Abstract

The purpose of this study is: To analyze how much influence the training has on the effectiveness of employee performance, how much influence the discipline has on the effectiveness of employee performance, how much influence training and discipline have on the effectiveness of employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Surya Mustika Ciater Nusantara. South Tangerang. The method used in this study is an associative quantitative approach that is by describing the state of the respondent and description of the research variables in the frequency table and the percentage of the results of questionnaires through data analysis procedures, namely field research (observation, interviews, questionnaires). The population is 140 people and the sample is 100 people from the population. The correlation test results show a positive and significant influence between Training (X1) on employee performance (Y). If Training (X1) increases / increases to get a value of 1, then employee performance (Y) becomes: Ŷ = 54,015 + 0.080. 1 = 55,095 So it is estimated that employee performance will increase by 55,095. Discipline (X2) increases / increases to get a value of 1, then employee performance (Y) becomes: Ŷ = 51,769 + 0.125. 1 = 52,894. So it is estimated that employee performance will increase by 52,894. Effect of Training (X1) and Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) Multiple correlation testing shows that the value of sig. (2-tailed) between Training (X1) and Employee Performance (Y) is 0.002 <0.05, which means there is a significant correlation between training variables and employee performance variables. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah :Untuk menganalisa Seberapa besar pengaruh pelatihan terhadap efektifitas kinerja karyawan, seberapa besar pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap efektifitas kinerja karyawan, seberapa besar pengaruh pelatihan dan kedisiplinan terhadap efektifitas kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Surya Mustika Nusantara Ciater.Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan keadaan responden serta deskripsi variable penelitian dalam tabel frekuensi dan presentase dari hasil penyebaran angket melalui prosedur analisis data yaitu penelitian lapangan (observasi, wawancara, kuesioner). Populasi sebanyak 140 orang jumlah karyawan dan sampelnya 100 orang dari populasi. Hasil uji korelasi menujukan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Pelatihan (X1) Terhadap Kinerja karyawan (Y). Bila Pelatihan (X1) meningkat/ ditingkatkan hingga mendapat nilai 1, maka Kinerja karyawan (Y) menjadi : Ŷ = 54.015 + 0.080 . 1 = 55.095 Jadi diperkirakan Kinerja karyawan akan meningkat sebesar 55.095 . Disiplin (X2) meningkat/ ditingkatkan hingga mendapat nilai 1, maka Kinerja karyawan (Y) menjadi : Ŷ = 51.769 + 0.125 . 1 = 52.894 . Jadi diperkirakan Kinerja karyawan akan meningkat sebesar 52.894. Pengaruh Pelatihan (X1) dan Disiplin (X2) Terhadap Kinerja karyawan (Y) pengujian korelasi berganda menujukan bahwa nilai sig. (2-tailed) antara Pelatihan (X1) dengan Kinerja karyawan (Y) adalah sebesar 0,002 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara variable pelatihan dengan variable kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi Lingkungan sekolah, Bagaimana motivasi warga belajar, dan seberapah besarkah pengaruh Lingkungan sekolah (X) terhadap motivasi warga belajar (Y) PKBM Cipta Tunas Karya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, keseluruhan warga belajar Cipta Tunas Karya dijadikan responden dengan jumlah 210 responden, dan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling sebanyak 90 sampel. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah Lingkungan Sekolah (X) belum optimal. Ini terlihat dari disiplin sekolah yang masih kurang disiplin, baik dari tutornya dan juga dari warga belajarnya dan sarana sekolah yang diharapkan dapat mendukung berlangsungnya kegiatan belajar yang nyaman masih kurang memadai. Motivasi (Y) belum optimal. Ini terlihat dari sarana fisik sekolah yang masih kurang memadai dan peraturan yang diterapkan terlalu longsar sehingga warga belajar kurang termotivasi. Nilai signifikansi jalur pengaruh langsung diperoleh thitung = 3.54, nilai ini lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (0,05) =1.66. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat dinyatakan bahwa Pengaruh Lingkungan Sekolah (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi warga belajar (Y). Nilai kooefisien jalur diketahui bahwa Pengaruh langsung Lingkungan (X) terhadap Motivasi (Y) mempunyai koefisien jalur sebesar 0.46. Dengan demikian Pengaruh Lingkungan (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi (Y). Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out how the condition of the school environment, how the motivation of citizens to learn, and how much influence the school environment (X) on the motivation of citizens learning (Y) Cipta Tunas Karya PKBM. By using a quantitative descriptive research method, the entire population of Cipta Tunas Karya learned were respondents with a total of 210 respondents, and the sample used was 90 sampling randoms. The results in this study are the School Environment (X) is not optimal. This can be seen from the school discipline that is still lacking in discipline, both from the tutor and also from the residents of learning and school facilities which are expected to support the ongoing learning activities that are still inadequate. Motivation (Y) is not optimal. This can be seen from the physical facilities of schools which are still inadequate and the regulations applied are too loose so that citizens learn less motivated. The significance value of the direct influence path obtained tcount = 3.54, this value is greater than the value of ttable (0.05) = 1.66. Based on these results it can be stated that the Influence of School Environment (X) has a significant effect on the motivation of learning citizens (Y). The path coefficient value is known that the direct effect of the Environment (X) on Motivation (Y) has a path coefficient of 0.46. Thus the influence of the environment (X) has a significant effect on motivation (Y).

Abstract

The creative economy is a promising sector of economic growth and can become a new national economic power in the future. Contributions to the National GDP continue to increase from year to year. In 2016, the creative economy sector was able to contribute 7.44 percentages to the National GDP or a total of 922.59 trillion. One of the most important factors in the growth of the creative economy is human capital. Human capital is a stock of people in the form of education, skills and health so as to provide productivity which in turn will provide added value and economic value in the form of increased output and economic growth, including creative economic growth. The purpose of this study is to determine the role and influence of human capital on creative economic growth. The research method uses panel data on the basis of economic theory regarding human capital and economic growth theory. Secondary data sources were taken from BEKFRAF and BPS for GRDP data of five provinces during the period of 2011-2016. Human capital indicators used in this study are the number of people working in the creative economy sector and the Human Development Index (HDI). HDI represents the three basic human dimensions, namely the dimension of longevity and health, the dimension of knowledge, and the standard dimension of living standards. Economic growth using GRDP data. From the estimation results of research that human capital factors contribute positively to the growth of the creative economy. Abstrak Ekonomi kreatif merupakan sektor yang menjanjikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan dapat menjadi kekuatan baru ekonomi nasional di masa yang akan datang. Kontribusi terhadap PDB Nasional terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Pada tahun 2016, sektor ekonomi kreatif mampu meyumbang 7,44 persen terhadap PDB Nasional atau total sebesar 922,59 triliun. Salah satu faktor yang paling penting di dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif adalah human capital. Human capital merupakan stock dari manusia yang berupa pendidikan, ketrampilan dan kesehatan sehingga dapat memberikan produktivitas yang pada gilirannya akan memberikan nilai tambah dan nilai ekonomi berupa peningkatan output dan pertumbuhan ekonomi, termasuk pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran dan pengaruh human capital terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif. Metode penelitian menggunakan data panel dengan basis teori ekonomi mengenai human capital dan teori pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sumber data sekunder diambil dari BEKFRAF dan BPS untuk data PDRB lima provinsi selama rentang waktu 2011 – 2016. Indikator human capital yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah penduduk yang bekerja di sektor ekonomi kreatif dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). IPM mewakili tiga dimensi dasar manusia, yaitu dimensi umur panjang dan sehat, dimensi pengetahuan, dan dimensi standar layak hidup. Pertumbuhan ekonomi menggunakan data PDRB. Dari hasil estimasi penelitian bahwa faktor human capital memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif. Kata Kunci : Human capital, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Kreatif, Data Panel

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style (X1) on work ethic (Y1), leadership style (X1) on teacher's performance (Y2), work ethic (Y1) on teacher's performance (Y2) and the Work environment (X2).) On work ethics, (Y1) Work environment (X2) on tutoring (Y2) at PKBM in Tangerang City. The method used is qualitatively descriptive with a population of 165 using a random sampling method, namely 117 samples of the existing population. Research results Statistical test on model 1 with tcount> ttable (3.404> 1.97) and Sig <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), leadership style sometimes has a positive and significant influence on work ethic. Value Fcount> Ftable (14.815> 3.06) and Sig <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), management style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on work ethic at the same time. In model 2, the value of tcount> ttable (5.555> 1.97) and Sig <0.05 (0.000 <0.05) is obtained. The leadership style has a partially positive and significant effect on the tutor's performance. With the value of tcount> ttable (3.447> 1.97) and Sig <0.05 (0.001 <0.05), the working environment has a partially positive and significant effect on the teacher's performance. The value of tcount> ttable (4.261> 1.97) and Sig <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), partly work ethic, has a positive and significant effect on the teacher's performance. The value of Fcount> Ftable (35.927> 2.67) and Sig <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), the leadership style, the work environment and the work ethic all have a positive and significant effect on the tutor's performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Operational Costs on Profitability at PT. Tropical in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with samples of the financial statements of PT. Tropical for 5 (five) years, namely 2014-2018. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, the Operational Cost variable obtained a minimum of 71.2 billion and a maximum of 89.2 billion and an average of 84.4 billion with a standard deviation of 75.1 billion. Profitability is obtained at a minimum of 7.12% and a maximum variance of 8.51% and an average of 8.04% with a standard deviation of 0.54%. Operational costs have a positive and significant effect on profitability with the regression equation Y = 2.574 + 6.479X, and a correlation coefficient value of 0.886 or having a strong level of relationship with a determination value of 78.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.045 <0.05.
