<![CDATA[Untuk mengejar target pekerjaan konstruksit maka diharapkan kelompok kerja pekerjaan konstruksi memiliki produktivitas yang tinggi agar target proyek terpenuhi. Pada proses pengerjaan pekerjaan bekisting diperlukan tenaga kerja yang ahli dalam bidang pekerjaan tersebut. Pekerjaan bekisting yang akan diteliti pada penelitian ini adalah bekisting kolom, balok dan pelat lantai. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan ini adalah untuk mengetahui produktivitas kelompok kerja pemasangan bekisting pada proyek gedung bertingkat di wilayah Surabaya dan mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kelompok kerja pemasangan bekisting. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif.. Untuk menghitung produktivitas digunakan analisa data menggunakan metode Level of Effort dengan tahapan antara lain, mencari volume harian, mencari bobot pekerjaan, mencari produktivitas per pekerjaan, mencari produktivitas harian, mencari produktivitas baseline, mencari produktivitas kumulatif, dan terakhir mencari produktivitas direct work. Untuk membantu perhitungan produktivitas dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya dilakukan analisa regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 23 dengan variabel pendidikan (X1), usia (X2), upah (X3), letak material (X4),pengalaman kerja (X5), sistem managemen proyek (X6), kesehatan pekerja (X7) Produktivitas kelompok kerja pada pekerjaan pemasangan bekisting dengan menggunakan metode level of effort diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut, produktivitas pada proyek Swissbell Hotel yaitu 0,33 m²/jam, produktivitas pada proyek Grand Sungkono Lagoon yaitu 0,41 m²/jam, produktivitas pada proyek My Tower Hotel yaitu 0,54 m²/jam, produktivitas pada proyek Hotel Amaris yaitu 1,24 m²/jam, produktivitas pada proyek One Section yaitu 0,39 m²/jam dengan rata-rata 0,38 m²/jam . Sedangkan hasil produktivitas per sub pekerjaan rata-ratanya adalah untuk pekerjaan scaffolding hasilnya 0,49 m²/jam; pekerjaan balok hasilnya 0,43 m²/jam; pekerjaan pelat 0,30 m²/jam; dan pekerjaan kolom hasilnya 0,17 m²/jam. Dari hasil perhitungan regresi dengan bantuan program SPSS, dari 7 faktor yang diasumsikan mempengaruhi produktivitas bekisting terdapat 4 faktor yang paling mempengaruhi produktivitas bekisting pada proyek yang telah diamati yaitu faktor pendidikan, faktor usia, faktor upah dan faktor pengalaman kerja. Dari variabel yang berpengaruh tersebut diketahui model produktivitas yaitu Y = - 0,010 X1 – 0,010 X2 – 0,037 X3 + 0,017 X5 + 0,563 Kata kunci: produktivitas, bekisting, level of effort Abstract To pursue employment targets it is expected the working group of construction work has high productivity that project targets are met.
