Abstract

One from of ability to tell stories is the listening process.in general, older brothers still have difficulty listening to and unerstanding the stories that the teacher conveyed, one of conditions is the influence of the teacher’s low creativity in determining the medium of learning to tell childeren. On the other hand children are still less focused and often talk to themselves with their friends so that children do  not concentrate and listen to the explanation from the teacher, this happens to the child and during the learning process. This phenomenon is a problem that needs to be found as an alternative solution. One methode that can be used is the storrytelling methode using hand puppet media. This study used a classroom action research methode which numbered 12 children. The results obtained from 12 children are significant, no children are undeveloped, if the value is obtained, it is 0 percent, 1 child begins to develop, if the value is obtained, it is8%, 4 children have developed as expected or if the value is obtained, it is 32%, and 7 children develop very well or if the value is obtained, its is 60%. From the percentage accumulated there was an average increase of 33%. According to the results of improvement in each cycle, the use of hand puppet media on story telling techniques can influence the listening skills of group B children in this kindergarten. From tehe data obtained it can be concluded that the media of hand puppets can improve the listening skill of children.Keywords: Listening Skill, tell stories, Hand Puppet

Abstract

Independence is a behavior that must be instilled in children from an early age so that in the future they are ready to face change in the world that occurs at any time. Observations made in group B1 (banana class) in Kober al-jihad showed that there were still some children aged 5-6 years who were less independent, therefore researchers researched to develop the character of early childhood independence using the hypnoteaching method. Concrete, unique, and highly imaginative children’s characters are deemed suitable with the hypnoteaching method which prioritizes interest and comfort for children to reach the child’s subconscious. This study uses a qualitative descriptive with research subjects consisted of 5 boys and 5 girls than data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used refers to the Miler and Huberman model which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2019-2020 school year. The results of observations show the development at each meeting because without realizing the suggestions given by the teacher have been embedded in the child’s subconscious, which shows that the hypnoteaching method can be used to develop the character of children’s independence. Kemandirian merupakan perilaku yang harus di tanamkan sejak dini pada anak agar di masa depan anak siap menghadapi perubahan pada dunia yang terjadi di setiap waktu. Observasi yang di lakukan pada kelompok B1 (banana class) di Kober Al-Jihad menunjukan masih ada beberapa anak usia 5-6 tahun yang kurang mandiri, karena itu peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk mengembangkan karakter kemandirian anak usia dini menggunakan metode hypnoteaching. Karakter anak yang konkrit, unik dan berdaya imajinasi tinggi dirasa cocok dengan metode hypnoteachingyang mengutamakan ketertarikan dan kenyamanan terhadap anak untuk mencapai alam bawah sadar anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari 5 anak laki-laki dan 5 anak perempuan serta teknik pengumpulan datanya berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang di gunakan mengacu pada modelMiler dan Hubermanyang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini di lakukan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2019-2020. Hasil observasi menunjukan perkembangan di setiap pertemuannya karena tanpa sadar sugesti yang di berikan guru telah tertanam di alam bawah sadar anak yang menunjukan bahwa metode hypnoteachingdapat di gunakan untuk mengembangkan karakter kemandirian anak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the understanding of balanced nutrition in early childhood through parenting activities. Ineffective parenting styles lead to a lack of understanding of balanced nutrition in early childhood. The study population was PAUD Uswatun Hasanah Naringgul. The research subjects were group A with 13 children consisting of 6 boys and 7 girls. The method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK). Data analysis using quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation carried out in the field during the study using the steps of data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results showed an increase in understanding of balanced nutrition in children through parenting activities with the category of BSB, the results of pre-cycle 0% (0 people), cycle I 15% (2 people), cycle II 77% (10 people). From these data, it can be concluded that parenting activities can increase understanding of children's balanced nutrition, they can distinguish which foods contain nutrition and which are not, and cooperation appears to be seen between parents and children in every activity.Aspek perkembangan yang ada dalam perkembangan anak salah satunya kognitif. Kognitif yaitu kemampuan intelektual anak dalam berpikir, mengetahui dan memecahkan masalah, kemampuan simbol yang melambangkan banyaknya benda. Adapun salah satu pembelajaran kognitif yaitu matematika yakni kemampuan dasar pada anak usia dini melalui konsep berhitung sederhana. Berhitung merupakan bagian dari matematika, anak belajar membilang, mengenal angka dan berhitung. Dalam pembelajaran berhitung pada anak usia dini, yakni menghubungkan objek nyata dengan simbol matematis salah satu objek nyata tersebut yakni melalui media kaleng warna. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan karena kurangnya stimulus dan pembelajaran yang lebih mengandalkan lembar kerja, kurangnya pembelajaran dengan objek nyata dan menarik, sehingga peneliti melakukan penelitian melalui media kaleng warna untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung pada anak usia dini dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yakni 10 orang anak kelompok usia 4-5 tahun di PAUD Al Jihad. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, untuk teknis analisis menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang peneliti lakukan selama kurun waktu tiga bulan,  maka diperoleh hasil  bahwa kemampuan minat berhitung anak dapat meningkat.Â
