Abstract

As a narrator (al-râwî), there are some stipulations thosse be must be owned. One of them is the justice (al-‘adâlah). The justice or impartiality is a quality that was settled in the soul motivates someone to be fear of God and keeps his Manliness. It’s one of the quality that must be owned by a narrator for his report receivable. The narrate will be not receiv without the justice quality and even the tradition that he narrates will not be done. There are two ways how to know the justice quality; the famous (al-masyhûrah) and the testimony (tazkiyah). The famous, it means as someone to be known arround the narrator of tradition. And the testimony is one’s or groups aknowlegement in knowledge of tradition departemen. Since in the middle of the first century of the Hejira, hadîth start to be smeared by various forgery. Generally, forgery of the hadîth effecct of attitude of fanatis group wich have get conservative level, political groupgoodness and also religious stream. Besides, there is also among muslem scholar owning the target of goodness. But, they were exactly trapped in impact which charming religion. Faktor of external have influence in forgery many hadîth, like Isrâ’liyyat hadîth.            One of the instrumentto check is the sciense of ta’dîl and jarh. This science concerning evaluationtoall person of the narrator an hadîth. Study about of false hadîth represent central issue theme which told in this paper. From study in the some forum (majlis) which have to be expressed by, that there is over there some hadîth the assumed as false hadîth that unknown of the refrence or narrator. For ekample from fact of matn which has not have the refrence or source, was such as those which told like: I’mal li dunyaka kaanaka ta’îsyu abada, wa ‘mal li âkhiratika kaannaka tamûtu ghada

Abstract

The term people power in international history, was first used in 1986 when the overthrow of Ferdinand Marcos from the power of the President of the Philippines, while in Indonesia began during the 1998 reform era which was the initial period of the term people power with a typical and popular model back in 2019 especially when the General Election (Election) for Presidential Candidates and Vice-Presidential Candidates (Presidential and Vice President Candidates) is quite aloofly discussed by experts and the public. For that reason, in this paper, the author tries to examine people power from the perspective of the Qur'an and Sunnah that the author will describe in the discussion below

Abstract

Even though the existence of naskh and mansūkh has always been the subject of debate among scholars, especially the understanding of one verse of the Qur'an was abolished by another verse, where Allah SWT abolished His own decree. Moving on from the pros and cons of dialectics, the writer tries to see the existence of naskh and mansukh in the Qur'an. The focus of this article is about texts and mansuk contained in surah al-Nash by using literature studies through literature-literature that discusses texts and mansukh especially in surah al-Nisa '.The author's findings, that in surah an-Nisa 'there are many verses that naskh and mansukh reach twenty-four verses, namely in verses 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 22, 23, 24 , 29, 33, 42, 63, 64, 71, 80, 81, 84, 90, 91, 92 and 145.

Abstract

This research is motivated by fostered residents who have difficulty adjusting their lives in the penitentiary. Other than that, they have to part with their families, loss of goods and services owned, lost the freedom to live outside. Therefore, the existence of family support so that fostered residents avoid stressful conditions because women fostered citizens need motivation, comfort and calmness. The type of this research is field research, which aims to obtain information and describe events in accordance with the facts in the field, This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The results of the research are the intensity of family support in visiting women-assisted citizens in Penitentiary Class II B Padangsidimpuan able to reduce the stress level of women-assisted citizens because it can be seen that the conditions of women-assisted women who are very frequent and frequently visit their families within a month experience moderate stress levels, As for women-assisted residents who are in the category sometimes and have not been visited by their families in a month experiencing severe stress levels. Stressful conditions include psychological and physiological conditions for women assisted by Class II B Penitentiary, experiencing unfavorable or unhealthy conditions because women who are fostered by women are still very often anxious, difficult to sleep, like to be alone, moody, easily offended, irritable, even irritable diseases such as headaches and lack of enthusiasm in carrying out daily activities in prison.

Abstract

This paper discusses techniques and ways of dealing with problems in the household, which at the core of the problem in this paper is how to manage conflict in the household according to Islamic teachings. To answer this problem, the author uses qualitative methods through the Qur'an and the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad which tell about solutions to overcome conflicts in the household.In this paper, the author finds that Rasulullah SAW provides many descriptions in managing conflicts in the household, even the concepts put forward by the Prophet Muhammad have been popularized by intellectuals of the New Age, of course, with different language editors.This study is very interesting to discuss, especially in the era of the Covid 19 pandemic because at this time the economy in Indonesia was affected by the pandemic, yet other aspects were exacerbated by Cocid 19 so that it also resulted in conflicts within households which inevitably had to be addressed wisely .

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the community's response is toward the study program of Al-Qur'an and Tafsir at IAIN Padangsidimpuan. This research is a qualitative research which in collecting data it uses a phenomenological approach. Data collected is based on inner perspective of human behavior. The main data sources of this study were from Muslim community leaders and were selected by purposive sampling domiciled in Padangsidimpuan. The results found that the community emphasized that the vision, mission and objectives of the development of the Study Program of Al-Qur'an and Tafsir were truly directed towards strengthening scientific and methodological competence in understanding and interpreting the Qur'an. According to the community, the urgent curriculum content was, first, the linguistics of the Qur'an. The second is the sciences concerned the intricacies and various aspects of the Qur'an, which is commonly called ‘ulum al-Qur`an. The third is about the sciences related to the interpretation of manhaj (an approach and methodology of interpretation) that is classical, modern and contemporary. The fourth is the sciences related to the intricacies and various aspects of the hadits which are commonly called ‘ulum al-hadits. The fifth is the sciences related to the philosophy of science and research methodology. The sixth is the sciences related to social science and nature. These aspects are useful for understanding the social and scientific aspects of the verses of the Qur'an.

Abstract

As the second of the Islamic law’s resource, there is a stipulation that be must be owned by the Sunna, so that can be accepted, that’s the genuine quality. By this way, appeared some requestions and notions from the omnicients (al-´ulama). For example; how the demontration of the feeble Sunna. The feeble or weak Sunna, it means as the every Sunna that not be gathering the accepted atributs in it.

Abstract

This paper discusses the controversy over the cancellation of verses in surah al-Baqarah according to Ibn Salamah, which in this paper focuses on disputes or differences of opinion in the cancellation of verses in surah al-Baqarah. To see this controversy, the writer analyzes it from Ibn Salamah's point of view through the literature relating to the topic of this paper. In this paper it is found that there are many differences of opinion in the cancellation of verses in Surah al-Baqarah.
