Abstract

Classroom Action Research aims to determine the improvement of social studies learning outcomes through the application of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) Learning Model for Class IX students at SMP Negeri 2 Keruak during the Covid 19 Odd Semester for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The procedure applied in each cycle includes the stages, namely (a) Action Planning, (b) Action Implementation (c) Observation and Evaluation (d) Reflection. In this study, there were 16 students who were divided into 4 groups. The research method used is a descriptive method in the form of direct observation research. Data collection techniques used are observations and documents with data collection tools, observation sheets and student test answers. In this classroom action research, it was carried out in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it was proven to be able to improve student learning outcomes by achieving the specified classical completeness of 85%. Classical completeness 69% obtained in the first cycle, can be increased in the second cycle to 88%. In terms of student activity, there was also an increase, namely in the first cycle, the moderately active category increased to an active category. The results of this action research indicate that the application of the "Student Teams Achievement and Divisions" Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in social studies lessons with completeness reaching 88%.

Abstract

Erosi tanah mengurangi kemampuan tanah menahan air karena partikel-partikel lembut dan bahan organik pada tanah terangkut. Selain mengurangi produktifitas lahan, erosi tanah menyebabkan problem lingkungan yang serius di daerah hilir. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasikan karakteristik tipe erosi lahan.Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Sumbawa, Kecamatan Moyo Hulu, dan Kecamatan Unter Iwes, dari bulan September-Desember 2023, menggunakan pendekatan eksplorstif deskriptif. Penelitian menggunakan data Primer meliputi karakteristik dan kondisi erosi. Data sekunder, meliputi literatur review laporan kegiatan, laporan hasil penelitian, jurnal-jurnal, artikel dan buku-buku dari berbagai instansi terkait. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan observasi, dan dokumentasi. Survei dilakukan dengan mengamati lokasi terjadinya erosi lahan di lapangan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yakni pedoman observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada lokasi pengamatan terjadi erosi alur, erosi permukaan, erosi percikan, erosi parit, dan erosi tebing. Faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan erosi parit adalah iklim, material tanah, topografi, penggunaan lahan, dan tutupan vegetasi.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine: (1) the stages of developing a virtual-based UKK practicum model in the Network Computer Engineering Laboratory at SMK Negeri Labuang. (2) Development of a virtual-based UKK practicum model majoring in computer network engineering is valid, practical and effective as a result of development. The research method used is the method of research and development or Research and Development. The process of developing a virtual-based UKK practicum model refers to the ADDED development model which is a new development model resulting from descriptive analysis, critical analysis, and comparative analysis. The ADDED model stages include: (1) the Analyze stage, namely the analysis of the need for a computer / laptop as hardware, the availability of internet services, a computer laboratory while the application needs as software. (2) The Design Stage, namely the sequence or steps of making a design for the development of a practicum model, namely the required applications. (3) Development stage, namely product development in the form of a practicum model with a simulation model design specification. (4) Evaluate and Revise stage, namely steps in assessing and testing the validity, practicality, and effectiveness; (5) Dissemination and Implementation Stage, namely the process of disseminating and implementing the practicum model development. Assessment and testing is carried out by competent experts or experts, namely media and network computer techniques, while the testing is carried out through limited individual and group trials. The results of the assessment show that the development of a virtual-based UKK practicum model has fulfilled its validity by covering aspects of display, virtual and programming, the test results show that it is practical and effective. The development of the virtual-based UKK practicum model is said to be practical because it is in the very good category, it is said to be effective because the results of the evaluation carried out have met or reached the predetermined passing standard value. The development of a virtual-based UKK practicum model that was developed met the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective. For this reason, it is suggested that the virtual-based UKK practicum model can be used as a media for learning simulation for students majoring in network computer engineering in dealing with UKK SMK as well as a reference for tutors to conduct a practice orientation period, practice using practical tools. Keywords: Development, Model, Virtual UKK Practicum

Abstract

The phenomenon of Umrah worship is currently increasing, as evidenced by the large number of pilgrims who perform Umrah every year. The Umrah pilgrimage has also become a business phenomenon for many industries, including the travel and tourism industry. The Umrah pilgrimage travel agency has an important role in facilitating pilgrims in performing the Umrah pilgrimage by meeting their needs such as transportation, accommodation, and so on. Therefore, the increase in the phenomenon of the Umrah pilgrimage also affects the performance of bureaus organizing the Umrah pilgrimage. Based on data from the Ministry of Religion, there has been a significant increase in the number of bureaus organizing Umrah services in the province of South Sulawesi in 2020 by 46 bureaus. Entrepreneurial Marketing is the ability to develop innovative and effective marketing strategies. By using the right marketing strategy, the Umrah travel agency can increase the number of pilgrims registered with the company, while increasing business profits. This can be an opportunity for Umrah travel agents in South Sulawesi Province to improve their performance and develop their business by observing this trend. In this study a correlative descriptive research method was used and 100 questionnaires with a five-point Likert scale were distributed among someone who worked at the Umrah travel agency in South Sulawesi province using the simple random sampling method. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling based on partial least squares was used using SmartPLS. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether Entrepreneurial Marketing has a positive and significant influence on the performance aspects of bureaus organizing Umrah travel in the province of South Sulawesi.

Abstract

The implementation of this community service is to develop human resources in Mallahae Village, Kajuara District. This program is important to be implemented among children or beginner students in learning English vocabulary using picture media. Learning English vocabulary is a first for students at SDN 258 Mallahae, so teachers need to provide interesting and varied learning media. The method implemented in the classroom is the picture method combined with several other methods according to the needs of the class and according to the material provided. The method is effective and makes students' enthusiasm increase. In addition, student attendance at school is almost 90% present in every English learning process. This indicates that students have high enthusiasm for language learning.

Abstract

Sebuah organisasi bernama Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an (TPA) merencanakan pendidikan non formal dalam Islam dengan maksud untuk mendidik anak-anak di TK, SD, dan Madrasah Bhutidia (SD/MI). Dengan cara membaca Al-Qur'an dan dasar-dasar Dinul Islam. Salah satu bentuk kegiatan mengajar siswa TK-TPA yang dilakukan mahasiswa KKN-P Universitas Islam Ahmad Dahlan Desa Mallahae ini merupakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Terima kasih kepada para mahasiswa yang melakukan KKN-P di desa Mallahae, memberikan pengajaran kepada anak TPA termasuk menghafal doa-doa harian, surah-surah pendek serta pengetahuan Islam lainnya.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah usaha mendasar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan lingkungan dan proses belajar di mana peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memperkuat spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa, dan negara. . negara. Media flash card adalah media edukasi berupa kartu visual yang berukuran sekitar 25x30 cm. Gambar pada media flash card berbentuk urutan pesan dan deskripsi. Kartu bergambar atau informasi flash card harus relevan dengan konsep yang akan dipelajari siswa. Dalam hal ini tema kearifan lokal adalah pengenalan budaya lokal di lingkungan masing-masing siswa. Jenis materi pembelajaran ini juga digunakan untuk membantu siswa dalam mengingat dan meninjau konsep.

Abstract

Seminar kewirausahaan adalah wadah bagi para genarasi Z untuk mendapatkan peluang kewirausahaan serta semangat dalam berwirausaha sekaligus memfasilitasi generasi Z melalui seminar dengan pemateri yang mumpuni. Kegiatan seminar keworausahan yang dilakukan di Desa Mallahae Kecamatan Kajuara Kabupaten Bone. Seminar kewirausahaan dengan tema Meningkatkan Jiwa Kewirausahaan Melalui Business Plan. Rencana business plan adalah suatu dokumentasi tertulis, dibuat untuk memproyeksikan keseluruhan informasi mengenai bisnis yang dijalankan. Dalam sebuah business plan biasanya berisi strategi pemasaran dan penjualan bisnis secara detail, income, dan outcome dari bisnis tersebut, kondisi keuangan, dan informasi lainnya. Seminar kewirausahaan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi pada pelaku UMKM dengan meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan melalui business plan.

Abstract

The Hospital Management Information System used in a hospital must provide operational convenience and must be able to overcome obstacles to patient service in the hospital. The importance of SIMRS was strengthened by the enactment of Law Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals which states that every hospital is obliged to record and report all activities of hospital administrators in the form of SIMRS. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence the implementation of a hospital management information system on the performance of registration officers at the Bandung Medan General Hospital in 2023. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. The research was conducted at RSU Bandung Medan in 2023. The informants in this research were 1 triangulation informant, 2 main informants, 1 additional informant. Data collection methods use interviews, observation and documentation methods. The research results of the computer hardware factors used are sufficient for the registration officer's needs, the software still has system failures in the application due to the absence of routine maintenance on the SIMRS application, the officer's brainware still has not received formal training, the SIMRS implementation procedure is in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures ( SOP) that applies, the Communication Network has problems with the network used, such as a network that is still unstable. Research shows that there is an influence of hardware, software, brainware, procedures, communication network factors on the performance of registration officers. It is hoped that sufficient equipment can support all the work of officers, routine maintenance is carried out on applications, official training is held for officers, officers can carry out their duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), network maintenance.

Abstract

Pendahuluan; Pengelolaan arsip sering disebut dengan manajemen arsip yang pelaksanaanya harus dilakukan secara tertib dan menyeluruh. Tanpa didukung suatu sistem pengelolaan rekam medis yang baik dan benar, kemungkinan tertib administrasi rumah sakit akan sulit berhasil sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Berdasarkan survei awal, dari 10 petugas rekam medis, 6 petugas menyatakan cara penyimpanan dan penataan arsip data rekam medis berbeda dan 4 petugas menyatakan sistem yang digunakan menggunakan numerical filling sistem. Tujuan; Untuk mengetahui hubungan sistem kearsipan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pasien di RSUD Dr. R.M Djoelham. Metode; Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan dirancang sebagai survei analitik menggunakan pendekatan crossectional. Penelitian ini melibatkan 32 petugas rekam medis total, dan 32 sampel diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat, menggunakan statistik uji chi-square. Hasil; Sistem kearsipan memiliki nilai p = 0,013 < 0,05. Artinya ada hubungan sistem kearsipan dengan kualitas pelayanan pasien di RSUD Dr. R.M Djoelham. Kesimpulan; Ada hubungan sistem kearsipan dengan kualitas pelayanan pasien.Kata Kunci : Sistem Kearsipan, Kualitas Pelayanan, PasienBackground; Archive management is often referred to as archive management, the implementation of which must be carried out in an orderly and thorough manner. Without the support of a good and correct medical record management system, it is likely that the orderly administration of the hospital will be difficult to succeed as expected. Based on the initial survey, out of 10 medical record officers, 6 officers stated that the way to store and organize medical record data archives was different and 4 officers stated that the system used used a numerical filling system. Objectives;  The relationship between the filing system in improving the quality of patient care at Dr. R.M Djoelham in Hospital 2022. Method; This type of research is quantitative with an analytic survey design using a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was all medical record officers as many as 32 people with a sample of 32 people who were taken using the total sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi-square test statistic. Result; The filing system has a value of p = 0.013 <0.05. This means that there is a relationship between the filing system and the quality of patient care at Dr. R.M Djoelham Hospital in 2022. Conclusion; There is a relationship between the archive system and the quality of patient service.Keywords : Filing System, Service Quality, Patients
