Abstract

Work stress is an internal condition due to physical (body) demands, the environment and social situations that have the potential to be damaging and uncontrollable. This situation can hinder daily activities, including when working. Factors that cause work stress are difficult and excessive workloads, pressure and attitudes of leaders who are less than fair and reasonable, inadequate work time and equipment, conflicts between individuals and leaders or work groups, remuneration that is too low, problems in the family such as children, wife, in-laws and others. This comprehensive final assignment aims to determine the problem of Job Stress that Affects Employee Performance at the Bima Adi Virgana Public Accounting Firm. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely studying existing problems and applicable procedures. This qualitative descriptive research aims to describe what is currently happening, it includes recording, analyzing and interpreting conditions that are currently occurring or existing. In this research, data collection techniques were also carried out through interviews with employees of the Bima Adi Virgana Public Accounting Office. From the results of the interviews, it was found that there was work stress at the Bima Adi Virgana Public Accounting Firm, and it was found that the problem of work stress was not only from excessive work problems, but could be due to economic problems, problems between employees and family problems which were always linked to work problems.

Abstract

  This research aims to analyze and describe the employee recruitment process at PT. Supra Boga Lestari, Tbk. West Jakarta. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection uses interview techniques with one of the employees (as a resource person) who works at PT. Supra Boga Lestari, Tbk. "Ranch Market" West Jakarta, then analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman technique, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The research results show that the recruitment process at PT. Supra Boga Lestari, Tbk. West Jakarta, includes several stages, namely: analyzing the company's position requirements, posting job vacancy news in various media, and processing job applications that have been submitted by prospective employees. The recruitment process aims to improve employee performance at PT. Supra Boga Lestari, Tbk. West Jakarta. In order to maintain excellent service (service excellence), Ranch Market always provides a pleasant shopping experience, which customers can feel every time they shop.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Indihome PT Payment Collection Unit. Telkom Indonesia Witel Tangerang, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method. Based on hypothesis testing, the results of motivation on employee performance with the value of t count < t table or 1.830 < 2.001 with a significance value of 0.072 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that partially motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. The results of the work discipline hypothesis test on employee performance obtained the value of t count> t table or 12.083> 2.001 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the value of F count> F table or 75.481> 3.16 with a significance of 0.000 <0.050. So it can be concluded that simultaneously motivation and work discipline together have a significant effect on employee performance.
