35%. (2) Terdapat kontribusi antara koordinasi mata tangan dengan ketepatan servis atas, diperoleh yaitu sebesar 39.11%. (3) Terdapat kontribusi antara daya ledak otot lengan dan koordinasi mata tangan secara bersama-sama dengan ketepatan  servis atas atlet bolavoli di SMP Negeri 19 Palembang yaitu sebesar 52.18%.Sehingga dapat di simpulkan bahwa daya ledak otot lengan dan koordinasi mata-tangan berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap ketepatan servis atas atlet Bolavoli di SMP Negeri 19 Palembang.Kata kunci:Daya Ledak Otot Lengan, Koordinasi Mata Tangan, dan Ketepatan Servis Atas

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low service accuracy of volleyball in extra-curricular students at Palembang 19 Public Middle School. This study aims to determine the contribution between arm muscle explosive power and hand eye coordination to the accuracy of service for volleyball in extra-curricular students at SMP Negeri 19 Palembang. This research method is a correlational method. The study population was all students who took extra curricular volleyball at SMP Negeri 19 Palembang, who registered and participated in the training totaling 35 people consisting of 22 sons and 13 daughters, while the sample was taken by purposive sampling so that a sample with 22 player people. The place of the research was in the volleyball court of SMP Negeri 19 Palembang, while the time of the study was December 2017. Data on the explosive power of the arm muscles using the test, one ball medicine ball put (Haag and Dassel, 1981: 217) hand eye coordination was taken using the coordination test hand eye (Haag and Dassel, 1981: 2) and the accuracy of the top service is taken by conducting a service test on (Yunus 1992: 302) The data analysis technique of this study uses multiple correlation analysis techniques and finally followed by the contribution test. The results of the data analysis show that: There is a contribution between the explosive power of the arm muscles and the accuracy of the upper service, There is a contribution between eye hand coordination and the accuracy of the upper service, There is a contribution between the explosive power of the arm muscles and eye hand coordination together with the service accuracy of the volleyball at SMP Negeri 19 Palembang. So it can be concluded that the arm muscle explosive power and eye-hand coordination contribute significantly to the accuracy of service for volleyball athletes at SMP Negeri 19 Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between leg muscle power and eye-hand coordination with the results of shooting on basketball in the X grade students of SMA 19 Palembang. The method in this study is correlational. The results of the study stated: (1) there was a significant relationship between leg muscle power and shooting results in basketball; (2) there is a significant correlation between eye-hand coordination and shooting results in basketball; and (3) there is a significant joint relationship between leg muscle power and eye-hand coordination with shooting results in basketball. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the results of leg muscle power and eye-hand coordination with the results of shooting in basketball in class X SMA Negeri 19 Palembang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the needs analysis of interactive-multimedia based learning model of single-handed style. This study is in Junior High School. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The process of collecting data used observation, interview, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of learning analysis can be described as follows: (a) the lack of student interest in learning single-handed moves due to the lack of initial knowledge about the single-handed style and at the beginning of learning the teacher only gives warming instructions. (b) In the core learning of the single-handed style, the students perform the movements exemplified by the teacher. (c) Evaluation / feedback has not been found when the learning process takes place related to the mistakes made by student movements. (d) At the end of the learning activities, students are only cool down without a thorough evaluation of the learning that has been done such as a description of the errors of movement. Theyare often done by students. (e) The absence of further explanation of the material that will be delivered by the teacher so that makes students confused when making movements at the next meeting. It can know from the percentage of students’ interesting, enthusiasm, and their agree of interactive multimedia learning. Besides that, the facilities of learning is most dominant using technology

Abstract

This study aims to determine students’ perceptions about the use of multimedia learning based on (1) students’ perceptions of students’ teaching styles, (2) the use of technology in learning, (3) the usefulness of technology in learning, (4) the need for multimedia development. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The results of this study indicate that (1) students’ perceptions of learning styles obtained a value of 72.81%, with a good category (2) The use of interactive multimedia in learning 92.14%, very good (3) the usefulness of interactive multimedia in learning 89.64% very useful (4) The need for developing interactive multimedia is 92.50% with the category strongly agree. The results of this study indicate that the students’ perceptions of the development of the interactive multimedia-based single-handed single-handed learning model in the physical education study program at Pgri Palembang University are positive, for that it is necessary to develop a learning model for the basic techniques of interactive multimedia-based pencak silat

Abstract

Kebugaran jasmani adalah kemampuan fisik yang dimiliki oleh seseorang untuk melakukan aktivitas fisik tanpa harus mengalami kelelahan yang berarti. Seseorang yang memiliki kebugaran tubuh yang baik akan memiliki kemampuan menjalankan aktivitas sehari – hari dengan efektif karena memiliki cukup kebugaran sehingga mampu mendukung aktivitas inti dan juga aktivitas tambahan sehari – hari. Kegiatan PKM ini dapat memberikan 1) pengetahuan tentang kebugaran jasmani. 2) pemahaman tentang aktivitas jasmani melalui senam aerobik. 3) memahami manfaat senam. 4) mempraktekkan fase-fase dalam gerakan senam. Pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap pentingnya kebugaran jasmani melalui olahraga senam aerobik dapat memberikan rangsangan yang positif dalam kehidupan yang lebih sehat.

Abstract

This research uses quantitative methods. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the handball shooting skills training model to improve the shooting skills of novice athletes. The research design in this study was the one group control pretest-posttest. The research has been carried out in several handball sports clubs in Palembang, South Sumatera. Based on the results of the test of the effectiveness of the application of the handball shooting skills training model that has been carried out, the N-Gain Score test results obtained on the results of the shooting skills obtained by an average N-Gain Score for the experimental class of 86.88% with the "effective" category, the value N-Gain Score at least 68% and maximum N-Gain Score of 100%. Meanwhile, the average N-Gain Score for the control class is 25.63% with the "ineffective" category, the minimum N-Gain Score is 8.33% and the maximum N-Gain Score is 53.85%, so it can be concluded that the application of the development model is proven. Effective so as to improve the shooting skills of novice athletes. So thus from the results of this study it is recommended to teachers, coaches and novice athletes to be able to use the product training model that has been developed
