Abstract

This information system is used to carry out daily activities in Body Gym kota Malang where the process is currently still using manual methods and requires time which makes it inefficient. This is needed for a system capable of processing data by computerization. From the problems above, the author makes an information system in the form of a website that has a feature to manage all the information on the website. This system is expected to make the owners and employees of the fitness center more effective in carrying out daily activities. This information system has features for financial recording, showing income graphs, recording the number of visitors, PT requests, and reports for data. This information system also features the main features, which can predict the number of visitors fitness, zumba, and aerobics using the Double Exponential Smoothing method and can give recommendations for gym owners. The data used to predict the number of fitness visitors is the actual data from 2015 to 2019. From the results of the calculation of fitness visitor data using a 0.06 constant produced forecasting results for 1879 visitors in December 2019 where these results are the best results after being calculated with an MAPE error of 11.64% and with an accuracy accuracy of 88.36%. As for other activity features, this website application already has features that are quite complete and in accordance with its function after testing the system and the user to carry out daily activities with a computerized.

Abstract

Listrik sebagai sumber utama daya digunakan mulai dari pemenuhan kebutuhan harian dalam rumah sampai perindustiran. Di Indonesia kebutuhan listrik dipenuhi oleh PLN. Pelayanan PLN yang sering memadamkan listrik bergilir dan terkadang tanpa pemberitahuan menimbulkan kerugian yang besar pada Industri. Energi listrik harus dihasilkan melalui pembangkit listrik/power plants (PLN di Indonesia).  atau pembangkit dari energi terbarukan (tenaga angin, tenaga matahari, dll). Kemudian didistribusikan ke industri, pemukiman penduduk dan kebutuhan umum. Untuk mengatur distribusi itu diperlukan control center yang mengaplikasikan Smart Grid. Teknologi Smart Grid yang menjadi perhatian sekarang difokuskan pada pengembangan metode menganalisis dan memvisualisasikan kumpulan data yang diolah. Smart Grid terdiri atas 3 unsur penting, yakni teknologi informasi, telekomunikasi dan tenaga listrik. Ketiga unsur tersebut bekerja sama untuk memungkinkan adanya komunikasi 2 arah antara utility company seperti PLN dengan konsumen. Konsep Smart Grid sudah diimplememtasikan jauh sebelum Indonesia mengenal Smart Grid. Terbukti sukses di negara maju dan memungkinkan untuk diimplementasikan di Indonesia

Abstract

PT. JNF is a company engaged in Engineering, Construction, and Project Management, located in South Jakarta. This company wants to develop its business by building housing in the city of Malang, to be precise in the Kedungkandang and Lowokwaru districts. The company needs some data and information about population density and land prices in the area to help the process of their project work. Providing information on data and forecasting results about population density and land prices in the area will help companies facilitate business development. Therefore, companies need an information system that can predict population density data and land prices in Kedungkandang sub-district and Lowokwaru sub-district, which functions to help companies see land business opportunities in Malang for housing development. The method used to make this system is the Double Exponential Smoothing method, because this method has a trend pattern that matches the data pattern of the object to be predicted. The data used are data from 2005 - 2018. The result of population density forecasting for Lowokwaru sub-district is 8713.98 and has a MAPE value of 1.39%, for Kedungkandang sub-district is 4949.07 and has a MAPE value of 2.55%, for the land price of Lowokwaru sub-district is 2777725.18 and has a MAPE value of 3.45 % and Kedungkandang sub-district is 1766560.27 and has a MAPE value of 8.36%. Based on the calculation of the MAPE value the results of the forecast above, it can be concluded that if the greater the constant value, the lower the MAPE value, the best constant value is between 0.6 - 0.9. The land business opportunity in Lowokwaru and Kedungkandang sub-districts is high based on the forecasting results of population density and land prices which tend to increase every year and the land business opportunity value based on ROI (Return of Investment) for the company is 0.38% of the initial capital.
