Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Debt To Total Asset Ratio (DAR) Dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) Terhadap Net Profit Margin (NPM) Serta Dampaknya Terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan Elektronik Di Bursa Efek Tokyo Tahun 2007-2016.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deksriptif assosiatif. Analisis data meliputi uji kelayakan data, analisis regresi, serta pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) pengaruh Debt To Total Asset Ratio (DAR)  terhadap Net Profit Margin (NPM) tidak berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, (2) pengaruh Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Net Profit Margin (NPM) tidak berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, (3) pengaruh Debt To Total Asset Ratio (DAR) Dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) Terhadap Net Profit Margin (NPM) secara simultan dengan prob 0.102514 dan F-Statistic 2.332093 tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan (4) pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM) terhadap Harga Saham berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation partially and simultaneously on the performance of bureau staff at the Raden Intan State Islamic University (UIN) Lampung. The research method used is an associative quantitative approach, the population in this study is the staff of the Raden Intan Lampung State Islamic University (UIN) bureau with a total sample of 83 people, while data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 83 respondents and then analyzed using validity tests. , reliability test, classical assumption test, regression test, coefficient, determination, correlation, and hypothesis testing (t test and f test). The results showed that job satisfaction (X1) had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Raden Intan's employees (UIN) during the Covid-19 pandemic in Bandar Lampung where the value of tcount > ttable was 18,587 > 1,990 with a significance value < 0.05, meaning that the variable satisfaction work has a partial effect on employee performance. Work motivation (X2) does not have a positive influence on employee performance (Y) Raden Intan State Islamic University (UIN) Lampung where the value of tcount < ttable is -0.856 <1.990 with a significance value of > 0.05, meaning that the work motivation variable partially affects employee performance. . Job satisfaction (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) Raden Intan Lampung State Islamic University (UIN) where the fcount > ftable is 170.623 > 3.11 with a significance value < 0, 05 means that the variables of job satisfaction and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Pengaruh Return On Assets (ROA) Dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) Terhadap Harga Saham Pada PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. Program Studi Manajemen S1, Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Universitas Pamulang, Tahun 2021. Harga saham merupakan harga penutupan pasar saham selama periode pengamatan untuk tiap-tiap jenis saham yang dijadikan sampel dan pergerakannya senantiasa diamati oleh para investor. Salah satu konsep dasar dalam manajemen keuangan adalah bahwa tujuan yang ingin dicapai manajemen keuangan adalah memaksimalisasi nilai perusahaan. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan oleh PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Pengaruh Return On Assets (ROA) dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap harga saham PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dimana nilai Fhitung sebesar 21,261 lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 9,550, maka dapat diartikan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan Return On Asset (ROA) dan Debt To Equitty Ratio (DER) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Kata Kunci: Return On Asset (ROA), Debt To Equitty Ratio (DER), Harga Saham  THE EFFECT OF RETURN ON ASSETS (ROA) ANDDEBT TO EQUITY RATIO (DER) ON STOCK PRICES INPT BUMI SERPONG DAMAI TBK ABSTRACT  The Effect of Return On Assets (ROA) And Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) Towards Stock Prices At PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. S1 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Pamulang, 2021. The stock price is the closing price of the stock market during the observation period for each type of stock sampled and its movement is always observed by investors. One of the basic concepts in financial management is that the goal of financial management is to maximize the value of the company. This research data uses secondary data obtained from financial statements by PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. This type of research is descriptive with qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the study that the Effect of Return On Assets (ROA) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on the stock price of PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk has a significant influence where the Fcount value of 21.261 is greater than Ftable of 9.550, it can be interpreted that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that simultaneously Return On Assets (ROA) and Debt To Equitty Ratio (DER) have a significant effect on stock prices.  Keywords: Return On Asset (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Stock Price

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure & Capital Turnover on Profitability Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Cimb Niaga Tbk for the period 2011-2023 both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative method. The sample used is in the form of the Financial Statements of PT Cimb Niaga Tbk. at Graha Niaga, Jakarta for 13 years. The sampling technique uses Non-Probability Sampling techniques, namely; with purposive sampling techniques. The analysis in this study used the programme, SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software version 26.0. The results of the study on the Capital Structure variable (DER) had no significant effect on profitability (ROA) with the results of t_hitung < t_table or (1.094 < 2.201) then the significant value of the Capital Structure Variable of ρ value> Sig.0.05 or (0.229> 0.05). In the Working Capital Turnover variable (X2) has no significant effect on profitability (ROA) with the results of t_table < t_count or (-0.0151 < 2.201), with a significant value of the Working Capital Turnover Variable of ρ value > Sig.0.05 or (0.883 > 0.05). Based on Capital Structure & Working Capital Turnover has no significant effect on profitability (ROA) with the results of the equation F_hitung < F_tabel (0.599 < 4.100), this is also reinforced by ρ value < Sig.0.05 or (0.568 > 0.05).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio on Return On Assets at PT Ultra Jaya Milk Industry And Trading Company Tbk for the period 2011 - 2022, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. The sample used is the financial report of PT Ultra Jaya Milk Industry And Trading Company Tbk for 12 years. The sampling technique uses the Non-Probability Sampling technique. The analysis in this research used the program, SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software version 26.0. The results of research on the Current Ratio (X1) variable show that there is a partial influence of the inflation rate on Return On Assets (ROA). With the results of the calculated t value > t table and significant < 0.05, namely: 2.488 > 2.228 and 0.032 < 0.05. The Debt To Equity Ratio (X2) variable shows that there is no partial influence of the Debt To Equity Ratio on Return On Assets (ROA). With the results, the calculated t value < t table is not significant < 0.05, namely: -1,080 < 2.228 and 0.306 > 0.05. Based on the Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio, it does not have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). With the concurrent results, the calculated F value < F table is not significant < 0.05, namely: 3.568 < 4.260 and significant 0.072 > 0.05. This shows that there is no significant influence simultaneously between the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return On Assets (ROA)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM) secara parsial terhadap Return on Asset pada PT Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk Periode 2013-2022, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Total Asset Turnover (TATO) secara parsial terhadap Return on Asset pada PT Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk Periode 2013-2022 dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Total Asset Turnover (TATO) secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap Return on Asset pada PT Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk Periode 2013-2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian membuktikan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara Net Profit Margin (NPM) terhadap Return on Asset. Diperoleh nilai lebih besar dari dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05. Hasil penelitian membuktikan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara Total Asset Turnover (TATO) terhadap Return on Asset. Diperoleh nilai lebih besar dari dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 dan hasil uji F diperoleh nilai lebih besar dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama (simultan) antara Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Total Asset Turnover (TATO) terhadap Return on Asset.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Net Working Capital dan Return On Asset terhadap Earning Per Share PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk Periode 2010-2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh laporan keuangan PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk. Sampel yang digunakan adalah laporan posisi keuangan dan laporan laba rugi PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk periode 2010-2022. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Net Working Capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Earning Per Share, Return On Asset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Earning Per Share, dan Net Working Capital dan Return On Asset berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Earning Per Share. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan untuk meneliti faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi Earning Per Share.

Abstract

The purpose of Community Service Activities is to carry out one of the Tri Darma of Higher Education. In addition, it is expected that through community service, the existence of tertiary institutions can make a major contribution to the development and application of knowledge to the community. The method used in this Community Service is in the form of counseling and coaching that is a better action, process, result, or statement. In this case shows progress, increased growth, evolution of various possibilities, develops or an increase in something. The results of community service obtained are increased knowledge for students and students conducted in grade 3 of the Department of Computer and Network Engineering at SMK Muhammadiyah Jl. H. Mawi No. 292 Desa Bojong Indah, Kec. Parung, Kab. Bogor 16330 with 25 participants, so that they have a good view of how motivated they learn, how to prepare themselves for entering college and the world of work. The knowledge gained in Community Service this time is expected to be able to provide new enthusiasm for us in delivering material and motivation to save and know the growth of money and to contribute to the young generation, both in schools, colleges, communities and families.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penyelenggaraan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat bertajuk "Sosialisasi dan Peneraan Prilaku Hidup Bersih Dan Sehat (PHBS) Sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Penyebaran Virus Covid-19 Pada Karang Taruna RW 06 Kelurahan Limo – Depok" adalah sebagai upaya pemenuhan kewajiban Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diatas maka dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan memberikan sosialisasi juga penerapan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) sebagai upaya dalam pecegahan penyebaran virus Covid-19 yang sedang mewabah di Indonesia . Metode yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat berupa penyuluhan tentang cara-cara hidup bersih dan sehat sesuai arahan dari WHO dan juga Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Hasil Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang diperoleh berupa pemahaman dan keinginan objek dari PKM untuk menerapkan hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) sehingga nantinya juga dapat menanggulangi penyebaran virus Covid-19.
