Abstract

Abstract: Creative industry is another alternative in improving the welfare of society and supporting the national economy. Various types of creative industries are growing in line with government support through the national creative economic council. Limited quality of human resources becomes the main obstacle in producting quality of production. One effort to improve the production of creative industries is through the sharing of knowledge among business actors. The research method used is qualitative research method with descriptive approach type, meaning data obtained describes or ezplains in such a way that then done analyzing while data collection techniques consist of primary data and secondary data (bibliography). With the sharing of knowledge, obtained data can increase production both in quality and quantity. The role of local government in providing training and counseling is expected to improve the quality of business actors in developing their products.Key Words: Sharing Knowledge, Product Quality, Creative IndustryAbstrak: Industri kreatif merupakan alternatif lain dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan pendukung perekonomian nasional. Berbagai jenis industri kreatif tumbuh sejalan dengan dukungan pemerintah melalui dewan ekonomi kreatif nasional. Keterbatasan kualitas sumber daya manusia menjadi kendala utama dalam menghasilkan kualitas hasil produksi. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan hasil produksi industri kreatif adalah melalui berbagi pengetahuan diantara para pelaku usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan deskriptif, maksudnya data yang diperoleh menggambarkan atau menjelaskan sedemikian rupa yang kemudian dilakukan penganalisaan sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder (kepustakaan). Dengan adanya berbagi pengetahuan, diperoleh data dapat meningkatkan produksi baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas. Peran pemerintah daerah dalam memberikan pelatihan dan penyuluhan sangat diharapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelaku bisnis dalam mengembangkan hasil produksinya.Kata Kunci: Berbagi Pengetahuan, Kualitas Produk, Industri Kreatif

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that cause turnover intention in business organizations. Lack of attention from management to employees become one of the causes. The research method used is qualitative research method with descriptive method of analysis, meaning the data obtained describes or explains in such a way which is then analyzed while the data collection technique consists of primary data obtained from key informants, informants, and secondary data (bibliography) . From the results of research conducted obtained data, that the turnover intention caused by several factors such as career development is not clear and the absence of awards from management. Therefore, the leadership role of business organization to human resources (employees) should be improved for the quality and quality of football production of PT. Sinjaraga Santika Sport is more awake and has strategic value with similar competitors.Key Words: Turnover Intention, Career Development, RewardAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadi turnover intention pada organisasi bisnis. Kurangnya perhatian dari manajemen terhadap karyawan menjadi salah satu faktor penyebabnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan deskriptif analisis, maksudnya data yang diperoleh menggambarkan atau menjelaskan sedemikian rupa yang kemudian dilakukan penganalisaan sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari data primer yang diperoleh dari informan kunci, informan, dan data sekunder (kepustakaan). Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh data, bahwa terjadinya turnover intention diakibatkan oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya pengembangan karir yang tidak jelas serta tidak adanya penghargaan dari manajemen. Oleh karena itu peran pimpinan organisasi bisnis terhadap sumber daya manusia (karyawan) harus lebih ditingkatkan agar kualitas maupun kualitas produksi bola sepak PT. Sinjaraga Santika Sport lebih terjaga dan memiliki nilai strategis dengan perusahaan pesaing sejenis.Kata kunci: Keinginan berpindah, Pengembangan karir, Penghargaan

Abstract

This research is to know and analyze about Work Discipline, and communication to job satisfaction and its implication to performance of field of Higher Education and High Education Office of West Java Province. The method used in this research is qualitative analysis. Methods of data collection is done by interview and questionnaire, while data processing used SPSS software version 23.00. Based on the results of research, it is found that work discipline, communication, job satisfaction and performance of employees at good level. In general, the independent variable working on job satisfaction is 0.479 or 47.90%, and communication variables to job satisfaction of 0.293 or 29.30%, and variable earnings on performance is equal to 0.783 or 78.30%. From the results of research conducted, then all the broad variables will have a significant effect on the performance of employees of Higher Education and Higher Education Department of West Java Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that can influence consumers have loyalty to a product produced by a company. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive analytical approach. From the results of research conducted, it is known that customer loyalty is needed by producers, especially to market their products as well as the commitment of management to provide satisfactory service and quality products needed by consumers. The role of the government is often needed especially to overcome the high price of production raw materials because it is still imported from abroad.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Indonesian HR in increasing MSMEs facing the 4.0 industrial revolution. The research method used is a qualitative method with an analytical and explorative descriptive approach. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that the quality of human resources in the Dzul Collection bag industry was less supportive for developing the industry due to the low level of education and lack of innovation to produce quality products. To improve the quality of human resources, effective and efficient steps are needed through sharing knowledge and exchanging knowledge among fellow employees and training. Through these activities, it is expected that the development of this industrial business can be realized, especially in the face of free markets and global economic competition.
