Abstract

There is a low understanding of prenatal mother about the important of giving exclusive breast feeding, because medical education given by officers is all about the outline. It can be said that there is less scope in doing medical education. This research is to know the relation of medical officers about exclusive breast feeding and ability of giving education about exclusive breast feeding to prenatal mother on Puskesmas II Kartasura.It is descriptive research with quantitative research in order to give description about circumstance. Research place is on Puskesmas II Kartasura by taking 18 medical officers as samples work in Kid and Mother Medical Room. Method of collecting data is using questionnaire prime method. It is gain data of officer’s ability. Data collected then analyzed by using Kendall tau correlation. Result of the study shows that : (1) The level of medical officer’s understanding about exclusive breast feeding on Puskesmas II Kartasura is good (44,4%), so it is able to give medical education to prenatal mothers. (2) The ability of medical officers in giving medical education about exclusive breast feeding on Puskesmas II Kartasura is good (83,3%). (3) There is a positive and significant correlation between level officers understanding with understanding ability about exclusive breast feeding to prenatal mother on Puskesmas II Kartasura. This is proven from the analysis result of Kendall tau correlation (0,585), which is accepted on significant level 5%

Abstract

Advanced age is a demographic problem facing the world in the elderly will occur naturally aging process that causes some problem such as physical deterioration of the organs. Elderly gymnastics is one sport that can improve fitness and health of the elderly. The results of observation conducted by researchers at the neighbourhood health center Kondang Waras Ngargorejo Boyolali there are 60 registered of elderly, while active and participacing in gymnastic only 20 elderly or 30% of the population. The purposes of study was to determin the relationships of family support with the level of compliance in implementing the elderly in Posyandu Kondang Waras Ngargorejo Boyolali. The research using quantitative research, descriptive research design correlation. Sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents with data retrieval technique is random sampling. The test statistic using Kendal tau correlation test. Measurement of the respondents regarding family support using a questionnaire. The result showed that the level of family support is less, there are 8 respondents (73%) had not obedient compliance, the next 2 respondents (18%) are less obedient, and a respondent (9%) adherence. At the level of family support is there are 1 respondent (3%) had a compliance doesn’t obey, then 28 respondents (88%) are less obedient, and 3 respondents (9%) adherence. While at the level of good family suppor there is 1 repondent (14%) had not obedient compliance, the next 2 respondents (29%) are less obedient, and 4 respondents (56%) adherence. Based on the distribution of the elderly in terms of level compliance with family support, it appears that the better level of family support, the better level of compliance in perfoming gymnastic elderly.

Abstract

Backgraund: Indonesian country have the most negatif dateless accidently, special to infection of wound patient post section caesarea. At Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta hospital in 1990 year be present dateless infection of wound 12% is unadulterated surgical operation and contamination. Dr Sardjito hospital infection of wound 15%, dr Soetomo Surabaya hospital hospital infection of wound 20%. Dr Moewardi Surakarta hospital infection of wound 13%. Underlying Theory: Section caesarea is fetus be born used slice on partition stomach and partition of womb. Wound of treatment is efforts to clean, medication and shut up using sterile technique. Methode: This my research using cross-sectional method,using chi value is 5% and df value is 2. Research Result: Result are significant (p) value is 0.001 < 0.05 can be to talk Ho to depart. Degree of obedient implementation permanent wound programme with infection of wound patient post section caesarea in Mawar I room Moewardi Surakarta hospital is to be connected. Conclusion: Result are obedient degree implementation permanent programme is good that is 26 (60.5%),less that is 8 (18.6%) and infection accidently that is 9 (20.9%). Suggestion: Dear university student, if you are interest to be research this topic be obtained more than sample
