Abstract

Pembelajaran merupakan proses interaksi antara peserta didik dengan lingkungannya sehingga terjadi perubahan tingkah laku ke arah yang lebih baik. Dalam pembelajaran, tugas guru yang utama adalah mengkondisikan lingkungan agar terjadinya perubahan perilaku bagi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa dalam menulis/ menciptakan puisi dan mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap puisi yang ditulis siswa. Penelitian ini juga diarahkan untuk menyajikan/ memberikan langkah-langkah dalam mengajar sastra khususnya puisi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni metode tindakan kelas dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui siklus yang dilakukan dengan tahapan perencanaan, tindakan pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam menulis puisi dengan memanfaatkan lingkungan sekolah sangat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan nilai menulis puisi yang dibuat siswa. Dari hasil penulisan puisi siswa didapati hasil bahwa struktur fisik tes awal 41,65, tes siklus pertama 43,9, siklus kedua 44,15 dan struktur batin tes awal 27,60, tes siklus pertama 28,33 dan tes siklus kedua 29,35. Nilai rata-rata (Mean) kemampuan siswa memanfaatkan lingkungan dalam menulis puisi menunjukkan peningkatan dari tes awal sebesar 69,23,  tes siklus pertama 72,17 dan tes siklus kedua menjadi 73,50 Kata Kunci: Tindakan kelas, pembelajaran, bahasa Indonesia, puisi, tes siklus

Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose - This study aims to determine the financial and operational characteristics of both companies, analyzing the capital structure policy and analyze whether differences in performance caused by the company's capital structure policy, and to analyze the presence or absence of financial leverage on PT Mayora Indah which use high levels of debt. Design/methodology - he research methodology used in this research is quantitative research with explanatory type. The data type used secondary data in the form of financial statements, inflation rate, BI rate and exchange rate. The data analysis used financial statements and financial ratios.Findings – PT Unilever Indonesia has a policy of capital structure with 100% equity, while PT Mayora Indah has capital structure in the form of high proportion of debt levels. Theoretically characteristics of a company has a role in influencing the capital structure and the capital structure of a company is one of the factors that affect the company's performance. The analysis results indicate that the company's financial performance is not resulted from the capital structure policy. It is seen from the ratio chart of OPM and NPM having similar direction of high debt movement and the use of high debts at PT Mayora Indah does not generate financial leverage

Abstract

PHBS in schools is an important activity in order to prepare young people to be aware of health. Because the habits that are built from an early age will shape a person's behavior patterns in his adult life. The targets of this activity are students and teachers. This activity is carried out by empowering students and teachers to adopt healthy lifestyles to create healthy students and a clean school environment. The results of the activities showed that teachers and students already had general knowledge about. While the indicator for each PHBS point is not yet understood. Counseling activities are very minimal carried out both by schools and related agencies. Whereas the formation of PHBS characters requires repeated socialization and counseling. Counseling is more effective by using games, video and live demonstrations. Teachers and students are more enthusiastic about listening than just lecturing. More than that, schools need to complete supporting facilities and infrastructures to facilitate the implementation of PHBS in schools. And to realize it requires the contribution of other stakeholders, especially the government.

Abstract

Abstract:  Teachers are still struggling to create and use online learning media in teaching and learning activities in the current pandemic environment, causing partner issues. Teachers are still working to convey the material fascinating in mathematics and natural sciences. Easily understood by students, such as learning videos; a lack of learning media owned by teachers and schools for learning development, such as creating quizzes or assignments; and a lack of training in making alternative distance learning media provided to teachers. The aim is to improve elementary school teachers' skills in creating video tutorials and using Google Forms to increase the quality of online learning. Methods of implementation are socialization and training. SDN Cimanggis 01 Bojonggede is the partner of this community service. There are 12 participants. For monitoring and evaluation, participants fill out the respondent's questionnaire. The results are that 80 percent of participants can create video tutorials using OBS and use Google Forms.
