Abstract

Gojek is the pioneer of transportation in the first network in Indonesia which has been operating since 2010. The various online transportation services provided by Gojek are very diverse. The variety of services offered by Gojek makes the Gojek application have a lot of electronic services in it. The response of application users is not always positive with the existing electronic services in the Gojek application, but there is the possibility of a negative response given by users to the Gojek application. This phenomenon became the focus of research to determine the Quality of Electronic Services on the Gojek Application, by taking a study of the people of Garut City. In this study using quantitative descriptive analysis method, with the basis of the analysis is the calculation of the mean (average), standard deviation, maximum and minimum values. Respondents are Gojek application users in Garut City. Collecting data using an online questionnaire, namely Google Form with 104 respondents. The results of this study conclude that the quality of electronic services on the Gojek application is included in the Good criteria. The dimension that gets the highest score is the Efficiency dimension, while the dimension that gets the lowest score is Compensation.

Abstract

Document archiving is something that is often done by every company, one of which is PT Nusantara Turbine and Propulsion. Document archiving at PT Nusantara Turbine and Propulsion, especially in the Aero Engines Sales and Trading Division, still uses conventional systems. Therefore, the process of searching for documents can take quite a long time. In addition, there is a case experienced by secretaries, namely the loss of archives. This loss of archives is caused by borrowing archives. To overcome this problem, an electronic archive system was created that can store and display information about archives. The system can also record the data of the person who borrowed the archive. In this case, the application that supports the process of designing and creating the system is Microsoft Access. System design and creation can be started from DFD Level 0 and Level 1 and ERD design. As for the creation is done in Microsoft Access which starts from creating tables, forms, reports to queries. The results of the project are the front page, login form, main menu, data input menu, report menu and document search. All features that have been made are tested to the secretary as a user of SAEDPB. The results of the trial were declared acceptable because there were no obstacles when operating. With the search feature and storage of documents in the form of soft files, it is expected to help secretaries in rediscovering archives easily and quickly. This is supported by several studies that say that electronic records management can make it easier for someone when archiving and rediscovering archives. Therefore, the use of SAEDPB is expected to make work more effective and efficient, especially in archiving. Keywords: Archive, Electronic Archive, Microsoft Access

Abstract

Department of Business Administration has a business laboratory (Business Lab) that is based on the retail business concept. Until now, the profit per year earned by the Business Lab is still below the average of other retail store business in the same industry. The condition is suspected by less attention to stores environmental factors that have an impact on customer satisfaction. Competition among retail companies increasingly stringent push the owner to be more creative and innovative in creating marketing strategies. The retail business environment is one of the most important variables to be considered for the survival of a retail store. By knowing the dominant factors in the retail store environment variable, store management can make more appropriate marketing strategies to attract customers and increase customers satisfaction. This study aims to assess the environmental factors stores in Business Lab. The data collection is done by distributing 161 questionnaires to consumers of Business Lab. Data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis (EFA). The result indicates there are three factors in the store's environment factors that need redefinition. First, the second factor was suggested to be renamed to promotions and convenience shopping after getting two new variables, namely direction and facilities. Secondly, the fourth factor is suggested to adjust its name to 'availability' as it contains two components, location and time of operation in the same factor. Third, the 'atmosphere of the shop' is divided into two different factors, namely 'convenience shopping' and 'storefront'.

Abstract

Students’ evaluations of teaching (SETs) have been an important and the most commonly used method for evaluating teaching quality in higher education institutions. They provide feedback from students to faculty and administrators. The majority SET instruments used in Indonesia were developed based on the faculty/administrators’ knowledge and experience or adopted from other higher education institutions with or without modifications. This study aims to develop a SET instrument based on both educational theory and empirical data. Using data collected from a total of 755 students of Politeknik Negeri Bandung, the underlying dimensions and the psychometric properties of the instrument were tested. The exploratory factor analysis generated a three-factor solution. A confirmatory factor analysis was then run to cross-validate the item indicators of each factor/dimension. The reliability and validity of the instrument were also tested. The final version of SET instrument encompasses 15 items in three dimensions. The three dimensions were labeled as preparation and organization (4 items), instructional delivery (7 items), and examination and feedback (4 items). Although it was developed using student samples from Politeknik Negeri Bandung, the newly developed instrument can be used in any higher education institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence, direction, and significance of EPS on stock prices in the property, real estate, and building construction industry which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2011 to 2015. Type of this study is a study where data used in this study is secondary data generated from company reports that have been available. Population in this research is all company of property, real estate, and building construction in IDX and usually report their company financial result in period 2011 until 2015. Total of existing population are 46 companies with 230 samples data which drawn by purposive sampling method. This is a sampling method that takes an object with certain criteria. The data analysis conducted with simple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis. The hypothesis analysis using t test and F test. The result of analysis shows that EPS have positive and significant effect to stock price, proved with correlation coefficient value 0,711 and probability value 0.000 less than 0,05.

Abstract

Capital structure is one of the issue that attract many researchers in the field of finance and an important issue for any company because of its capability to directly effect on companies’ financial position. This study aims to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER) and debt to assets ratio (DAR) as the dimension of capital structure to return on equity (ROE) and return on assets (ROA) as dimensions of company profitability ratios, either simultaneously or partially on mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015. This research was conducted by using multiple linear regression analysis and yielded two equations of regression model. The data obtained are secondary data using documentation method. The result of regression analysis shows that the two dimensions of capital structure have significant effect to both dimensions of profitability simultaneously. While partially, only DAR which have a significant effect on the ROE and ROA.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to analyze the effect of return on asset, return on equity, net profit margin on profit growth partially of consumer goods industry companies that were listed in Indonesia stock exchange period 2010-2015. Data used in this research was secondary data as 31 samples with saturated sampling. Multiple linear regression, classical assumption test and determination coefficient used to analyze the relation between independent and dependent variable. The findings of this research identified that return on asset on profit growth was significance and negative of -2.115 and p-value of 0.034. Then, return on equity on profit growth was no significance of 0.684 and p-value of 0.186. While net profit margin on profit growth was significance and positive of 2.349 and p-value of 0,036.

Abstract

This research is to know the influence of organizational culture on employee performance division of account executive PT Agrodana Futures. PT Agrodana Futures is a futures trading company specializing in foreign exchange trading of Asian stock indices. The influencing variables are the organizational culture with dimensions that refer to Cameron and Quinn (2006) ie clan, adhocracy, market, and hierarchy. While the variables that are influenced is the performance of employees with dimensions that refer to the Dharma (2003) namely the quality of work, the quantity of work, and timeliness. The method of this research is descriptive quantitative by using nonprobability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. The results showed that organizational culture has a mean value of 4.444 and employee performance with a mean value of 4.3670 which means both are in the very good category. Meanwhile, the organizational culture of account executive division at PT Agrodana Futures gives 26.3% influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to influence the financial ratios of stock prices on the issuers of automotive sector companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2016. This study is a documentation study, where the data used is secondary data obtained from company reports that have been available. The population in this research is all companies of automotive sector and components listed in IDX and reporting company's finance in period 2011-2016. From a total of 13 companies, 12 companies were taken as samples because one company did not meet the requirements of the financial statements for the period in this study. Data analysis was done by multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test by using t test and F test. The result showed that DERand PER have negative and significant effect to stock price in automotive company and component listed on IDX 2011-2016, TATO has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices in automotive companies and components listed on IDX 2011-2016, CR and ROA have negative and significant effect on stock price in automotive company and component listed on IDX 2011-2016.

Abstract

The characteristics of the property as a product that does not depreciate raises speculation that property as a product will not end up as consumption, but an investment. However, sales that occur are not automatically recognized in the recording of financial statements after the application of PSAK 72. The application of PSAK 72 will at least affect the profits and debt levels of property companies because sales that have not been recognized will be included as current liabilities. In this study, the GPM (gross profit margin) ratio is used to determine the profit margin, ROA (return on assets) to determine the return on investment, and DR (debt ratio) to determine the amount of debt to total funding. The research methods used in this study include descriptive analysis, regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that debt ratio has a negative effect on profitability.
