Abstract

Purpose of this research is to understand the differences of learning outcomes using Cooperative learning model type TAl (Team Assisted Individualization) and STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) on the subject Accounting, Social Sciences Education Department of Tarbiyah and Teaching Sciences of Maulana Malik lbrahim State Islamic University of Malang. This research using Experimental research design Quasi Experiment, and the model using Pre-Test and Post-Test Control Group Design. Population of this research is all students of first semester Year 2013/2014, and the sample are class A as the experiment group who using TAI model and class B as the control group who study using STAD model. There are two instruments in this research, such as treatment instrument and measurement instrument. Researcher used hypothesis test to know the differences of learning outcomes, t-test in which previously conducted the prerequisite test analysis which consist of normality test, homogeneity test, and the equality test of average initial ability of student. Result of this research shows the difference of average mark in cognitive aspects in these classes is not significant but the average mark TAI class higher than STAD class, but there is a significant difference in psychomotor aspects in these classes. It can be showing the average mark of TAI also higher than STAD.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Cooperative Learning Model type TAI, STAD

Abstract

Manage of personal finance is very important, because many products and services offered in the market. We must more carefully to spend our money not fulfill what we want but what we need, Management for personal finance can adapted from accounting and Finance Management for corporation with adjustment. We must record income and outcome of our money as responsibility to our self and controlling our spiritual quotient, and then we can measure our achievement. Residual of our income can saved for the sudden need, or invest in many thing as our basic need, for example land and building or in portfolio, for future. This article discuss about how we apply accounting and finance management to personal finance management and also the application for personal finance in our gadget.Keywords: Accounting, Finance Management, Personal Finance Management

Abstract

Accounting in major PIPS less favored by students, but in fact it is very important to apply in daily life, especially in the setting of personal finance. At the beginning to see an accounting class, students are pessimistic to be able to follow properly. Because the average PIPS student does not like calculations. Actually count in accounting are mostly addition and subtraction, while division and multiplication are very rarely used. It is important to clarify to students so that they can change their view to accounting and further motivate. Keywords: motivation, social science.

Abstract

The mosque is a non-profit institution, which organizes many religious, social, educational and da'wah activities. The activities held to depend on a lot of funds obtained from the community as a source of mosque funding. Based on the results of the study, the sources of mosque funding were obtained from charity boxes attached to the walls of the mosque consisting of the construction of mosques, infaq of mosques, those entitled to receive, orphans, and the poor. Also from the charity box during Friday prayers, regular and non-permanent donors. Based on the money obtained, the mosque held social activities, education, and da'wah. As the manager's responsibility to the public, monthly income and expenditure reports are always posted on the mosque's bulletin board so that all can see the report. Besides, it also sends special financial reports to regular donors. This financial transparency makes it easier for mosques to raise funds from the public. The preparation of the mosque's financial report involves the treasurer and daily staff, as is known by the chairman of the mosque's takmir as the person in charge. As a community organization, this mosque is also monitored directly by the public by publishing its financial statements.Keywords: mosque; religion; social; education; da'wah

Abstract

Currently, variety of banking products to facilitate customer transactions. So it is important to know about the knowledge of finance, including financial products. This research measures the student's understanding on financial knowledge consists of knowledge of personal finance, savings and loans, insurance, investment. The student has followed the course of accounting and financial management largely discusses financial firms, but researchers always explains its application to personal finances when teaching the subject. Measurement of the level of knowledge using questionnaires, then measured using the percentage of correct answers. Knowledge of personal financial management has been good, while knowledge of savings and loans, insurance, investments are at a low level. This study has shown the importance of improving the material being taught on the subject to expand the application on personal financial management, and understanding of banking products, insurance and investment, because students will also go to the public where it will be related to its financial problems. so hopefully with his knowledge of finance can finish well.
