Abstract

Curhat atau curahan hati merupakan saat di mana satu orang mencoba untuk menceritakan sesuatu kepada orang-orang yang dianggap dekat, dan biasanya yang diceritakan itu masalah personal.Misal tentang pekerjaan, pasangan, keluarga, dan lain sebagainya. Mungkin orang akan berasumsi bahwa orang yang curhat itu butuh pendapat orang lain guna mencari solusi untuk masalahnya. Tapi ada juga yang curhat bukan untuk mencari solusi, melainkan hanya ingin didengar kisahnya.Karena wanita kebanyakan menceritakan masalah itu lebih karena ingin empati dan simpati.Jadi ketika diberikan solusi yang simple dan to the point, justru merasa tidak didengarkan.Kadang ada juga pria yang seperti itu.Secara garis besar orang curhat ada 3, pertama ingin mencari solusi, kedua ingin pengakuan atau respons positif, ketiga ingin mencari perhatian. Curhat bukan cuma karena ingin mencari solusi, tapi bisa juga karena alasan lain.Curhat (curahan hati) dibutuhkan setiap orang karena tak selamanya manusia bisa mengatasi kegundahan, mengadukan kegelisahan, menguraikan rasa sakit hati dan menyelesaikan permasalahannya sendiri.Curhat bisa juga ditindaklanjuti sebagai aktivitas berbagi pengalaman, bertukar pikiran dan berbagi perasaan, terutama dengan orang-orang terdekat yang kita percayai.Karena itu, curhat menjadi kebutuhan psikis yang dianggap penting oleh banyak orang.Sebagai ajang berbagi, curhat memiliki banyak manfaat, asal dicurahkan kepada orang yang tepat.Pertama, melegakan dan menenangkan perasaan.Di saat sedih dan gundah, kita butuh teman walaupun hanya untuk sekedar mendengarkan keluh kesah kita.Curhat kepada sahabat, keluarga dan orang-orang terdekat paling tidak bisa meringankan beban yang menghimpit perasaan.Apalagi jika orang tempat kita curhat memberikan respon yang baik.Hati dan pikiran kita bisa jauh lebih tenang.Kedua, curhat bisa membuat hubungan semakin dekat dan erat, baik dengan keluarga maupun sahabat.Kedekatan timbul karena rasa nyaman, rasa percaya dan adanya rasa menghargai dan dihargai. Orang yang jadi tempat curhat akan merasa dihargai dan dipercaya karena umumnya curhat menyangkut masalah pribadi, sehingga ia juga bisa lebih memahami pribadi sahabatnya yang curhat tersebut. Demikian pula orang yang curhat, dengan adanya respon dari pendengar curhatnya, ia merasa dihargai, dimengerti dan merasa orang tersebutKata Kunci:Intensi curhat , Anak, Orang Tua

Abstract

Work stress is an internal condition due to physical (body) demands, the environment and social situations that have the potential to be damaging and uncontrollable. This situation can hinder daily activities, including when working. Factors that cause work stress are difficult and excessive workloads, pressure and attitudes of leaders who are less than fair and reasonable, inadequate work time and equipment, conflicts between individuals and leaders or work groups, remuneration that is too low, problems in the family such as children, wife, in-laws and others. This comprehensive final assignment aims to determine the problem of Job Stress that Affects Employee Performance at the Bima Adi Virgana Public Accounting Firm. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely studying existing problems and applicable procedures. This qualitative descriptive research aims to describe what is currently happening, it includes recording, analyzing and interpreting conditions that are currently occurring or existing. In this research, data collection techniques were also carried out through interviews with employees of the Bima Adi Virgana Public Accounting Office. From the results of the interviews, it was found that there was work stress at the Bima Adi Virgana Public Accounting Firm, and it was found that the problem of work stress was not only from excessive work problems, but could be due to economic problems, problems between employees and family problems which were always linked to work problems.

Abstract

  This research aims to analyze and describe the employee recruitment process at PT. Supra Boga Lestari, Tbk. West Jakarta. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection uses interview techniques with one of the employees (as a resource person) who works at PT. Supra Boga Lestari, Tbk. "Ranch Market" West Jakarta, then analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman technique, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The research results show that the recruitment process at PT. Supra Boga Lestari, Tbk. West Jakarta, includes several stages, namely: analyzing the company's position requirements, posting job vacancy news in various media, and processing job applications that have been submitted by prospective employees. The recruitment process aims to improve employee performance at PT. Supra Boga Lestari, Tbk. West Jakarta. In order to maintain excellent service (service excellence), Ranch Market always provides a pleasant shopping experience, which customers can feel every time they shop.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Indihome PT Payment Collection Unit. Telkom Indonesia Witel Tangerang, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method. Based on hypothesis testing, the results of motivation on employee performance with the value of t count < t table or 1.830 < 2.001 with a significance value of 0.072 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that partially motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. The results of the work discipline hypothesis test on employee performance obtained the value of t count> t table or 12.083> 2.001 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the value of F count> F table or 75.481> 3.16 with a significance of 0.000 <0.050. So it can be concluded that simultaneously motivation and work discipline together have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

One of the goals of Higher Education Tridharma besides Education and Research is Community Service (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat). This is regulated in Articles 20 and 24 of the Law. No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System which states that there is autonomy by Universities, Scientific Research and Community Service. In the implementation we want to develop Appropriate Technology Services (Pelayanan Teknologi Tepat Guna) so that the utilization of PTTG can be accepted by the community by providing guidance, training, mentoring that ultimately the results created are effective and can compete in industry 4.0. Therefore, the management of existing human resources of Posyantek employees is needed to improve competence so that the utilization of Appropriate Technology (TTG) can be understood properly and knowledge of competition in industry 4.0 can be answered effectively and efficiently. We hope that this community service will benefit us all, especially to the young generation of the nation's hopes.
